I would stay here again! The location is just a outside the Ringstrasse but very walkable to several Metros and all sites. The hotel had the nicest, most helpful staff. We paid for the included breakfast and it was well worth it. The variety and quality of foods was outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the shower was fantastic.

Wow what a gem near the heart of Vienna. Easy walking distance to the Opera. Its located near the park. There is art in the hallways, your room and the cafe. They have King size beds and roomy showers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely kitchen, staff polite, close to the center and park, clean and cozy rooms. The disadvantage requires a guarantee deposit and the number may not be the one that was ordered but the problem is solvable.

Currently under renovation. For breakfast, you had to queue and were also placed in the lobby or at the bar. There was far too little room for guests. Breakfast is definitely way too expensive for that (€24, 000 per person). The beds are very soft and well located, which is due to the topper, which can be removed. We didn't know and so everyone rolled into their cow. The staff is mostly very trying, but cannot absorb the restrictions.
Think after the conversion, things will get better.

Nice hotel situated in a very good location. Very helpfull staff. The hotel was undergoing a renovation during our stay but still it gets 5 stars for a 4 star hotel!

Criticism not understood. After my visit to this hotel, I wrote an appraisal on Tripadvisor. The background to my criticism was the penetrating lady at breakfast, which is supposed to place guests.
To which the project manager would reply that it was her job to accompany guests to the table. Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, nothing understood. My question: Who is the guest?

Works without any notice at the time of booking. Noise, no bar or restaurant. Comfortable and personal Hotel at the height.

Location was good. The lobby has a modern touch, however the room we stayed in reminded more of a typical mid-Europe hotel. The room had all we needed and it was cleaned properly. The only complaint would be queuing for breakfast. Although we only waited for a few minutes, that was something new to me.

Hotel near the center, in the period I was in Vienna, was on renovation, but it was quite clean and staff very friendly.

Both the hotel and how the staff is great, my parents stayed in this hotel and were very pleased, helped them in every possible way, especially Maria who was watching for them each day giving them directions and helping them with the excursions, it really is 100 by 100 recommended. A.

A nice hotel, in reconstruction but still nice. The service was great and the stathewas super friendly, even spoke a little bit of Russian (for my husband was crucial) … The location is great… 2 mins walk from the tram station and 5 mins walk from The ring.

A very friendly, comfortable and pleasant hotel! In the room, among other things, a hand-written (! ), personal welcome card was placed. The staff are very friendly and competent. Thanks for the nice time!

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff. The breakfast is a very rich and varied and there is something for everyone. The rooms are very well equipped and include everything you need. The only negative point: Unfortunately the hotel is currently under renovation, which does not disturb any further, only if these renovations were not opened the lobby bar. But here is also an end in sight.

Hotel just outside of the ' ring ' but still convenient to get to the center.
In about 10 minutes you are at the Duomo.
The rooms are quite spacious, clean, not latest, but still kept well.
Overall the value for money is honest.
Friendly staff, quick and precise reception. Check in between 12 and 15.
For a dinner or a lunch in the area, I recommend the "Steak Point" at about 600m. Spectacular meat.

Perfect hotel, perfect location everything within walking distance and excellent service! The buffet was superb! I must add that it is baby friendly! Everyone from the reception to the bar was very polite and helpful! We just didn't know that there is a deposit of 100e just in case we use the minibar. It is returned though when you leave. Thank you for evrrything! I will come back!

Hotel is convenient to all attractions. Bar staff did not know how to make cocktails and service in the bar was appalling on the night we stayed. mainly due to the coach party who arrived back from a Concert and blocked the bar. Bar staff were young, overwhelmed, inexperienced and lacked manners. Unable to book a table in the restaurant and had to order room service. Hotel reception explained that they do not run the restaurant it is a different company so they were unable to help us with a reservation. Not quite what we expected from an ACCOR hotel. I am an ACCOR member and my company uses these hotels all over the world, I am afraid I was disappointed with this hotel. On a positive note, the hotel looks lovely and our room was clean and comfortable.

Centrally located Hotel, convenient to all the sights of Vienna. Clean and well appointed rooms, great breakfast and very rich.

Central hotel, very close to great attractions. The facilities are not quite modern, but the cleanliness is very good, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff is very friendly, only bothered me the air freshener q used in the hallways, it is really loud and annoying, otherwise a good place.

Breakfast buffet was included; food and beverage selection was very good, even local delicacies were available. Great location. We recommend for anyone going to Vienna!

Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Hair is distributed by the Badezimmerboder. In the bar the biscuit crumbs in the table cracks are not first yesterday. Lots of perfume in the hotel. Good value for money.

We are always very happy to stay in this House. Centrally located, garage spaces for cars, uncomplicated, very friendly aufmersame staff, very nice rooms, equipped with everything that goes with it. A buffet breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired and the bar in the evening invites you to linger.

Registration at front desk was courteous and efficient. As repeat guests we were provided the room of our choice. Though hotel furnishings are showing their age — the Klimt — Art Deco theme of the hotel continues to captivate our attention and appreciation of the rooms. We did not avail ourselves of local breakfast offering — there are so many refined and less expensive alternatives in the vicinity.

We were not the first time at the hotel at the concert hall — and we were once again not disappointed. It was again a wonderful, relaxing weekend stay. Nice reception, nice room, quiet nights, well organized breakfast despite a larger tour group. The only chapter that unfortunately is always a little sick is the bar. It is nicely decorated, but the optimal personnel solution does not seem to be found. (We know such a thing is difficult)

Efficient and helpful staff puts you in the right mood on arrival. Comfortable bed and all other expected amenities were there but the room disposition made it a bit crammed. But I would go back without a problem. A pair of slippers would be welcome, the only thing I can suggest for improvement.

