We felt very comfortable from 1 day on 🥰 the rooms very spacious with great views always squeaky clean! The staff very friendly and helpful… great breakfast buffet. And after the dinner tasted so good to us on the day of arrival we went to the hotel restaurant every evening and it was always very tasty 😋 👍the great whirlpool on the roof and the sauna and fitness area are absolutely recommended for relaxing! We can recommend the hotel 100%… Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Beautiful, modern hotel and great location! The staff is very friendly and dedicated. The breakfast buffet inspired us the most, it is really everything available what the heart desires! Throughout the hotel it is very clean. Beautiful spa area with two saunas and a whirlpool with beautiful mountain panorama on the roof terrace. It is a stone's throw to the Krimml waterfalls.
We would always go back to the Hotel Krimml! Keep it up dear Krimml team! ☺️

Very familiar, friendly and courteous. Good choice at breakfast. Dinner at the hotel, Bacher's Platzl also very good. Wellness area is completely sufficient. Ski bus right outside the door. Everything in its entirety, a beautiful place for your holiday.

The Hotel is super modern and new. We have eaten once in the Restaurant, the food is delayed, came (for 4 people) unfortunately, quite a time, but was very tasty. The food must be paid for directly, and can not be "in the room" is written. There is storage space in the rooms is sufficient, but no hooks in the bathroom to hang up around for example, the 4 bath towels. In the bathroom, 4 small (10ml) shower gel (sample) packs (for 4 people) layers. We were 4 days in the field, the packs were not replenished after Depletion again. The drinks which we have in the lounge area to drink you have to get yourself, you will not be supported (on demand) (4*Hotel). The bathrobes are there only for a fee. The Sauna area was super crowded, and not for the number of guests Far from enough. All in all, we are accustomed to from a 4 star Hotel with a better Service. On the "small Details" is not really worth it. Anyone who comes here price 3* level to 4* —. I have found written this review to share my opinion and to not get a Surprise on the part of the hotel, if you're giving a positive rating (the info sheet of the hotel). PS: great Central location, ski bus directly at the Hotel, Parking is adequate and available directly at the Hotel.
