Very warm, competent staff, great drinks, delicious beef tartare, the mussels great, coffee very good, albeit higher price. Have been in the restaurant many times and always enjoy the good food at fair prices and the beautiful ambience!

Very friendly and professional service. Definitely worth a visit.

The egg Benedict is simply unique! Put the egg to the point and homemade, juicy toast. In addition, personal, which is simply courteous as you wish. Just always an experience! Small point of criticism: unfortunately, the table is only available for two hours at breakfast. If you had a longer time you could eat much more through the grandiose menu.

Went for dinner on Christmas night and didn’t know what to expect really but I was pleasantly surprised. Although our booking seemed to have not been made they made room for us even with a full restaurant. The food was spectacular and a welcome change to the food we had been having. It was not typical, not overly expensive and the atmosphere was restrained (in a good way). I had a very nice evening Thankyou very much! Highly recommend if you are in Vienna.

Lovely service — artisan style food, amazing flavors. The selection was small, but executed with perfection. It had very nice relaxed atmosphere and felt very family friendly. The breakfast menu is available all day and looks very impressive.

Great Bar, coffee and nice Service. I recommend and beautiful surroundings.

Already a few weeks ago, I have a reservation on quandoo for today a table for five people for Breakfast. Yesterday, I confirmed the reservation after I have received an automatically generated reminder e-mail. The surprise was so big when I read this morning the notice boards, but unfortunately no Breakfast due to construction site 'at the entrance. About the quality I can say nothing, the 'service' I did not like but anyway.

Fantastic boutique hotel near the Opera house in the centre of Vienna. Perfect place to stay. Stylish modern rooms. Personal attentive service. Complimentary Wine and soft drinks in your room. Breakfast very good. Great coffee the best I’ve tasted. Thank you.

Great design-Great location. A lot of thought put into the smallest details of the interior design which make for a nice room. Not a fan of the bed or pillows but the 4 daily bottles of wine make it better. The food in the restaurant is very good and staff is mostly friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna! That Hotel is super nice, stylish and the location is a dream! But above all, we have been impressed with the fantastic staff! Rarely so attentive and friendly Service experienced. At Check in we were accompanied to the room and explained everything. The 4 (! ) Bottles of wine in the Minibar, the coffee maker in the room and that Breakfast every day from 6:30 a. M. Until 23 p. M. Only the Highlights of such a service-intensive, and beautiful Hotels. The Breakfast is incredibly varied and very very tasty. We are already looking forward to the next visit to Vienna we will definitely come back to this great Hotel!

wonderful card, 1a ware, top service, but unfortunately a small schaler aftertaste remained, the "poached eggs" were none.
Peeling perfectly boiled eggs and adding them to the eggs benedict is not quite the fine type; ok's is on the menu waxy eggs, but this dish is served worldwide with poached eggs and it was clearly visible that they weren't poached (unlike what I remembered with you in 2014).
it was a pity, it tasted good anyway.
