Very IKEA like rooms, dirty. Reception unfriendly.

It is sad that the waitress speaks Romanian and not german, barely understood what I ordered. The support (name Christian) was insanely unfriendly!
The hotel deserves 1 point!
I myself work in gastronomy and will make bad publicity for this hotel in the future!

Super Hotel when you attend an event in the city hall of Graz. Rooms are friendly and modern. Staff very helpful. The only shortcoming: If you want to go to the hotel parking lot you have to call the front desk. There is no intercom.

Am very disappointed with the Management, had 3 NOT from 4 nights booked! Hot Water, as Gymnasts also inhabited this "hotel. " No Remedy could be taken. As Compensation we were offered "on the next Visit" ONE GETRÄNK! We were Trade Fair Organisers and had booked 3 Rooms. My emails in this regard will not be answered. What a pity. Conclusion: This Hotel can only be booked if not many Hotel Guests are present.

The Location is perfect if you want to visit the City of Graz, Bim right on the Doorstep, in a few Minutes in the City center also possible on Foot. Service is ok, I haven't seen any room:)

First of all, one: Great design, very friendly staff, own supervised parking, pleasant ambience! (See photos)
But: A few years ago I was also a guest here, I would probably have given 1-2 more stars. Today I have to say that the cleanliness in the rooms (we were 4 people, divided into 3 rooms) leaves a lot to be desired! In the toilet we had to remove three silver fish in a room, the wall in the toilet was covered with dried splashes, of which also a trace with some dark yellow, which at some point the wall is rounded and dried up halfway …
As in the toilet and bedroom there were still hair to be found, at the beds, which can be — apart and pushed together, on the shelf, where the bed is lying up, were heavy dirt, dust, dried edges of glasses, …
Even at breakfast I have to say, I would rather have fresh breadcrumbs, rather than defrosted, which literally breaks and crumbles when brushing … If I read this written again, I would like to pull off another one/two stars! (Get some photos of the negative points, but won't post them! ) Too bad, would have liked to report more positive!

Have stayed with my girlfriend there.
The breakfast was very good.
An advantage is the nearby tram station.
If you want to watch a concert in the Graz Stadthalle or something in the market hall, it is definitely recommended.

Intermediate low cost business hotel for intermediate prices when I wanted to order a toast to the room at 9:30 pm they told me that there is no room service and I went to the mac donalds opposite of the hotel.

Niemand kennt sich wirklich aus. Das Zimmer war zwar aufgeräumt aber kein Toilettenpapier und ich glaube minus grade bei meiner Ankunft. Bin fast jede Woche hier und immer ist irgendwas, was nicht past.

Centrally located with good parking facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. Open to the Restsurantbereich. The noisy music in the restaurant area annoys if you have a long journey and want to have some rest. Unfortunately, the same music, techno, is also loudly turned up for breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful. The map in the restaurant very clear.

Great hotel, ideal for visits to the Graz trade Fair district and with public transport, the city centre of Graz is also very easy to reach.
The hotel is quite new, the proximity to the train station is not a problem.

Not if another hotel is available. It is modern but in poor maintenance condition. Unfortunately the rooms were not clean, complaining about it did not yield a satisfactory answer. In the end, the price was not even cheap.

The hotel is beautifully equipped and makes a modern impression. Breakfast was fine. The rooms are also very modern furnished only unfortunately partially badly cleaned.

Excellent hotel, convenient central location, close to messe graz (cross the road) and many other touristic places, historical castle, etc. There is a clean McDonald's cross the road closing after midnight. Kind stuff and clean environment, parking provided.

The hotel is located in a great place, it is clean and employs friendly staffs. The serve a tasty coffee ☕ mainly espresso and the young girl Hannah, she made a Coffee latte, and it was one of the best latte I have drunk in my life!

Not the most luxurious hotel in town but it is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is not bad either. Excellent value for money.

Was expecting more of this hotel. Small room dark, not enough light. Internet Wi-Fi is poor and you have to wait like 5 minutes before the hot water becomes hot.

Bar bone rooms and what I consider cold/ugly decor. Wi-Fi was horrible and they block vpn's, so don't plan on working remotely.

All in all the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Good points: I was allowed to check in early which was excellent, and most of the staff are friendly. The rooms are also clean and well presented. The best thing is probably the tourist safety advice in the welcome pack. Bad points: Breakfast is €15. Parking is €9 and we are not near the centre of Graz. No room service: a kind member of staff offered to bring dinner to my room but was then overuled by a colleague. Terrible. The whole Roomz experience is style over substance. The owners could learn a lot from Hotel Bokan, where I stayed last night, a third cheaper, with breakfast included. Yes Bokan is older, but it has character and is not so revenue driven.

The hotel is new, modern and pretty neat. The rooms was spacious and comfortable and the staff is nice and professional. It took us about 20 minutes on foot (maybe 5 with the tram which costs 2, 70 EUR) to get to the main square in the old town (Hauptplatz). Eventually there were some trains passing by since there is a railway just behind the hotel, but the windows (and the curtains) were very good, so it did not bothered us. Overall it was a pretty good hotel and I would stay there again. The only annoying things were 1) their weird Wi-Fi connection rule: the username/password changes every 48h. Sometimes we came back late and wanted to check our emails, then we realised our passwords were not valid anymore. We had to go down and ask for the new one; 2) expensive breakfast (15 EUR per person).

Great hotel and very nice rooms. I was oma business trip and everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and clean and modern rooms.

This place is very new. The furniture looks like it's all IKEA, but the food is phenomenal! Also, the twin beds push together. Stayed for 5 nights in June 2013.
