We had a perfect stay here for a few nights. The Arbio team was very responsive, the check in and check out were smooth following their instructions, the apartment was well equipped (full kitchen) and spacious, the location was very convenient: subway U3 and tram 71 just 2 minutes away that would take you to city centre and most of places of interests, Lidl and various eateries just downstairs. We had an apartment with balcony facing inside so it's super quiet and relaxing. Would stay again if in Vienna.
At first is was all good.
Till checkout. Cleaner came 15min before checkout knocking at the door that we needed to leave. We have payed 25 euros for extra time.
Cleanster smelled like she smoked weed. Not really pleasant for the whole floor… we asked if we could use the luggage room but we couldn’t (in comments says we could) our flight is at 10pm.
So we went to simms hotel explained the whole situation. We could set our luggage payment free there for the whole day.

Great place with great service. The appartment have everything you need in this area with U-bahn, cafes, and on Saturday there’s an outdoor market right outside the appartment on the street.
But avoid room 7, if you wanna sleep a bit longer in the morning, because the bakery from Lidl down under makes noise.
