Starting with the cleanliness, the staff is very cordial and helpful.
Food of everything plentiful and super tasty.
The small wellness area and the beautifully landscaped swimming pond are great for relaxation after strenuous mountain tours.

For me, this restaurant has enough positive. Their dishes are very imaginative and completely different than I have ever seen before. I recommend to anyone who goes around to try it. By the way with great overlooking the waterfalls. Sorry for my English :-) and Thanks so much.

Excellent Hotel with great services! We come for the third time and cannot fault the place. If you want some peace & quiet time in fairy tale surroundings, this is the place to be! All about satisfied! Double rooms clean, super furnished and equipped. Food pointed. Staff friendly! Wellness and Natural Pool a Treat. The Children are also well cared for. Happy again.

Top hotel with first-class location, facilities (swimming pond, sauna area), restaurant and bar. The food is perfect, especially the salad buffet. Dog friendly! Very nice staff. We had a torch hike to the waterfalls with the senior boss personally.

We stayed at the Klockerhaus on New Year's Eve/New Year's Day 2018. We felt very comfortable there. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the food very good, the wellness area top, the room cozy and clean. The ski areas of the Zillertalarena are very easy to reach.
I can recommend the hotel 100%.

Loved the closeness to the waterfalls! The staff was super friendly! The rooms were very clean and well appointed! The grounds were immaculate. The breakfast was superb with a variety of offerings to please everyone! We only stayed one night but would love to go and stay a week! There is also a restruant and beer garden on site. They also offered daily activities. Book now!

Lace hotel! The staff is very friendly and professional, which makes the stay very pleasant. Great activity offers for young and old. The rooms and lounges, as well as the dining area, are very modern and cozy. The food is always lace, fresh and varied. There are various themed evenings for dinner. The wellness area is very clean and a true well-being temple. All in all… A top hotel!
