Chic furnishings and fitting-out. But the location is a bit remoted. Staff were very helpful to allow me to change from apartment to hotel room. But the support during late evening was very limited. Common amenities like adapter should be available for guests.

Augarten Hotel is worth of saying an Art hotel. Rooms are cozy and big. Perfect for Business travelers. Breakfast was great. Reception staff is really helpful.

Stayed here a couple of times, good breakfast choices and very friendly staff. Rooms are a little clinical, perhaps this is part of the art theme? But rooms are spotless. Its also very handy for the centre, as its only a 5-10 minute walk into town in the evening.

I liked everything. First of all I would like to emphasize that it is a very comfortable hotel for those who travel with the car in tow. They have a very large underground car park at the cost of 12, €0. Per day (it seems a fair enough price from us in Italy you pay more). The room spazes Luminosisima by the modern designer. Good breakfast The hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from the center, for the exacy are 600 Mt.

We checked into this hotel for a one night stay. Registration is fast and there is a bar at the lobby area for late drinks but no snacks. Hotel has free Wi-Fi, and there are interesting art works in the lobby and rooms. Room is good sized and bathtub in the toilet. There is a gym which is ok.

Actually a very stylish hotel. Should have been a building with flats before, since the entrances to the rooms are outside. The underground car park is located directly under the hotel, the original exhibits of Sebastian Vettel (helmet with signature, front wing of a Red Bull F1 car at the house wall), the spacious balconies per room (unfortunately without sight protection, can be clean without problems with the neighbor See), Red Bull where the eye reaches. Probably because the owner of the hotel is Dr. Helmut Marko.
The rooms are well kept and clean. The mattresses are not too soft. All in all — good.

Average Hotel with good location and nice view to the Schlossberg. Rooms large but carelessly. The lack of wall hooks! Breakfast in the room ok but unfortunately only 1 chair for two.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast, clean rooms, a small pool, small fitness and a small sauna. But it's more than you need for a relaxing trip. Waiters + staff are very friendly and polite and try to fulfil all your wishes! Location is very good: 5-7min walking to the town center. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Graz! I'll definitely stay there.

Great hotel, was in a double medium room with balcony. All with style and modern furnishings. Also the bathroom leaves for me, no wishes open. Small items are deposited everywhere (cotton swabs and cotton pads, liquid soap, lotion). There was also a small welcome from fruit, really nicely prepared. The breakfast buffet is very good, the coffee is good, eggs are to order and are not simply warmed around, even croissants and fruit can be found here. Everywhere very friendly staff.
Just great! Anytime again!

A very nice hotel near Graz city centre. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Extensive breakfast for a good start to the day. Ample space in the underground garage for those arriving by car. The city centre can be reached by bus or by foot in a maximum of approx. 10 minutes. The hotel is in any case a Übernachtug value. Can only recommend it to anyone.

The Augarten Art Hotel hotel was excellent, good location, very clean; beds are very comfortable. You feel like you are in a beautiful museum with interesting artworks. Very high standard of service in all hotel departments, excellent breakfast with lots of choices… Especially I would like to commend whole reception for their professionalism and service. Front Office Manager Ms. Lisa was an excellent help during my reservation. Goodbye water, was very much appreciated, nice touch. If returning to Graz, I would not hesitate to rebook this hotel.

Hello friends travelers, in return to Italy I decided to stay in this hotel and I was satisfied.
Booked two rooms through the Internet, when we arrive we leave the car in front of the entrance and check in, where we explain that the underground parking is affiliated with the hotel and allows the direct connection with both the hotel and the Restaurant. The friendly receptionist gives us the keys of the rooms and offers to accompany us in the room; As soon as we arrive at the rooms we are satisfied both by the spaciousness and the comfort, in fact there is everything necessary (phon, sofa, …) and also a welcome gift (fruit, a note and the bottles of water very much appreciated.
The hotel itself is modern and functional, the staff friendly and speaks also a bit of Italian; The only "Pecca" is related to the fact that the area is not the best (not because it is poorly frequented, but because to get to the center you need the car). The breakfast is discreet but, in my opinion, not up to a 4 star frequented by businessmen, in fact I ordered the toast as soon as I entered the room to the waitress and I'm waiting for it now (despite two reminders) and the Capuchin we have expected 15 '…
The most amazing thing though is the restaurant: spectacular, the best in Graz.

Art, design and comfort are the salient features of this hotel, a stone's throw from the centre of Graz. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, very courteous and professional staff, and interesting works of art on the walls. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Covered parking fee available for guests.

This is a wonderful hotel. Its centered around Art and Design, has huge bedrooms with modern interior, is perfectly clean, very friendly staff and a great restaurant. A must see! Our room was next to the main street. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to request a room on the other side.
