Clean, Modern and cheaper,

Very nice rooms with tea and coffee making facility. Has refrigerator in each level for general use. Good breakfast Worth a visit.

Check out sometimes have to send luggage at the counter, and then go back to get when the boss has been asking us what time to leave, there is a feeling of being driven, the heart is not very comfortable. The room is quite clean, but Wi-Fi is not very stable, breakfast is not legendary delicious, the location of the home is some distance from the town.

We’ve stayed here during our visit of Hallstatt. The hotel was clean, as well as the rooms. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also good English speaking Little disappointing was no dinner possible so we had to go to the town. Breakfast was also ok.

Very nice hotel and very clean. The breakfast had many varieties, they also offer dinner if you order it before hand for 14 euros (3 course meal) and they have a vending machine with drinks so you can serve your self whenever you need. The view from all sides is amazing each room has a nice view on the mountains or the lake. I absolutely recommend it ;) ) and will definitely come back again.

Fantastic hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was on par with any gourmet restaurant. The rooms were modern an seemed new. Unbelievable mountain view from our room. Great location right next to the salt mine (Salz) and waterfall hike!

Spacious clean rooms. Free Wi-Fi, slippers (1 EUR per pair) and hot water pot. No refrigerator though.

The owner is very good, the room is great, there is no disadvantage ~ breakfast is buffet-style, delicious varieties are also more!
Even the inside of the self-service coin machine prices are very cheap, as well as beer. Ask about travel itinerary also give us a lot of methods and suggestions, thank them very much!
A chance to visit again! Think the money is worth it, recommend everyone.

Kindly staffs good take care to tourist. Good breakfast. Room very clean and nice. If I have a chance I will stay at Gruner Anger again.

Great hotel, rooms were comfortable and yet complete & clean. Great host, provided guide & useful information. Has case park space in front of the hotel, has a bar restaurant & breakfast menu was also complete & filling. Our room has a balcony.

No air-conditioning, but it's cold outside.

Nice hotel.
Located from the lake in 3 minutes on foot. The room and the hotel is very quiet, cozy, comfortable. The front desk greets a speaking couple of hotel owners. The man was very friendly, told where to look, recommended a few good restaurants in the area, because the hotel that evening the restaurant did not work.
Parking for cars is small, located next to the hotel.
Near the hotel there is a lift, which rises to an unprecedented height in the salt mine. The view from the Windows is just spectacular!
The room has a hairdryer, TV, kettle with accessories. The design and finish is very high quality and modern. The internet operates at a speed of 1, 8 Mbit/s, connection to Wi-Fi is extremely simple. Internet quality for 3 out of 5 points. There are no batteries in the room, but it seems that there is a warm floor-in the middle of September in the room was very warm at the fact that the street in the evening is very fresh and the breath of steam.
Breakfast consists of hot chicken broth, hot sausages, hot omelette. Also coffee, tea, fruit, fresh buns, yoghurts, rice (where without it, when in galshtate 95% of people-the Chinese).
The conclusion is that the hotel is very nice. You can safely recommend it for living. Would love to come back here next time.

Euro 1351-night triple room, very spacious and comfortable although not on the lake, the balcony is beautiful, breakfast is simple enough, everyone can order a pot of tea or coffee or chocolate, as well as porridge and soup, suitable for oriental human mouth. The boss is very enthusiastic about helping the traveler.

Great location, only 5-minutes walk from the bus terminal (Hallstatt Lahn), information center, supermarket and lake. Great services and wonderful dinner/breakfast. Especially the dinner costs only 13 euro for 3-course set, which is very reasonable price and cost performance level is high. Highly recommend this place to the visitors who do not necessarily need to stay in a lake-view room.

Great location: walking to down town, not too far from the information center.
Nice room: with heater both in bedroom and bathroom and nice decoration.

Room was so gorgeous, scenic view from the room was fantastic, everywhere looked like the town in the fairy-tale. Owner was really kind and their food is also good. We will definitely come here again. I don't really want to recommend this place to my friend because I don't want everyone to come here :) 10 stars. Totally satisfied.

Friendly service, generous breakfast, comfortable room, free parking, easy walking distance to historical centre, free Wi-Fi. We ate dinner here as well and for 11€ we got a very nice meal of soup salad main course and desert. Would stay again. Great value.

Great place to stay while in the Hallstatt area. Friendly owners, who are only to happy to help with everything from planning on which hikes to go on to giving you a ride to the boat. Great food and a nice place to rest your head. They also have free bikes for their guest to use. This is a great find in a great place.

Good care and good price in this lodging that is next to the beautiful Lake from Hallstatt.
