Very nice family business in Hallstatt. Kind and friendly staff, very beautiful and clean rooms.

Hallstatt being a small beautiful village, but when its combined with utmost hospitality its then the magics happening. All cheers to Ms Nadia a young beautiful girl with a big heart for guests. So close to the lake, accessible to everywhere & everything I just cant remember any other better place than Fenix Hall Boutique Hotel. Good and clean place to stay in Hallsttat, desk is nice, who help us to reserve restaurant. Breakfast is good, too. We will visit here again when off season.

Jacqueline was an extremely kind and friendly host, and really went the extra mile to help us. Would definitely stay there another time I visit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and big rooms. Is just a 5 minute walk to the Funicular up to the skywalk and salt mines. Is a family run business and the hosts were warm and friendly.

Awesome! Great location and wonderful host. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Whole place had recently been renovated and tastefully appointed. Highly recommend!

Our first time in Hallstatt only stayed one night, recommend two day minimum to get to see the area, longer to relax and enjoy. The room was great and the hostility equal. We will be back and stay here again, but longer.

Although we had not scheduled a stay in Hallstatt, after a few weeks in various locations in Europe, it was so refreshing to stay somewhere whereby the Owner/Manager, Jacqueline, was so much friendlier and helpful than anywhere else we had stayed! The accomodation itself was very clean, stylish and homely, however, our host was the highlight! Jacqueline gave us great advice about where to eat, tours and was a great help when my partner needed to see a Doctor (and he is feeling much better thank you). Thanks for you friendliness Jacqueline… a helpful, kind person makes every difference in a foreign place.

We loved our stay here! So much better than someplace like the heritage. The rooms were beautiful and unique as well as very very clean. Also very accommodating to us and our situation, letting us check in unbelievably early. The staff (ownership) was absolutely amazing. Friendly and incredibly helpful, as well as genuine. This hotel truly cares about its guests, their comfort, and experience. If we go back, this will be our first choice.

Rooms, bathrooms are nice and clean, close to the salt mine, and the best I saw that they were cleaning up the sheets, many restaurants are not likely to change, but because it is a wood floor, noise is a little bit too good to get sound, a little distance from the parking lot near the center of the town (about 13 minutes walk from the Plaza), overall, it's good. Recommended！

Love our stay at this hotel. Very friendly people and a lot of fun chatting with them. They speak very good English. The room is large and clean. The large bed is very comfortable. The hotel does not have on-site parking, but the public lot is just a short walk away, and there is parking space for loading/unloading at the hotel. And it's an easy 10 minute walk to the town center. Will definitely look them up again next time.

Nice and friendly staff. Room is clean and cosy. Within walking distance though a bit far from Hallstatt ferry pier.

Very impressive hotel in beautiful Hallstatt. The rooms are very classy and romantic. Worth the stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a gorgeous weekend in Austria.
