Very nice hotel close to the center with very nice rooms in the new building (quiet, clean, spacious rooms), good regional breakfast, friendly service.

A dream! The service exceptionally courteous and attentive, the room dreamlike! We were in the new building. The architecture of the new house alone is worth seeing! Our room was very spacious and with sensitivity modern and tastefully decorated. A huge balcony overlooking the greenery invites you to linger. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. It was very rich and diverse! We were happy and immediately relaxed and recovered! The spa is within walking distance — as well as the centre of Bad Radkersburg.
We'll be back DEFINITIV!

The welcome was very warm and friendly.
Even the rooms were already ready and that at 12:30!
The very charming lady at the reception led us around and explained everything very well.
Our room was very spacious and clean, bathroom and toilet separate.
The furnishings are chic and contemporary. Great ceiling lights in the living room and Hall.
The bathroom was very clean.
The small terrace which belongs to the room we also enjoyed.
The Radaufbewahrungs room is sufficiently large and well secured.
Here a Small Basic tool station would be great.
The breakfast room is bright and friendly, good choice as everyone really finds something. The homemade spreads were particularly good. Good selection of coffee and tea.
We can definitely recommend the Birkenhof, great location top service, we will definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast buffet more than adequate on offer, it was also enough there when you came a little later very good whole wheat bread or pumpkin bread good regional juices good coffee from the espresso machine is the grape jam! Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt really comfortable and have experienced a lot in this holiday.

Were unfortunately only 2 nights in the house, it would have endured longer, except for the beds, slept a bit badly. Breakfast was very good and adequate, staff very friendly and immediately there for the guests. The location is absolutely fine, old town, Slovenia and spa on beautiful walks easily accessible.

Our favourite hotel for years. Unrestricted value is placed on friendliness and cleanliness. The new garden rooms are wonderfully successful, cosy and in resting room with a view of the greenery. The spa is only a few minutes away.
Breakfast is particularly noteworthy. Always fresh and with a very wide selection of tea, vegetables, egg, juices, cereals, cakes, pastries, … We remain repeat offenders!

Equipment, design, cleanliness, generosity, room offer etc. The room is just perfect.
The friendliness of the family business, managed with love and competence, makes it unparalleled, simply beautiful.

Whoever wants to do whatever in bad Radkersburg: This accommodation is only recommended! Very central location, beautiful grounds, excellent breakfast and very friendly and sought after staff.

A very nice and well maintained hotel. It is close to the spa and there are ample parking facilities. Breakfast is not possible. One goes to the wishes of the guests. We felt very comfortable.

I would like to answer your request to aessern my opinion regarding your Gaestehauses. As a traveler I have comparisons. With accommodation and breakfast buffet we were very satisfied. Your property is beautiful and very well maintained. I missed a TV channel table to operate the television. Guests who want to use their own soap in the shower or need a soap dish would be useful. Because of the endless tranquillity that reigns in the garden, we have slept a lot and well. We are recovering departed and arrived after Nice travel weather without any problems at home. We have at the end of the bike ride (Murtalradweg) spent one night here. Nice facility, nice cozy rooms and very pleasant atmosphere. We have us very probably felt. The Breakfast was one of the Best that I am in a Hotel of this price range so far enjoyed.
