Super clean, super friendly, lively spacious apartment, 60 secs from the ski lift, 2 min to town centre and Silvia is lovely. Couldn't be happier.

Just back from an amazing week in Zell am See. Staying at Villa Klothilde was just fabulous. Extremely clean, well appointed modern rooms and excellent double shower. Heated boot room. A short walk up to a small chair lift making it easy to ski down to city express gondola. 5 minute walk to town centre. We were so pleased we stayed here. It is a quieter location than the hotels in the town which can be affected by late night revellers, so we had none of this and enjoyed good sleep in very comfy beds. Easy to store skis and boots at Intersport at bottom of City Express or at the top. Double ski and boot locker 8 euros per day, but the hotel gives you a voucher for ski and boot hire at Intersport so you can easily store your skis here for free. There are also shoe racks so we carried our ski boots and left our shoes here as well for free. We would absolutely stay at Villa Klothilde again if we return to Zell. Amazing fresh breakfast always hot scrambled egg and usually another hot dish freshly prepared. Lots of fruit, cold cuts, cheese and lovely fresh bread and rolls. Decent hairdryer and plenty of storage and wardrobe space. Loved it, thank you for your hospitality.

Great breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect for any traveller, it is 2 min from the train station and shopping centre. The rooms are reasonably clean. The home made breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend two enhancement to be considered, the checkout time of 11:00 a. M is to be extended to 12 noon the least and to furnish the rooms with toiletries such as shampoo, air conditioner and soap. Thank you for the hospitality and care. Regards, Mohamed Baqsheer.

These were two beautiful nights. Even the settlement with the booking was very commendable and pleasant. We had postponed the appointment several times, but always was kindly sought and found a solution. The lady at the reception greeted us very accommodating and friendly and showed us our room. The breakfast was top, the room was very nice. We were put under the bicycles. Everything Experiencein great!

Super nice reception, good explanations where to find what, at checkout, as without problems, the room could exceptionally extend by 1 hour.

Everything you need, nicely done, unfortunately I have caught an expired jam but luckily not quite eaten. Was communicated to the staff and checked all the jams and accepted the note thanking.
The rooms are beautiful with a large balcony. Cleaning perfect!
The receptionist Silvia was particularly friendly and nice!
Conclusion:
A beautiful short break in a family run in a stylish villa. Very nice Rose Garden! Always fresh flowers in the room as well as breakfast at the table! Only the parking problem — not enough available and very cramped!

Very nice owners and staff, who try their best to make you feel at home. Rooms/apartments are clean and in good shape. Great location right next to a ski lift. Basically almost downtown of Zell am See.

Our first time in Zell am See and the klothilde was the perfect place to stay. A very warm and friendly welcome we were looked after extremely well. Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Very close to the centre of town, the lake, ski lifts and restaurants. We loved it and will certainly return. Many thanks to the family from Hillary Wyatt and Chris Taylor.

Loved our time here at this excellent hotel — the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with excellent bedding. Boot room with heated prongs to dry out your ski boots. After this visit — I will never visit France and Italy again as they are no match for the level of service and comfort the our Austrians friends offer.

Nice hotel. Great location and quit place. Free parking. Friendly staff. The room clean and bed comfortable but it was small and no air conditioning. At all I recommend this hotel.

I am an American who doesn't speak so much German and I was panicking trying to find a place to stay in Zell am See at the last minute one evening making calls from an internet cafe in Salsburg at about 8:00 PM. I mostly found people who hung up on me. But when I called Villa Klothilde, the woman was very friendly and left a key locked for my midnight arrival. I wasn't even asked for a credit card and didn't need to pay until the next morning. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great facility, comfortable bed, nice value. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back some day.

Not a bad hotel, not great but quality accommodation. + free Parking, close to center, very close to the ski lifts — poor Breakfast, at night in the room is unoccupied, Breakfast in the neighbouring building (winter sneakers not to escape).

Our family visited and stayed in this pension in May 2008. Near to city center and to lake, excellent service and very clean room and of course big privat parking. Perfect place to holiday! Very recommended!
