It’s nothing really to complain. The rooms are ok and clean Maybe a bit small for a luxury hotel The complete design in the hotel is very simple. Maybe to simple. The lobby and bar even boring. The complete hardware is a bit disappointing for a Ritz Carlton On the other hand the staff is very attentive, friendly and nice. If it’s a Sheraton or a Westin it’s a good product. For a Ritz Carlton it’s not sufficient. The Imperial next door, also part of Marriott a luxury collection, but for similar price another world. So, I will stay next time at the imperial again.

The entire atmosphere was fantastic. The team at the hotel is delivering awesome service. However, the breakfast restaurant manager George Z. Is going above and beyond. He made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, George!

The hotel is in a great location and is in excellent condition, right by a park and just down from a river. I’ve been to Ritz Carltons that felt old or run down, but this one is top notch. The service was as excellent as you would expect.

My partner and I had a fantastic meal for my partners birthday. They were able to provide a special desert treat for the special occasion as well as a birthday message upon our arrival. The food was fantastic and a great atmosphere and friendly staff. :)

We checked in about 3 pm, they said they will send our luggage to our room. We waited in our room for 30 minutes. We asked them if we need to wait for our luggage, they said no. So we leave for shopping. (When we passed through the lobby, we saw our luggage) After we came back at about 7 pm, we still didn't see our luggage in our room! We asked them, and they said if our friends take away? We said no. Finally, they found it, we asked where to find it? He said there are two people who have the same first name. In the event, I feel so bad about their attitude, I can't believe it's a famous hotel. This hotel Late didn't send our Luggage to come in（compared to other four star hotels we are in the room waiting for about 30 minutes, we don't want to waste time, so ask the counter whether you want to continue and other Luggage, the counter staff said No. When we passed the hall, and saw our Luggage.

Very pleasant stay for a reasonable price. In the most economical room there is a minibar, a comfortable bed and a clean sanitary. It was hot and the staff installed during my absence a fan, good service! Very good breakfast with a very important assortment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for those in professional or tourist travel. Public transport (Metro, tram) near.

The best meat I ever had. The whole hotel was beautiful, especially the entrance where there were some beautiful and tasty desserts. Rooms were really nice too. Great location.

Excellent service, a hotel very beautiful. I loved it really. The service at reception fantastic. In the restaurant the prices are based on the quality which is very high but worth to pay for. The rooms are super comfortable, I really loved the hotel and the location is very good. Is like 15 minutes from the airport and is in a central area. The amenities in the room are very nice. The products handled are very aromatic and very beautiful.

On average nothing special. The food is average as well as the café also the ambiance does not look particularly inviting. You'd expect far more. Any medium average other local can keep up at any time.

Was a business lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Price/service is excellent and the service very accommodating. There's always steak on Mondays.

Good location, walking St. Stephen's Cathedral about 15 minutes, very good hotel, but breakfast to 5 star hotel is a bit ordinary, now do barely can also.

I had towels, a perfect weekend — beautiful room, with huge bed, walk-in shower, wonderful quiet location, great pool and attractive and a relaxing spa area me large fluffy hand. The club lounge is also very nice, relaxing atmosphere, good food and all drinks what you want. Also the dinner at dstrikt steakhouse, it was perfect. And kudos to the staff — all super friendly and helpful, whether at reception, in the spa area, in the restaurant or from room service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent service but not up to the category.

Based on our stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Vienna, I would say it is one of the best hotels in the city. We also stayed at the Sacher, and the Ritz blows it out of the water. It is in a great location (right on the Ringstrasse) near all the tourist destinations but not in the heart of the shopping area. That's important, because it means you avoid tons of tourists stopping in to see the hotel and get drinks in the lounges. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are incredible. It is a newer building inside, so the facilities are far more up to date than many of the older hotels. Concierge is at the ready, and I had one of the best massages of my life at the spa. Tip: spend the extra money or points to get club access. Their lounge is incredible. The food and drinks are top notch in the lounge, and so is the staff.

I can only say. FANTASTIC all around.

The maids are stealing snacks from the mini-bar. Well, at least not money from the safe.

