So-so-hotel. It's a fraction of the center. Three stars.

Great location just 5 minutes from the train station. The rooms are quaint and look clean. The bathroom is a bit small but very nice. The breakfast very tasty and a wide selection.

The hotel is relatively centrally located close to the main train station.

Not bad hotel, it is convenient location to whom first visit of Graz.

No internet in the room… not ok… and not the least effort to fix it. And then lying on the phone, not expecting that I understand german…

The value for money here is very good.
The Hotel has a good Location and is very convenient for it. You just shouldn't expect too much, the Rooms are quite small but clean.
I've had a Room on the Street side and you've heard bass very loudly.
The Reception at Check-In was one of the worst I have ever experienced, either the Lady at the Reception had a really bad Day or she just doesn't like her Job at all.

Very small room and bathroom, no fridge/minibar. Breakfast very poor-hardly any choice. Good value for money. No more coming.

Great and Nice. The location is quite strategic being near the train station and with paid parking. The apartment was very nice, with a nice bathroom, clean. Only drawback, the doors of the rooms do not insulate well the noises.

Nice hotel, not far away from the old town and at only 200 mts of the train station.

Definitely not wothy this price we've paid. One night + breakfast for 2 person about 73 €. And the most important — we haven't door in shower. So… Most of water landed directly on the floor. There was a little flood. Embarassing. I think 50€ with breakfast would be reasonable price for quality we had.

Clean rooms, nice receptionist, cheap parking right next door (8 €/day for guests). All in all great, especially at these prices!

Close to the train station, okay rooms and breakfast. However, non working Wi-Fi in some rooms/floors.

Positive and fine atmosphere, great interior design and artwork, medium sized rooms with new, comfortable furniture and appliances.

Ok room, but I was expecting a mini-fridge and a desk larger than a stamp. Nice people. I could eat some takeaway in the restaurant which was nice…

Noisy as no soundproofing, looks on a busy street, no shutters, so impossible to sleep. Breakfast Buffet expensive for what it is and not included in the price, poorly appointed room and with a horrible decor (no desk or night table for example), and to top it all the reservation was not done properly. The only positive thing is the size of the room and the staff. In short, to avoid.

Phone number on website is wrong — call is impossible. Contact form doesn't work either. Booking not possible.

We had a plain DZ, it was all quite tight. The satellite TV was modest. Apart from that, the hotel was very well furnished. Parking is available and necessary. The proximity to the train station and local transport is also a big plus.

Accommodated in a three-bed room, very clean and also the bathroom offers enough space!

Nice hotel only a few hundred meters from the main train station and maybe 15 minutes walk into the city center. Rooms are small, but clean and well appointed. Breakfast was reasonable and inexpensive, staff were super friendly.

This hotel is very near the train station. It seems to be pretty modern. The rooms are on the small side and a bit expensive. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all on the first floor, and was barely usable in the restaurant where I ended up having to work because I need a connection. The shower was only warm, not hot like I like it. Generally I was quite surprised by how little worked as it should.

There were a little problem with Wi-Fi but it was not a major problem… Staff are very nice and kind! I felt welcomed to be there and if I went back to Graz, I would book Centro Hotel Strasser! Greetings from Mexico!

Excellent for the money. Good bed, nice clean room with shower and toilette.

Wifi not work. Staff didn't bother trying to fix it. Just said "sorry". Very poor customer service.

Good value. Hallway was extremely tight, but other than that a good stay. Bathroom was exceptional and everything was clean. Very close to the train station, only a few minutes away by foot.

Good and ecnomic hotel for short business trip. Perfect location due to short walking distance to train station. But short laundry service. Recommended for those trip saving money.

Small rooms and busy street, all in all it is well connected. For a night could be good, for work, I strongly recommend it to families with children.

First impression: Receptionist rude, first one is ignored, at some point in the interrogation style asked for the name, then to be told pamphlets that the room would not be finished before 2 p. M. But: If we waited another five minutes, the above mentioned lady would have mercy on ours and ask if we wanted to order something to drink. Wow.

Update: The light in the bathroom still flickers, but it also flickers in the stairwell. The staff doesn't seem to mind.
In-room Wi-Fi does not work. Tested on two devices, unfortunately to no avail. The snippy remark of the receptionist: The MUST work. … There is nothing more to add to this.
PS: The promised possibility to order drinks remained unfulfilled.
PPS: The room is clean and new at first glance (albeit very small), the light in the bathroom flickers unbearably.

The sweet is perfect for group, 3 big bedrooms with living room and bar.

Nettes, kleines Hotel fast direkt am Bahnhof. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. 1 ein topmodernes und großes Zimmer, einmal ein kleines, stinkendes Zimmer erwischt. Für den Preis allemal ok.

Rooms ok, breakfast was also very good. Very good location! 15 min walk to the old town. All in all very good price performance ratio! Is recommended!

Big room but the shower head was broken and there was no curtain on one of the windows, yet the manager ignored us. Also, he was rude and was always smoking outside.

Hotel for short overnight stays OK, price / performance is also in order. In part one should be the lighting in the rooms renew blue flickering dark and light is not very pleasant.

Room very small for a double room, there was scarcely a double bed with a bedside table only. The only window overlooked very busy road since early morning, sheets not really clean and cramped bathroom. Cleaning and care very deficient if not non-existent in both the breakfast room (located in the basement and it smelled like old). Staff rude and unprepared to give tourist information. Cosy lobby that does not reflect the service provided.
