The access to the hotel from the motorway exit Graz Ost is very pleasant. The location (close proximity to the Stadthalle) was a big argument for us. A very attractive hotel, very clean and the staff is very attentive!

The hotel in the heart of Graz. Rooms all with air conditioning. The staff very polite and courteous.
It is recommended. Price performance very good.

Very clean room and helpful staff.

My room was pretty clean, and nice. The receptionists were helpful. :)
Breakfast was super and very extra, the waitresses were friendly, BUT the waiter was smells like some kind of alcohol… and he was deconcentrated. (More people mentioned this…)

Hotel totally fine. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Downtown easily accessible by tram. Near the fairgrounds. Recommended. Garage available.

The City centre is within walking distance in about 15min. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn. A Stop is diagonally opposite the Hotel.
The Service was attentive and accommodating. Our Room was functional but personally a little too full for me and therefore spatially constricted.
The Breakfast Buffet was rich. Breakfast can be had from 6:30pm. We were there at 6 45 o 'clock — and all The Tables were occupied! (Travel Group) So maybe allow short Waiting Times!
Sleeping With the window was not possible due to traffic noise. There really are a lot of Trucks passing by.

I was 4x in this hotel, room and bathroom are clean and well appointed, the breakfast buffet is fine. There are parking spaces and underground parking. It is easy to get to the city centre on foot or by public transport.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with very good service and great breakfast. The rooms are very good, a small Mank is the noise as the hotel is located at a busy intersection.
Otherwise the price-performance ratio is top.

Hotel room nothing special + parking space very narrow, when entering. I damaged my car there while parking there. You have to go around a corner while entering the parking space which is 10cm wider than your car. Impossible to park there.

When I woke up in the morning I went to have breakfast and found a arrow poison frog in my pancakes. It was very Delicious when I stuck my fork into it. But the frog was uncooked and I went into a coma. I just woke up 5 years after the incident without a leg. I was told a staff at the hotel ate my leg 4 years when they were hungry.

The Windows go directly to the street so you have to decide if you want to sleep in noise or bad air. The bed is very bad you are located so that a restful sleep is hardly possible. A few stars were there anyway, as the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is very extensive. Also the bathroom and the room in itself was quite clean. Nevertheless, I would not stay here because of the low sleep comfort.

Location of the hotel is brilliant — directly opposite the Stadthalle Graz, connection to public transport. Staff is always eager to help!

A good hotel with a very sumptuous breakfast buffet at pleasant prices. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very well equipped. With laundry service, underground parking and free Wi-Fi you have everything you need. The fitness room is not adequate. Two ergometers in a basement room without windows or ventilation do not deserve this name.

Friendly, modern, clean and not too big three-or four-star hotel near the Graz town Hall. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Only drawback: the hotel at a rather busy crossroads; With an open window, only deaf people can sleep there. For one or two nights this is fine, then it may be a pain for a long time.

The hotel was overall OK. We were in transit and felt well kept. Underground parking is tight for large cars. Staff friendly and Nice.

Business hotel right in front of the fair in Graz. The bathroom is a place of arms, the rooms cozy. All in the norm.

The hotel has a great location, just across the street from the exhibition Centre and into the city it is also only about 20 minutes away.
The breakfast buffet is excellent (including salmon and various homemade spreads, …) really recommend to anyone!

We were fine, the rooms are nice with the TV in front of the bed. Large and comfortable bathroom. In a moment you arrive in the center with the tram. All in all a good and functional hotel.

Great staff, friendly and professional. The reason only 3 stars is the decoration of the hotel, it is cold and not a place where I would go to have a vacation. Good to stay for a layover, etc…

A very friendly staff. The room was fine, except for a few little things, such as defective bedside table lighting. Breakfast was Excellent. You can only sleep when the window is closed, as the street noise is Considerable. All in all, however, a nice and pleasant hotel.

Close to the centre, you will reach Hauptplatz in a few minutes with tram 4 or 5. Clean, modern and decent-sized rooms. Breakfast is buffet with wide choice, but it is not included and costs 14 euros.

The hotel is very well located, looks very clean and the breakfast buffet can be seen! The staff is very friendly! Only the parking situation is to be criticized!

The room is small in American standards, but so well organized that this doesn't matter. The breakfast is top notch. 12 minutes walk to the center, on 3 lines of tram — all in all a very good experience.

