The place itself is so beautiful and really should deserve 5 stars BUT it has no restaurant or service. So if you’re in the pool you have to go to the vending machine to get something to drink and bring it yourself. Me and my husband ended up going to a shop and making a picking basket. For the price per night we really expected something more special. That said, breakfast is very nice!

The location and the castle itself are very nice, the room was fine, the breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. But that was it with the positive points! Unfortunately!
In the castle there was unfortunately no restaurant operation, which means dinner only goes out and the same is true if you wanted to have a drink in the evening. Just go to the Bar Charlie (a snack and drink, where the bottle of wine also cost 20 — €) and that in a 4-star hotel! The fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel should be clearly mentioned on the homepage!
The sauna area was in a desolate state, the doors could only be closed badly or not at all, of the 2 available showers only 1 could be used, in the other shower only hot water came.
The overall impression of this hotel was: "A hotel that has come to an end, which urgently needs to be overhauled and does not deserve the 4 stars"!
Too bad actually, the pictures had promised more!

Super location for events — great ambience.

Very nice ambiance with perfect garden for a wedding ceremony. The rooms were clean and cozy. Staff as well as food was also at a high level. Very happy!

We celebrated a party in the castle this year and booked that complete castle for us (i. E. H. The vault and all rooms).
Reception was nice, we were also told the way to the room (as there are some buildings on the area). I had a junior suite. This was in need of renovation in size but not particularly luxurious for a junior suite. You feel like you're in a superior room. The bathroom is in need of renovation, the curtains throughout the room dirty (stains), the shower head belongs either decalquely or bought new. One put a "block" with suggestions for improvement in the bathroom only without a pen.
The fireplace in the vault is quite pleasant, outside there was only a small fire pit for about 90 people, which was a pity. Dinner was fine except for the turkey meat was dry. We had a drinks allowance, the waiters were rather lazy. The vault is separate from the sleeping areas, also means that you have to walk from the sleeping area a bit until you come to breakfast (which was also in the vault). The breakfast area was very unlovingly designed, one felt like you were in a cellar. Lt. Staff costs breakfast about 20 euros, for this price is offered too little, it does not find it worth 20 euros.
We have before this feast regarding the Asked for a wedding, it was called approx. From €130, 00 in the vault per person — we decided on a different location at that time, in retrospect a good decision as it is overpriced.

Wow! What a lovely experience. The hotel is exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. There is a gym and sauna. You can also enjoy a great massage. The grounds are stunning and it's lovely to take a walk in the surrounding area if you're a countryside lover. The best part of my stay was how kind, attentive and friendly the staff were, without exception. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was outstanding. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Schloss Mühldorf!

We were in the new Don Jovanni here can you really only a recommendation.
The ambiance very nice cozy and inviting, the service quick smart, attentive and obliging!
The kitchen should be highlighted, a pizza so thin and crispy that looks in this area of his peers, great fresh meat and fish products.
The pasta whether tomatig or the savory Carbonara in a Parmesan Bowl swung the offer to taste like in Italy, a small selection of fine wines perfectly round.
A tip that was Don Jovanni during our two visits so a reservation is booked to recommend.

Jo Vanni restaurant at Hotel: finally something new in the area! Great Spanish/Italian restaurant! We ate by the map and it was incredibly good! We have eaten the rarely so good pasta! The pizza was super tasty and the grilled Eggplant to stir! We will be back!

I was totally disappointed with the Advent market, for € 5, — admission I would have expected stylish exhibitors and not those who only sell Ramsch! Since I have already seen other markets and they were even without admission! Also the culinary offer was nothing special, only 08/15… Too bad, because if you see the decoration in the hotel, you expect accordingly noble stalls!

Toller Service, nettes Ambiente.

This review refers only to the Restaurant of the hotel, because we a family party, were invited. We have stayed there. The food was lousy, the Service was unfortunately also not particularly. It is sad if, for example, a cream of pumpkin soup after Rindfettsuppe tastes, (as a bad soup I had never eaten! ) the main course is so poor is down to being a normal eater good for 2 servings need to be filled (example, I had to the chicken 3 small quarter pieces of Fried potatoes and a tablespoon full of vegetables), Dessert, as pancakes is advertised and is not. The beer for the main course was forgotten, instead of white coffee and/or Latte coffee was an Espresso with milk Foam served.

Family Environment. The best thing to eat. The nicest people. A must for the connoisseur.

Different, unique, charming, not for everyone/woman. Great hotel with great staff.

Once and never again! price/performance ratio is terrible!
