It's a wonderful family hotel in the centre of Krimml, Tirol, Austria. The skibus stop is very close to the hotel. The food is very tasty. It's either buffet, or you can choose in the menu what you want for dinner. Sauna and sweaming pool in the open air are great. It's quiet and cosy. There is a big parking place near the hotel. Some of the rooms are facing Krimmler wasserfalle. Hotel Krimmlerfalle is a non-smoking area. I'd recommend you this Hotel!

Beautiful hotel with view on the waterfall.

The suite rooms are huge, newly furnished with pine wood. The hotel very nice and the staff friendly. The long wait for the food and then for the payment was unfortunately very nerve-wracking.

Very good impression except for a small thing: apart from a single guest in the garden, no one was to be seen and we thought of afternoon lock — after 5 minutes I went in search of staff — at the reception I found it and from then on everything worked out perfectly, friendly and fast. So almost 5 stars. :-)

I was there at the Womo pitch. 24 euros for 1 person I find far too expensive. I don't drive anymore. Also because the toilet can only be reached after walking in the hotel cellar. Even when you walk through the restaurant, past the reception, you will notice with casual camping clothes. Showers costs 2.50 euros extra. The noises from the street and the children's playground, but stop in the evening.

We really like it! The hotel is Nice, the people Ans the dog are sweet and nice.

We ate there. Good taste, unfortunately the oven potato was mouldy to 1/4. This did not cause anyone to act there, despite the hint… unfortunately.

Very nice hotel. Here service and AufmAufmerksam is still capitalized. It should be the one or anderw room refurbished However it is always clean leggings and tidy.

An "Italian evening" at the canteen level…
We have recently been tempted by the sign placed in front of the main entrance with the reference to an "Italian evening" to ask about the content of this offer. Italian delicacies, a suitable starter, a corresponding dessert and the main course were advertised with sufficient choice.
All this for 21, — Euro sounded very tempting.
It is to be taken into account here that the "Krimmlerfälle" is claiming to be a 4-star hotel.
However, what was served to us for dinner was at the maximum (! ) Average canteen level: as a starter there was a tomato soup, which I actually cannot evaluate, since I saw it too late – perhaps my fault.
The main course was about 5x5 cm large pieces of pizza. A variety was probably (I really could not taste it…! ) with boiled ham, the second variety was a too dry-looking margherita of the same size, which simply did not seem appealing enough for me to have tried it.
As a side dish I chose stuffed noodles, which I seldom ate so tasteless. A little salt in the cooking water as well as a slightly shorter cooking time could probably have saved you a thing.
Also a piece of lasagna found the way to my plate, of which I unfortunately have to say that I had a similar taste experience in the luckily seldom necessary, hectic enjoyment of a frozen lasagna from the disco: completely overspiced, the rest for it all the Muddy.

Top hotel, top servise, top food, top location.

Cosy family hotel with good spa facilities (Sauna's, Swimming pool, restroom) and a great kitchen offering vegetarian options.

This is our second time in Krimml and both times we have stayed here. I can't recommend it highly enough. I would love to see the village in winter so I might be back a third time.

Great place with very friendly people. They even went out of their way to get our room ready before we had actually booked it. Everything looks nice and clean. The swimming pool, sauna and such look very nice and are great fun while you stay there.

Perfect for a family escape. Love it!

We (parents with two children, 4 and 7) are rather random on this Hotel encountered and were thrilled! Service and friendliness were above average, the food varied and very tasty. Our children have, especially the Pool, loved that we were part of the whole atmosphere impressed. Many thanks to the whole Team from Hotel Krimmlerfälle!
