All was exactly as it should be – clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location. We parked the car in the underground garage, which is connected by an elevator to the reception and the rooms on the upper floors (ask at the reception for a discount card for the parking fee). The self-service breakfast offers a sufficiently wide selection of food. The rooms are clean and equipped with a small refrigerator and a safe. The entrance to the U3 subway line is just 20 meters from the hotel entrance, which is a major logistical advantage. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
I've stayed there at the end of October 2025, for 3 nights. Great location vs money paid — a decent neighborhood, right next to the subway station and a Billa shop. Tram station also close. Parking available at a decent price. Breakfast was also good just a small incident — in one day the dishes were not very clean.
The rooms are clean and have enough space.
Overall was a great value for money.

I hope, this review will be helpful for the management to improve the service. While checking in, we asked the reception lady to give us good room, as we would stay 4 nights during Christmas vacations in Simm’s hotel, she mentioned “sure, you booked a good room” (while booking we chose “double/twin comfort room”), but she gave us a room for disabled people, with an old shower curtain, and toilet for people with special needs. The two beds were just connected together (which easily moved apart, if someone stayed in the middle), while it was obvious, that we were a family with our small kid, who might sleep together with us, though there was an extra bed for him in the room. As well there were no room slippers available neither in this room, not in reception. As it was late evening already and we were tired, we stayed one night in this room, and in the morning, luckily, a gentlemen in reception easily solved the issue and gave us a perfect room with a large window, great view, double bed, glass-door shower and even two room slippers. I am grateful to him, that he provided for us this comfortable room for the other 3 nights. But I really stayed with a strage feeling of not being welcomed: why from the very beginning the lady in reception was trying to give us the worst room: was that her personal decision or the general policy of the hotel. In both cases that was not felt as a hospitable gesture.
