Great hotel, great service, very nice staff, nice rooms.

Basically everything was okey, nice staff and good breakfast.
But in a children's hotel at noon cutting with the motor scythe and vacuuming the aisle with the vacuum cleaner while bumping into the door I really did not find funny because this tore my child out of his nap.

It was a wonderful holiday. It is immediately reacted to the wishes of big and small and fulfilled.
We have another one right away. Stay booked.
We are looking forward to it again.

We just spend our holidays here, the hotel and the room is really very nice, just a pity that there is no light on the balcony, also the program for children is very good. Staff at the reception very friendly and strenuous, in the service only the older gentleman seems very motivated, who is really pointed great praise!
Food is good but usually already cold, which bothers me personally more, that almost no food is labeled e. G. At the appetizers and salad buffet, as I come from the gastro myself, I know that now really isn't witchcraft.

Today, as always, a wonderful holiday came to an end. I think we can call ourselves regulars and we will be back next year. The food is always a dream, the rooms are always great and clean and the children's animation is TOP (Chacha BAS, doll show and Kasperl). Thank you.

We spent 5 beautiful days at All in Red with our 5 and 6 year old children. We were fully satisfied with the services and the room. The all-inclusive restaurant offered lots of very tasteful fresh and healthy meals. The daily ice cream card for the children was a very good idea they were very happy each time they were allowed to choose one from the fridge. Lots of possibilities were included in the All in card and we had fun when we tried each of them. We would like to thank your restaurant leader, Ferenc, for being so proactive and helpful.

As far as the ambience is concerned, the name is program, which creates a great warm atmosphere — simply for well-being. The rooms also invite you to cuddle, thanks to their loving design. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the wishes are fulfilled immediately. I enjoyed the time there and would like to visit again at any time.

The 2 stars only go to the view and the delicious dinner.
I have never been to a hotel where you have to pick up the body lotion and the soap and everything else from the reception and that where I still booked ALL inclusive! There aren't even pats for the wellness area and where I asked the reception where I can get pats she said that there are no ones to buy in the whole hotel, you would have to buy them extra in the Sonnentherme. The next day I asked another receptionist why you can't buy bags in a spa hotel and then she said, "We have some". So that's a naughty thing. The heating did not work, but was quickly repaired. Then I wanted to talk to the hotel manager because I was so badly missed, so I wanted to go to the Sonnentherme, but I didn't go because I needed a voucher. Nobody told me. And much more. The hotel manager was very unkind and did not even apologize for the misinformation from his receptionists. Very poor service!

Super hotel for families! We were there for the first time and are thrilled! I read a lot of negative comments before booking but none of them applied to the hotel! We book again!
Reception: friendly welcome, everything was explained to us exactly one felt very welcome!
Rooms: beautiful! Very spacious, clean, new, the bed super comfortable. The bathroom stylish! View from the room (back of the hotel) was breathtakingly beautiful, located on the beautiful landscape of Burgenland!
Food: at any time (breakfast, lunch, afternoon, evening) a huge range of various delicious food and drinks.
Staff: all very friendly and trying to respond to the wishes you have.
Hotel: the whole hotel is clean, very nicely decorated. We liked the view from the restaurant out to Lutzmannsburg. There is an underground passageway from the hotel to the thermal spa.