I booked this Ritz-Carlton through American Express travel on my European vacation. My package included breakfast. When I checked out, I was charged for breakfast every morning because I ordered in-room dining. After waiting in line for a long time to check out, the lady at reception very rudely insisted that the Ritz-Carlton did not include in-room dining breakfast. However, this stay was not my first at a Ritz-Carlton resort. Between all the 5-Star hotels I stayed in, including the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, the charges for breakfast were deducted even though I ordered in-room dining. In addition to this encounter at the end of my stay, the service here was very lackluster for a hotel of the Ritz-Carlton’s caliber. At times, concierge service would take a long time to pick up, and bell service took a very long time to pick up my baggage’s during checkout. This Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is by far the worst Ritz-Carlton I have stayed in.

5 stars and plus on all levels! Very good location, 15 min walk max to many important attractions, restaurants and cafes… Nice comfortable rooms that very few have balconies (good for smokers). Most important is the very professional friendly staff who makes feel like at home.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in June 2017. We booked a Club Lounge Room. I have to admit that this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in, the ladies in the Club Lounge were there for anything we needed. They even got us a cheesecake and had it delivered to the Club Lounge to surprise us. They went out of their way to make it perfect for us. The steak house was amazing. One thing I really enjoyed was getting to choose your own knife. Nice little touch. The rooftop bar had a very nice view of the city. Great drinks also. The room was awesome too. Hotel has a great location to pretty much every thing in the city. I can honestly say that we have not one negative thing to say about this hotel. Great time!

It's a Ritz-Carlton… In Vienna… Can't say anything bad about that combination. The hotel is in an accessible location for some sightseeing around the city and comes with all the luxuries of the Ritz-Carlton name. Big comfortable bed, well appointed room. You can't go wrong.

The Ritz deserves its international reputation for luxury and service. The staff treated us with friendliness and respect despite our numerous tourist questions. They provides excellent dinner recommendations and found us tickets to wonderful concerts. The historic building is fun to explore, especially the elegant stairway.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Great hotel with very nice rooms. Easy location in Vienna, on the ring road, about a block from a tram stop. Close to the park, museum quarter, opera house, and easily walkable to the city center or canal. We ate at the restaurant which was good, but nothing amazing for the price. Great service though and a good place for a quiet meal. Did not have time for the pool, roof top bar, or spa. Overall would recommend!

The steak house is top notch… You even her to choose your own personal steak knife, nice touch. The entire experience was perfect!

Clean comfortable rooms and courteous staffs!

Together with Michael Schindler at this hotel. We were allowed to take only 5 bitches in the room, quite abfuck. But otherwise, it was more or less ok.

I always stay at this place on business trips. Centrally located yet kinda isolated from all the unnecessary noise. Very friendly staff, which is not a surprise for the Ritz.

This is the best in vienna.

Even as a Viennese, I have spent quite a few nights here and can only recommend it. The Lobby-Lounge-Caféberreich is a bit dark, so it acts like a tomb, and also the Seating in the Bar are a bit uncomfortable but the staff, the rooms and the Restaurant are exquisite. Stay gladly again here!

We were at the Ritz for the afternoon tea. The appetizers were very varied and delicious — especially the Scouns. The tea selection and quality were also top. Unfortunately, we got an instructions for the drag duration of teas, nor a tea watch. And a jug milk or a lemon gabs on request… that is even better. The atmosphere was classy and the service very friendly.

Awesome location, service, and rooms. The club lounge is a huge perk as they offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only negative is that they use too many fragrances around the hotel.

Cozy — in the city yet out, yet in!

I had the opportunity to stay in the Ritz-Carlton in Vienna after having stayed in Montreal.
If one were to note the hotels based on complexity of their automation, the palme d'Or would be at the Ritz :-) Here again, it's my wife who has been able to turn off the light, ashamed of myself.
A warm welcome, a service of the best in the world, a sumptuous decoration, a beautiful breakfast… make this hotel one of the nicest hotels that are.
Nothing to say, thank you, the Ritz-Carlton! the MUST.

Terrible Room Service, waited 30 minutes in the lobby bar is also very long and poorly. I do not advise this hotel. Price and quality don't match. Very disappointed, we went with a small child, wants to visit this hotel anymore.
