Hotel Bellevue Wien

The hotel is looking rather tired and dated. The rooms are comfortable enough but lack the wide range of facilities more modern hotels have. Restricted common areas — there is a bar but I hardly ever saw it staffed. No porters. No evening meals. In terms of location it is very close to tram lines and within walking distance of the Metro but some distance from the central area of Vienna.

The staff has been super friendly to us. The hotel itself needs a HUGE renovation. Lift is very slowly and old, breakfast room very old. The breakfast itself, has a lot of spaces available, the variation of food and beverages is also very good.
The rooms are good enough, we stayed in one that luckily had air conditioning! Very old design, bathroom could be better.
With a renovation, this hotel would be definitely the best.
Location is good, public transport reachable in 1 min walking, as well as Mc Donald’s, supermarket, stores, etc.

Nice historic building, very friendly staff in reception, room was not so modern but cozy and clean. Excellent breakfast!

Big room, comfortable beds, amiable staff, rich breakfast, good location relatively close to the city center and just in front of metro station.
But air conditioning is only in the rooms so the corridors are very hot. The breakfast area was over crowded and the staff under dimensioned!
The last refurbishment took place very long ago and walls, doors and bathrooms are clearly needed full revamping.

Stayed about 5 nights during the Summer end of July, air condition did not work well was hot in the room. Asked someone to checked, nothing change. They didn’t clean the toilet so well. Housemaid didn’t fill up facial tissue, etc. When we called the reception they asked to go down to pick it up, is this 4 stars hotel?
We don’t choose this hotel becoz we joined or india gte music competition’s package. It’s my second time in Vienna so I rent a car this time. This hotel has no parking at all, the closest public parking is 1 kilo and the way to get there is quite confusing and compelling dark at night. A few days later I found a short cut to the car park but on the way it’d full of bird shots. Not very convenient. Check out day, in front of hotel there is suppose to be 10-15 mins parking spots to load luggage’s but some vans park there waiting for passenger so I had no parking to get my luggage and there is only 1 lane road.
Good things are.

I recently booked a Junior Suite at Hotel Bellevue Wien through Super. Com Travel for my parents' vacation from August 26th to September 2nd. What was intended to be a thoughtful gift turned into an utterly disappointing ordeal that compelled me to share my experience. Despite paying extra for the Junior Suite upgrade and confirming Wi-Fi availability on the hotel's website, upon my parents' arrival, the Wi-Fi was inexplicably non-functional. This inconvenience pales in comparison to the unprofessionalism and rudeness exhibited by the hotel staff in handling the situation. Upon reaching out directly to the hotel at the provided contact number (+436645289960), I encountered a staff member who was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. During a brief 6-minute conversation, he bluntly refused to provide any solution, expressed no willingness to welcome my parents, and even hung up on me. Shockingly, he flat-out declined a cancellation request for the booking. Incredibly frustrated, I made numerous attempts to reconnect with the staff member, placing over 20 calls, all of which were ignored. This unacceptable behavior forced me to secure alternative accommodations at additional expense, essentially ruining my parents' vacation. Considering the unresponsive and disrespectful behavior of Hotel Bellevue Wien's staff, I have no choice but to request a full refund through Super. Com Travel.

We haven't had any problems. Everything's perfect. A charming hotel and very well connected. Right in front of a BILLA supermarket and in one of the accesses to it a traffic table to buy the transport tickets and play the EuroMillions. By the way, I played and he was awarded, but I couldn't collect it in Spain. I have sent the ticket to the hotel to be given to the person who uploaded my bags to room 304. 'll.
