I’m not happy with the service!

Modern hotel with a few amennities. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice. It is conveniently located near the train station, which in itself is also a problem if you want to go out at night. The neighbourhood at night is not very nice (during the day as well). It has a few restaurants nearby. Overall for the price and the quality given, I would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay a couple days. Recommend it☺Excellent hotel. Good position. Everything is very near. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are very clean. One big window in a room is enough to get a fresh air. Corridors are clean.

We stayed three nights in total, and felt very comfortable in the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffett a lot.

It's one of the finest hotel on that area … mainly the front staff is really good helpful to their guest. I must say the breakfast is good and relishing.

Neatly maintained Hotel near the main railway station. Walkable distance to the city centre (15 mins) Room was quite despite being on the main roads. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner.

The hotel is located right across from the Graz train station and its multiple connections, as the train network is of the very first order.
The hotel is spacious with large rooms very clean, Wifi is quality and free, the breakfast well furnished.

The room was very small. The breakfast is not bad, but also nothing special. For €140 incl. Breakfast the night can be much better in Graz.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Graz. A walk that is done quietly also because the area is beautiful and crosses the main points of interest of the city. If you want to move by means, there are 4 trams (1 3 6 7) that stop 5 minutes from the hotel and in 10 minutes stop in the main square. We stayed in the Hotel 2 nights and I can say that the staff are nice, the rooms large, clean and equipped with all the comforts. The bed very comfortable. In front of the Hotel Europa there is the city station with two supermarkets, a Mc Donald's and SubWay.
Being on December 31st and we totally unprepared for restaurants, parties in the square or similar, we tried to rely on the advice of the staff who, despite being very nice and helpful, was of no help but to Google the best 10 Restaurants in Graz and turn the screen to see them. Totally unprepared. So make yourself smarter than us and get ready for support you won't have.
One thing I didn't like about the parking. It is not of the hotel but it is a paid parking under the structure and accessible even with the private lift. When I booked this was not specified. 12, €60 day to be put into account if you are in the car.
We did not have breakfast in the hotel being Austria's homeland of great pastries… and also because it cost €12 per person.

A good hotel overall. Not in the most favorite location, as it is right across from the train station, where it's usually noisy and there is some police action going every now and then. The hotel sits on top of a big underground parking, where you park your car, but it's not free. We paid 12 EUR for a 24-hour parking. For restaurant lovers, you could walk down the main street on the side of the hotel and get straight into the old town area. For those who cook or grab something from the store, there is a big supermarket open till late at the train station. The hotel was clean, although the carpers were a bit worn off. The rooms were of good side, and the showers were big. There is no particular view from the window other than the surrounding buildings. Breakfast was very good, but it's not always included in the room price.

Hotel with spacious room, in front of the station. Fair prices. Structure a dated wire.

Over priced with no internet in the rooms. Bar non-existent with €16 breakfast. There is a nice bar/cafe next door that has a good atmosphere with reasonable prices. Unless you have to stay next to the train station pick another hotel and there are plenty smaller ones slightly outside the city.

Big clean room, provided with tea/coffe, water boiler, soaps etc. Bed very comfy and huge breakfast buffet.

Four star hotel both as spacious rooms as well as services. In no way suitable for school groups, because they do in all ways to make the stay little pleasant, I will not return.

Hotel located 10 minutes from the historic center of the city. Elegant and clean, with underground parking for a fee. In the winter time the environment is warm, possibility to eat directly in the hotel.

Lookup is not possible, because the cook apparently precise amounts of power, food generally not the Hit, div. Construction in the house, not just nice reception and the room only starting from 14 o'clock. It lacks the Flair — no proper orientation noticeable.

Just returned from my 3rd visit to this hotel. Everything you would expect from a 4☆ hotel. Excellent management, great staff, spotlessly clean. Stayed 7days. Good breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel 4 stars pulls, I would give a good 3 stars. Parking fee, costs 10 euros per day.