For me, this hotel is a "tourist hotel" — would award 3 stars for it. Arrived yesterday at 2.15 p. M. ; the room I would only have received if I had paid € 15, — extra (Early CheckIn). So I had to wait until 3 p. M. In the lobby.
The room was very small but very clean.
The breakfast buffet radiates the charm of a "vending machine café". Buffet is ok, but also very small and mE not worth the € 14, — which are additionally charged.
I was last in the Best Western Premiere Kitzbühel. I paid the same for this hotel as for the Graz Era-based Best Western. However, Kitzbühel is pure luxury and is located around classes above the Graz hotel.
The Best Western plus Amedia Graz is summarized ok; too expensive for the required price…

From arrival to departure we where treated like Kings. Staff very professional and courteous, rooms fantastic I had penthouse 508 which was spacious and very welcoming. During our short stay the hotel was very busy with a large party of Austrian/German nationals, the staff where kept busy but did not lower their cheerful and friendly attitude. I would recommend this hotel to any people visiting Graz.

Rough and ugly design. Not a good parking lot, street parking is hard to find. Location is good near the bahnhof. But if you dont use train, it is pointless to stay in this area since the price is not so cool either.

A high on Martina Meließnig, the hotel manager. Competent, highly service-oriented, quality-conscious and always friendly words on the lips. This is how a hotel must be managed. The staff always friendly and polite, but in between also put on jokes. A welcome mix, as it should be for a heart-blood edifier. We feel comfortable and always like to come back. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms spacious and clean! We always like to come! :-)

Modern Hotel, logistically perfect to reach the centre by foot or by tram… very comfortable and working until late evening.
Perfect breakfast, rich and varied for all needs… sweet and savory.
Good clean and modern and comfortable rooms.
Only downside on TV is not visible any Italian channel… even just to listen to a news/newscast.

Friday to Sunday at the hotel Graz Amedia. Have to say, what we have experienced in Graz, the best in the category of 3-4 star.
Goods with our son in the hotel and there was no reason for a complaint. Good service, very friendly staff, quiet — very clean rooms (had rooms in the courtyard) and a very rich breakfast buffet. Every 3-4 months in Graz and now have our hotel where we know that lacks nothing. You should stop just in time parking reservation, so that there is a place in the Hoteleigenen (ist nicht so Groß). Great team in the Amedia Graz.

Good position, nice rooms, interior and services but it is not far enough for 4 stars category hotel! WI-FI is very, very slow and we had problems with connection. The room is really too small, walls too thin and acoustic insulation very bad. We heard every neighbour guest's coming and leaving and sounds from other rooms. The dinning space for breakfast is also more than too small and not suitable for a such large number of guests in the morning. There is also only one coffee maker for more than 50 people, who could be also in a hurry at that morning time…

Very modern well furnished hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. The Hotel is located quite close to the City and in the immediate vicinity of the town hall. Large drawback is the Breakfast room. Much too small… A fully automatic coffee machine for up to 50 guests (as much as can fit in the Breakfast room). Long queues in front of the coffee machine and the space is very tight. If you want to the Buffet, you sit the guests almost on the lap. A consequence of this, very restless everything. Also the Elevator is located directly on the Breakfast room so that it is in tear down in the morning people splash there. It has, therefore, in the morning, no rest. Not necessarily in need of improvement.

Very nice hotel with tramway at 2 minutes by foot. Staff pleasant. Great quality for breakfast. Only issue is the bad quality for Wifi, not good for business trip if you need to work in your room.

Very pleasant hotel stay. Only the shower in the bathtub would be Verbesserungswürdig (a normal shower would suffice — I find personally unnecessary, since most guests spend the night bath).

Hotel room with double bed and balcony, staff extremely friendly, everything was just perfect. Short walk to the city centre, public Transport and the Congress center is directly in front of the door. This is how you imagine a stay. Happy again!

Decent hotel near city center, breakfast so-so.

Pros: Friendly Staff Good breakfast On a quiet street Not a bad walk to the city center Cons: Advertise free Wi-Fi but only give one login for a single device Wifi is very slow, almost so slow you can't really use it. Walls are thin and amplify sounds from the next room.

Generally considered a super hotel.
Problem was only the double bed, which actually consists of 2 single beds and only holds together 2 mikrige hinges. This has causes that we have landed on the ground 2 x.
On the 2nd day we simply put the mattresses on the floor.
The breakfast was top.
The sauna area could be a little bigger.
