Great hotel — big well equipped rooms, incredibly friendly staff everywhere. Access to the spa with a few steps via the square or through the connecting corridor.
Food enjoyed in restaurant fontäne, breakfast buffet very generously stocked.

For 4 stars you can expect more…
hotel has neither air conditioning nor a minibar in the room. The rooms are simply furnished, luxury is in vain. Furniture is quite old, but good, tasteless…
which is a joke, however, for a thermal hotel, that you can not find a clothes stand in the whole room, and also has almost zero possibilities to dry the bathing clothes, that is really weak for a "4 star" house.
breakfast was ok, eat in more view, except for the appetizer also… personal well, room girl very friendly, reception a little incompetent, hardly infos on arrival, had to ask everything, and error at checkout! but the best thing is that you are treated as a guest, for which mistakes of the staff are still unfriendly… not 4 stars moderately, are quite used to other. Conclusion, 1x and not again… gsd is bad radkersburg full of nice, modern houses that welcome their guests gladly, nicely and friendly. Bad radkersburg sees us again, but the vital hotel IS NOT more…

Erster Eindruck ist schon beim Eingang Recht gut. Personal sehr freundlich und Ambiente beim Eingang auch sehr nett. Zimmer und Bad dem Preis entsprechend OK. Nur das Bett ist leider nicht so meines. Finde es etwas zu weich. Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend da das Buffet schon einiges bittet. Abendessen kann man zwischen 3 Menüs wählen die dann in der Therme konsumiert werden. Entweder im Restaurant beim Eingang oder direkte in der Therme im Bademantel. Finde die Idee nicht schlecht da man sich zum Abendessen nicht extra wieder umziehen muss. Mann erspart sich das ins Zimmer laufen und das dauernde umziehen.

No climate neither in the room nor in the rest of the hotel, no refrigerator in room and no screen balcony also no safe in the room but staff was very nice and competent.

Excellent in all aspects, my experience was wonderful.

I have been damaged by Physiotherapy iin this Hotel n my Well-being at least 3 Weeks and have in concrete several Days had almost to severe Pain over the period.
When I Clarified the Hotel Manager, among others, demanded the certificates from the Physiotherapist treating me, the Hotel Manager comes up with nothing better than to tell me very unkindly that I should refrain from citing my Experience as an Assessment here when I don't want to have any Difficulties.

The underground passage to the spa is quite long, the road is much faster. Fridge in the room would have been nice. Restaurant Fountain also delicious! Rooms are quite old but clean and yet very nice…

Hotel Although Nice, but the restaurant is 5 minutes walk, underground, or 2 minutes walk, above ground, in the spa. Is not worth 4 stars.
Addition: The prospectus does not lie, but the truth is extremely stretched: there are "barrier-free rooms", but the hotel is only one step. The underground passage is about 700-800m (! ) long, up and down, and a 40cm wide passage lock with a wheelchair door! How to get a wheelchair driver at these many steps is a mystery to me. It is in a brochure, in black on dark grey, that it is not suitable for disabled people. But only with a magnifying glass to see.
What is not yet visible in the prospectus is that the restaurant is actually in the thermal building. So you have to go for dinner 30m, outdoors, over the street or the 800m underground.
It would be a good thing to note that the food, both within the spa and in the restaurant, really tastes great. The choice is rather flimsy for a 4 star restaurant, but it just goes. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
However, I would not have booked if I had known before, what a walk you have to do to go to the restaurant or the spa.
Room itself was also OK, but also just steps away.

The check in was done in the Morning on the day of arrival full use of. The welcome at reception was friendly, however I would have liked more information about processes and practices. Us a Bathrobe and a! Bath towel handed over. A second towel, there was only on request. There was neither bag or other containers to a variety of accessories to store. So, a container (cumbersome carrying basket) there are only rooms! Not to mention a positive would be that our room two hours before Check-in time. In retrospect, I think to myself, have these two hours a lot of leichtfür be used a more thorough cleaning. Apart from the fact that the furniture is quite outdated (Badezimner excluded), it was dusty, completely, dirty and it smelled funny. Thick layers of dust on Bed frames, lamps, mirrors, etc.! Floor, linen, utensils, Cup in the bathroom, toilet door, a variety of dispenser and hair dryer had stains. Our second booked room was able to come up with the same condition. First, these spills are not noticed, because we just wanted to quickly in the Spa. In the evening we decided that cleaning the room the next day waiting to see if the condition changed. This was not the case. In the afternoon we informed the reception about the state of our room. The nice receptionist collected all of our complaints and forwarded them immediately. We offered her to show her the ills in our rooms, because she was not interested!

The hotel itself, from the furnishing, I can not rate. But anyway I would like to give this hotel 5 stars. We had booked at the Vital Hotel the park Therme bad Radkersburg. We wanted to stay two nights there and go to the indie spa to use the beautiful sauna area. We arrived, the room was not ready yet. It was just too early. We then already got the clocks with which we had to get three to the thermal baths. When we arrived in the sauna area, we had to find out that the spa does not hold what it promises. A sauna area for 200 to 300 guests and an infusion sauna for a maximum of 25 guests. Which means that you have no chance to participate in the infusion. We then decided immediately not to buy I room and to go to another spa. And here the hotel has earned 5 stars. Without discussion we can check out and cancel our stay free of charge. Very courteous treatment. Thank you for that! can only recommend to anyone.

Up to the time of departure everything was great so far. All, with a few exceptions at reception and lady of the house, were all more than friendly and accommodating. Room somewhat older, but clean. The fridge is missing. The shower door is not part of renew, because it gets you to and as a result, the water runs in the entire bathroom area. Breakfast sufficient, fresh. Praise to the kitchen to Polenta! The was-mega-dope! Of course the Buffet is a little tight. Children's buffet consists of only. Cornflakes. Not very inviting/healthy. Spa super, pool attendant very friendly. Underground passage from the Hotel to the Spa… well… words fail me, and worthy of zero stars. The day before departure I was called to Booking the reservation. I have a double room for 2 Pers. Reserved (€550. —) With the remark that the 2 Pers. 1 EW u have 1 child. Should I change it to 1 EW and reception are manually for 1 child. (Price is, of course, u will be less than 550. — lt. Statement of the receptionist) Said, done, and been changed by me. I had it in black and white. Booking itself has failed to send a confirmation to the Hotel. I know at the time of departure. Receptionist it has lt. Her statement the day before noticed, but said nothing? At the time of payment I should pay for a double room for 2 EW and 1 child approx. 750. —! To change my request this is what I was inquiring the receptionist, Karin Sch. This is my fault u, I would have to pay the bill.

Very dissatisfied, room nice, beds are bad, much too soft, Breakfast is a divorce very, coffee should get a "GSH — loader" hotel guidance in Slovenia!

Top room, Breakfast and dinner (in the Spa restaurant). Direct access to the Spa (in a Bathrobe). The day of arrival and day of departure until 11am included (or Counter-charge the whole day). Especially recommended for promotions!

Easy, direct booking, nice reception, Breakfast experience, as always, dinner is greatly improved, the only room not 100% clean, we will come back again.

Rooms at times not chaos at breakfast, Gruftytanzabend, dinner main course cleaned, just horrible.
