Decent hotel with fair services. Staff was okay. There is a place to store your luggage before check in time.

Good hotel. Very central and was clean (some earlier reviews mentioned it was not). About a 7 minute walk to the metro with quite bite places a 2 minute walk.

Good place. With good location. But not as clean as it should be.

Great location, really close to metro station, restaurants and shops. The room is nice, although the bathroom is a bit small. I reccomend it.

Stayed at this hotel. We travel by car. I'll tell you right away that parking is a problem. The staff doesn't help. It's ok. Of the pluses except that it was quiet at night. Of the cons of the shabby carpet at the entrance to the hotel, the elevator is there, but it is small and creepy. At the reception full of apathy, I had to guess that the Internet paid in the room, and with the parking only spread hands. The room is basically neat, but the shower room with the toilet is definitely minus. Breakfast is ordinary, the tablecloth was in spots. This hotel will only stay as a last resort.

Well, this is not a hotel I'd recommend if you're looking a high quality one without spending that much. To be fair, I've been here on a trip with my school and as you kvery well know hotels tend to have different standards for high school students; nevertheless, I do not recommend this place for what it offers to eat; it does offer free Wi-Fi only in the hall and it is a bit far from the centre. From the reactions I get from"normal" hosts, I guess they are treated better so that is why I am guving three stars.

Breakfast was Ok. Room well… The staff were very nice and the room was very comfortable. My room was right on the elevator, every use of the hotel guests was heard from the Room's wonder Bar. To the defective toilet flush would not be taken care of (you would have to be two good time, because 2 times in a row rinse was not possible, the cistern always needed a good 1 — 2 hours until it was filled again. ) Bathroom very Small. Great people have problems using the toilet (all very cramped)

It was a very simple hotel. Very hard bedding, room without Wi-Fi but available in the common room on the floor. Breakfast OK Close to public transport, Metro, tram.

Absolutely to avoid! My daughter stayed three days on school outing in a room sold for four beds which actually was for two people because they were added two awkward and dingy cots that the ill-behaved preferred to sleep on the ground with a blanket was rich Iesto €4, 00 for poor and disgusting vegetarian food, and old and dilapidated local furniture! It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

The hotel is in a good area, the food is good, enough and has varieties. Rooms are clean but wasn't hot, we had cold, in the room hasn't Wi-Fi, you have to pay extra money. The reception wasn't very polite.

The location, all in all, is acceptable… but the food, especially the soups, sucks.

Nice stay, nice staff, cosy rooms. Laundry is the only thing missing. So if you plan to stay longer, pack enough clothes.

Staff pathetic, at least with a younger audience that did not cause any kind of problem. Antipaticos and very little atmosphere. In the rooms there were a few extra beds so everyone could sleep. These are broken nothing more to sit, forcing a few to sleep on the floor. Very strict rules, and you canít be with the minimal thing, since that call to the police. Disappointing and painful. Even so, Vienna is a beautiful city.

In the university area, basic, clean, friendly staff, breakfast plentiful. Just a step away from the metro and the city centre, within a few stops. It is about 40 minutes from the airport.

Great, clean and just renovated. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. A benefit from not little account is the staff who knows the Italian! The food all in all is good, especially the breakfast (considering it is a 3 star) and the reception is a cute place decorated in Austrian style. I do four stars just for the food which is not perfect, but I still recommend this hotel for all the people who want to spend little time and visit Vienna for a few days. The location is also great as the hotel is close enough to the center (cathedral) and very close to public transportation services.

The two bed room we were in was clean and pretty big. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay as well. Unfortunately no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. 4 stars!

Three stars for the hotel (slightly run down), 5 stars for room 108! The room satisfies all wishes, very large, modern bathroom and very clean.

The hotel is quite central, but has grown into the years. It was really sufficient for us as a couple for 1 week though. The breakfast is totally sufficient but unfortunately not varied (the same every day). Unfortunately, W-Lan is only available in the lobby. All in all, though, really more than OK for the price. I would come here again.

A slightly old-fashioned hotel with a few quirks. Breakfast in order but nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms are spacious, beds very good, TV small. All in all, a solid hotel at a good price for a few days in Vienna.