The staff was extremely responsive. When we first checked in they assigned us a room opposite the elevators. When I asked to be relocated they did not hesitate. With the exception of one housemaid who insisted on banging on the door to "tell" us she had to clean the room and when would we leave, everyone else was great. When I first reserved the room online, it was advertised as fully renovated by Sofitel. That had to happen several years ago and was misleading as I thought this was a Sofitel hotel, which it is not.

Great hotel that needs a general overhaul. Basic room with small beds but comfortable, stained carpet to replace. Spacious bathroom with defective fittings (do not mix the water correctly). Good breakfast The staff was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the room made for a deep blow — only the air conditioner set a little too cold, but half as wild. In the morning the breakfast buffet was a bit overflowing — but we probably caught the "rush hour". Nevertheless: recommended Hotel.

Good rooms, nice and helpful housekeeping and everything is clean. Not a good experience in the restaurant though. Expensive for what you get. Wine is poured poorly (way under the 1/8 line and still charge full prize) and you get charged for the 'complementary' amuse. Which to me is a matter of principle. Luckily the waiter took it from the bill.

Our stay almost badly started with the reception of the receptionist very cold dry and not professional. He couldn't find my name and I suggested he look for him with the first letter and our not the one he was looking for, he replied "I know how to read"… then tends the papers to do the check-in except that I had done everything by Internet to precisely not It's a drag.
Everything else went very well, the other receptionists, it was avoided at the time, was very pleasant smiling and professional.
The breakfast is top and the staff too.
The room is comfortable.

Close to the center, quiet. Near the Belvedere and its garden. Its location makes it easier to travel. No need to take public transport.

Can't say this enough, but we've had the best experience ever in Vienna thanks to the fabulous service from Hotel Am Konzerthaus. Thanks to some extra points, we got our room upgraded, and the top floor view was fantastic, plus the little thoughts (chocolates, night tea, bathing robe, bedroom slippers, scented toiletries, daily weather forecast). They were prompt and professional, which to be honest is not very common in Europe. Also great location, close to the city centre, public transportation and most of all just right across a concert hall. This more than makes up for the slightly dated interiors and a little problem with the sink/bathtub drainage.

Magnificent hotel. Abundant and varied breakfast. The staff very friendly. The cleaning service made a mistake leaving hair accumulated in the drain of the tub and fixed it after ordering it for the second time in the afternoon. Put mineral water and free coffee in the room.

A very spacious room and nice, the bed excellent and the room decor, very original. The cleanliness of both the room, as the bathroom, very good. In terms of the staff, very friendly and helpful. The common areas, very nice. A hotel highly recommended.

A bit off the center but nothing traumatic! Breakfast very good and room a good size! Treatment very good! We are delighted with this choice.

From the start to the end, it was lovely. I came with my parents to give them a treat, since it was their first time visiting vienna. We got an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and the room was great. It was on the top floor with fancy window/roof, had an extra bed (as requested), pillow menu (which we tried), the daily weather forecast and chocs/tea (such luxury), not forgetting the amenities provided was great (i love the room slippers! ), and also we had the welcome drink too. Feels like I should/could have this for my honeymoon! anyways, everything was excellent, from the staff to service and room. One little thing though, think because the building is a bit old, our bathtub was slow to drain the water, so it got flooded a bit. But other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel and highly recommend it! plus, so close to concert hall, it's a nice way to end the evening. Too bad I didn't have time to send a postcard as recommended.

I chose this hotel for both of my trips to Vienna and I have to say it is beautiful.
In One of the trips I had some serious health problems and the managers at the lobby were of an endless kindness, also helping me to call the doctor and managing in my place (not for lack of communicative skills, but because I was reduced to a rag…) All Contacts.
The rooms were both spacious and clean, and the bathrooms in turn more spacious than other hotels visited abroad (do not forget that we Italian we have a concept of bathroom different from the rest of Europe and the world, before evaluating the size…).
Breakfast is not included but I invite you warmly to pay it apart and to do it, because it has a huge choice in international style.

Hotel buffet was awesome. Soups, fresh fruit, and Danish especially. The accommodations are wonderful. There is a giant Klimt right in our room. Close to an all night sausage stand and in close proximity to the main shopping square (not that I care. I am looking for an authentic local experience. ) The Naschmarket is close too. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful experience. 10 out of 10.

This is really a great hotel, close to the main attractions and very closeby to the Stadtpark underground station which is an attraction by itself. The staff are friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend this one.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Ideal location for visiting city and sights. Food was great too.

The room was decent with a comfortable bed, but the decor was a bit dated. The shower was dark — it had a wall around 3/4s of it with an opening for one to enter the tub/shower, but there was no light inside.

What striking is: extremely friendly and helpful staff! And continuously by the front desk about the restaurant chef to the supervision of the seminar. The seminar room very comfortable, big and bright. The food excellent! Rooms OK.

Good Hotel in ideal location to the city centre. Rooms with air-conditioning in the summer top! Breakfast is okay, room is large, bathroom with a tub instead of a shower.

Rooms are fine, but little bit old (at least the one we stayed in — although it was a more expensive one). The same can be said about the hotel lobby. However — everything is clean, people are nice, breakfast very good, so not a bad choice. Just don't expect something like contemporary design.

Accidentally had a posting to the wrong month (11. Instead of 12. ) made. Three nights were the booking.
When I arrived in December at the hotel my booking was a month in the past. No one has contacted me even though it has been a private booking. The hotel did not negotiate with them and has provided the full amount charged.
Because we were in a hurry and didn't have time to look for an alternative but we purchased a room there and of course had to pay a second time. The stay was considerably disturbed quite alright but of course by history.
I will no longer book the hotel.

Decent hotel with rooms for two, in the heart of Vienna. And is not expensive.
