The check in was done in the Morning on the day of arrival full use of. The welcome at reception was friendly, however I would have liked more information about processes and practices. Us a Bathrobe and a! Bath towel handed over. A second towel, there was only on request. There was neither bag or other containers to a variety of accessories to store. So, a container (cumbersome carrying basket) there are only rooms! Not to mention a positive would be that our room two hours before Check-in time. In retrospect, I think to myself, have these two hours a lot of leichtfür be used a more thorough cleaning. Apart from the fact that the furniture is quite outdated (Badezimner excluded), it was dusty, completely, dirty and it smelled funny. Thick layers of dust on Bed frames, lamps, mirrors, etc.! Floor, linen, utensils, Cup in the bathroom, toilet door, a variety of dispenser and hair dryer had stains. Our second booked room was able to come up with the same condition. First, these spills are not noticed, because we just wanted to quickly in the Spa. In the evening we decided that cleaning the room the next day waiting to see if the condition changed. This was not the case. In the afternoon we informed the reception about the state of our room. The nice receptionist collected all of our complaints and forwarded them immediately. We offered her to show her the ills in our rooms, because she was not interested! As we cleaned an hour later, our room was sought or what always keeps this Hotel! The friendly cleaning power already had sheets on my bed and wipe the floor. A small fruit plate, there were two Apples, a banana, three Physalis and a pre-printed excuse slip of paper, stand in front of the TV. Then, you said you would be finished here and went into our second room. As I found, once again, the untouched layers of dust in my room, I got the lady and showed her the dirt. She was a little shocked and wiped it immediately on this one. I gave her the crusty utensils plates out of the bathroom, under the nose, you cleaned me. Then it was your opinion, done and hopelessness made me wide. We spent the evening at the hotel bar, enjoyed the really good live music that evening and ran to distract us with the friendliness of the staff from our Trouble! When you Check out, the next day it was on the part of the Desk no comment to our Dilemma. It was only when I spoke to the complaints, said the nice lady, a little amazed, that we would have to get anyway, for a "fruit basket" and also immediately, even by the housekeeper, cleaned. Further, we have received already a company discount (this was, however, already been included in quotation). We could not believe our ears and asked whether this story would be done for the Hotel. A little helpless, she turned to the duty Manager and she was very friendly, apologized immediately for the inconvenience and offered us a compensation of € 15, — /Person. More you could make. I think I need not mention that my state of excitement was by this time in the green area and I asked the good lady if that was really Serious. Further I had to understand her, that we would make this thing definitely public. Suddenly, a further discount of € 30, — /Person was possible. Thus, the issue for the Hotel was done! Pretty acidified and disappointed with a complaint to management, we traveled! Will definitely come again and can only advise against any of it!