The room this well even though the heating is not rose is 23 degrees centigrade. The Wi-Fi password is only good for two devices, so you can't connect 2 phones and a tablet, or computer. The hallways are ugly. Attention on good.

The photos on the Homepage are not comparable with the actual condition. Ice-cold rooms, moldy tiles, broken toilet door, strange hair in the bathtub, the price is not justified.

A very strange hotel in many ways. I would have been nice to know in advance that there was going to be building work going on — I could have done without the 7AM wake up call from the builders' starting work. The bathroom felt odd — with no shower curtain, the floor was inevitably soaked every morning. On the plus side — the breakfast was decent enough and the guy on duty all week in the restaurant was very helpful. The reception staff — other than "lurch", who was on most evenings, were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean, although the fact that there is no soap in the bathroom except for hand soap has left me a bit baffled. There are no options at breakfast for vegan or lactose intolerant people. The staff is nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The down side was the free Wi-Fi was poor.

To the astonishment of all the naysayers and Miesmacher, we spent 7 quiet nights in this 3-star Hotel Mozart.
Our room and shower /WC, as well as room service were clean and correct.
Every morning a delicious rich breakfast buffet, as well as
a friendly and helpful staff convinced us.
We had wonderful days in Vienna,
and will stay at this hotel again next year, this time 10 days.

Good location. But in winter and in the off-season it is cold in rooms. During the stay there were problems with the Internet, in 4 days they were not eliminated. The price is 60 euro adequate, more expensive to pay does not make sense.

So just bad, it doesn't get any worse than that. We have booked double rooms in advance also paid when we got there means that our double rooms are fully booked we have to stay with two people on a small bed. Look this is not the top end price in Vienna but it's reasonable and is very popular. I lived round the corner and had many guests stay there over time. They had no complaints, it was basic… simple and clean. They were happy.

The bathroom sink was not clean. There were stains and it was clear that was not clean enough. There are several garbage cans (both bathroom and room). I do not see the sense for which there are more garbage cans! The rooms that do not have views on the street have a "view" deplorable, the space between buildings is full of garbage, bottles and other plastic bottles.
Linked to heat rooms — it is very cold. There is no link between the size of the room and radiators. The radiators are small for large rooms (apartment, double room). That's why I woke up with a cold from the chill that I endured in the room.
In the bathroom, shower must be repaired, water flows everywhere, even if you close your doors when you bathe. So, you will see in the bathroom of standing water and it is very horrible.
There is no internet connection, Wi-Fi. To have internet you have to pay 7 euros / day. It is very expensive considering the other encountered problems.

Hotel offers exactly what one price for the may expect plus extra good service. Rooms and facilities are not new, but very clean. Combined absolute recommendation with the location.

Sad hotel stuck in the 1970s. Stayed there for 5 days and regretted paying in advance. They actually have the nerve to charge extra for Wi-Fi access — don't bother, the Cafe Saadi opposite has great coffee and great free Wi-Fi. Dark terrible room had no redeeming features and included a view of the roof for free. Thankfully you will not have to listen to the hum of the air conditioning units because this hotel does not have any — in a country that hits 35°C in summer. Room 102 was beautifully positioned above the kitchen and the crashing of cutlery on china was deafening at 6am as they prepared the breakfast room, I'm not usually an early riser, but was compelled to be at this hotel. After breakfast, I asked to be moved to a different room, the receptionist was rude and abrupt. She told me the hotel was full and hard luck basically. I asked if I could move when someone checked out and she told me no one was checking out. Imagine her embarrassment when I came down the stairs half an hour later to see a group of 10 or so checking out. Good luck if you have the misfortune to end up here. I certainly wouldn't risk it again.

Oldish looking hotel, very suitable to shoot a horror movie. No internet connection unless you wanna sit in the hall. I read somewhere "it's stuck in the 1970's" and that is nearly the best description I've found (unfortunately, after booking my room and checkin in). But the service is nice, and it's cheap.

As already said decorates only the Name. The house is old and it shows. The rooms are in need of renovation. The bathtub is very dirty, in the sink and the tub black hair, from, always, find. The staff is unfriendly and the Wi-Fi costs 5€.

Located next to Metro station, very convenient to reach from the station in the second QBB away. The big minus is the Internet! (This is very strange, because the next McDonald's with free Internet).
