Paid parking is available at the hotel, payable directly on site. Guests generally rate the parking arrangement as good. However, please note that carrying luggage from the car to the room may require using stairs.

The staff is generally described as very friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with recommendations for exploring Graz. Late check-in is available, allowing guests to receive their room access code via email. However, there was an isolated report of impolite phone support when resolving check-in issues for a second room. As compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel provided complimentary parking for two vehicles.

The hotel offers a diverse, high-quality breakfast that many guests find very delicious. Guests particularly praise the freshness of the products and the wide selection of bread and rolls, which are promptly replenished. Breakfast is available for an extra charge; while some guests describe it as simple, they find it completely satisfying for a good meal.

The rooms are generally very clean, modern, and compact, with some featuring small furnished balconies. However, feedback on comfort is mixed: while some guests find them spacious, others find them cramped, mentioning narrow and short beds as well as uncomfortable pillows. Some rooms lack a full-size wardrobe, safe, and refrigerator. Cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas is rated highly.

Soundproofing receives mixed reviews. On the one hand, closed windows effectively block street tram noise. On the other hand, one guest reported significant noise inside the hotel in the morning comparable to construction work, which disrupted their sleep. It was also mentioned that due to the urban location, tram sounds may still be audible early in the morning despite the soundproof windows.

Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and towels. The bathrooms feature shower cabins (some walk-in), though occasional complaints have been made regarding weak water pressure and poor bathroom ventilation. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Drinking cups are provided in select rooms.

Luggage storage is available at the hotel after check-out. There is an elevator to reach the guest rooms; however, it has been noted that access to the reception desk and breakfast area may not be completely barrier-free. Guests with reduced mobility can access the rooms via the elevator from Metahofgasse.
