The hotel is amazing. Definetly a four star hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and can guide you around the area. The food are amazing. The variety of choices are huge for vegan too. Every morning you can get an iformational sheet what can be your programme that day. The spa are amazing and clean. And for the musicians there is a white yamaha piano and you can feel free to play on it! Night time you can gather with your family or friends in the lobby area to play or talk. Family friendly place. If you have a baby do not worry they have everything you need in the restaurant or even for the room (bed, blankets etc. ). I recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to enjoy their holiday in a calm higher level. Parking spaces are available. You can store your skii in a heated room in the hotel. Staff can speak in English, Hungarian and German.

It all fit. The Food was very good. The Drinks were all there as Self-service. The Location is cool. Many Places are within Walking distance. We travelled as a Family with 2 Children and everyone felt very comfortable.

Good value for the price. Room very clean and nice size. Food very good. Location and view good. Service and courtesy very good.

We had booked a junior suite. We got a tiny double room with a separate extra room with a bunk bed. This is a family room that, as we travelled together, did nothing at all. The balcony also offered a little impressive view of the hotel's parking lot.

Nice hotel. I liked the sauna, hamam, pool area very much. Service does not speak well or not at all German.

Rooms was pretty old food wasn't that great for the price, way over paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. There are saunas and swimming pool, children's room with toys. By car 5-7 minutes to the lift. The location for the skiers is very great. 5-7 minutes to Zell am See for shopping and just walk around the lake.

Large rooms. Every day super delicious food with every meal. Beautiful spa. Good location 50 m to skibus. Everything top.

Super food, very nice staff, room spacious and clean, unfortunately a bit out of date. Super ski bus connection to the kitzsteinhorn and to Zell am see. Would come back again.

I am very positive of the Surveys surprised is very zuforkomend. The room is very large and clean. Man has a wonderful view. The swimming pool is also a heileit. One Minus point is there is because there is no possibility of Jackets to hang up (wardrobe was missing). That's why only 4 stars.

Were a week at Hotel Viktoria in November this year. Very nice hotel, great suite, nicely located. The food and staff was very good, respectively, very friendly. In the indoor pool unfortunately too few loungers, food not always really warm, but because there was a defect on which one worked. Recommended.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern rooms, great wellness area and incredibly friendly staff. I spent my birthday there and the staff really sweetened the day for us.
I also have to praise the food (buffet) : Varied, fresh and delicious.
Only shortcoming: The orange juice tastes very artificial — but this is whining at the highest level. Many guests had eerily quenky, loud and warped children which was very disturbing — but is nothing for which the hotel can do anything.
By the way, I find it very sad that some guests here only award one star, because not all employees can speak German or the buffet has not been replenished in time or does not taste — a review should be made up of several factors! But as I said, we were more than satisfied! Happy again!

Good price-performance ratio for a AI Hotel, beverages, the food at the rich Buffet itself brought all you can eat will be served.

Nowhere near 4 stars. Restaurant with a moderate buffet food and too few places. Guests had to dinner in the lobby and also breakfast. Breakfast lacks many details, not sometimes ham is available. Far too few sunbathing areas in wellness. Rooms small as always in ski resorts. Spirits are included but fingers away from this spirit with flavor.

We were with friends at the Hotel Victoria for a lovely week. We were very impressed by this Hotel. Service, cleanliness, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Better is a big plus for not, at all, to the whole Team, keep it up. The four Berlin.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. All inclusive food and drink, on average, good. Spa area is small and has to spent a few possibilities. Indoor pool very cold — only after the Sauna pleasant. Lunch, and afternoon snack consisting of a dining — much to little. Breakfast and dinner very extensive. Price / performance was okay.

Super Hotel, nice staff, good food, ales top.

Fantastically good Kosher place with great staff and service.
