Warm welcome, nice and competent reception staff during the entire stay.

Gastronomy very friendly and understanding that not everything always goes so smoothly with children. Attentive table service. The buffet is sufficient and there is something for everyone.

Managers are interested in the guests, you don't have the feeling that you are just a room number. Open for exchange and questions.

Friendly interaction with each other throughout the hotel, this creates a very familiar atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is really wiped and cleaned. Chic.

The whole hotel is very clean and offers a great gaming experience for young and old. The kids liked the garden with animal feeding the most.

We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

So far everything ok, but as the hotel was still SEMI was paid attention to more comfort.

Shower head, the shower cabin could not be closed, furthermore the bathrobes were very hard and washed out. Bathrobes are still with SEMI LOGO. The couch in the room for the child is also very hard and uncomfortable, was already in the room in 2016. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Big minus point, which also disappointed us a bit was the lunch buffet and dinner buffet. In 2016, the food was still served and was so beautifully presented. Now it's a self-service shop, constantly you have to get everything yourself, on some days there was still a really big crowd. In addition, there were many dishes too often in a row.
In my opinion, the hotel did not deserve 4 stars.

This place is really highly recommended.
The complete staff is extremely friendly and eager, the rooms are very nice and there are plenty of play opportunities for children of all ages. This allows you to relax as a parent. We will definitely be back and next time much longer:)

The hotel offers everything the holiday heart desires: heavenly food, plenty of space, direct spa access and hotel sauna, … You can see that the hotel is lovingly and thoughtfully run and also the staff is super friendly. We also borrowed the e-bikes and drove through the romantic landscape – in combination with a glass of red wine in the hotel bar after the return and the excellent dinner, an absolute dream. There is so much to experience in the hotel as well as around the hotel, so we will definitely come back again to try out the new climbing garden and see the Alpacas in the petting zoo again.

We stayed 1 week at the Hotel Xylophon and positive was that the use of the spa all week was no problem also the food was delicious maybe a little less chicken meat and extra wishes were well received. The only thing we might suggest as an improvement would be a small card where the top is what, for example, is available for breakfast as long as there is no buffet. Better agreement regarding how long are the drinks at the full board at the staff. That all guests receive the same cake etc. And in the evening it would be nice also a cocktail menu etc. Yesterday, for example, guests suddenly had cocktails we didn't even know there were. The service staff is really very busy but through the whole back and forth sometimes very annoyed looking and every now and then we did not feel very welcome in the evening on the terrace. But we understand it since the beginning and these are suggestions for improvement.

Everything fits in this hotel. The waiters are very accommodating and the food is delicious. In addition to activities for children, there is also a lot for the elderly, such as the poetry days.
I can recommend it to anyone.

Super great Hotel, what makes children's eyes Shine. We were completely satisfied. Neat rooms, friendly staff, mega-delicious, rich food. Bathrobes and towels with beach bag. We have spent a very nice time and have felt very comfortable. Our kids 2&4 have enjoyed the stay visibly. You didn't want to leave home no more. Another plus point is that our Little was when driving a car bad and had to pass, unfortunately, in the child seat. This was free of charge cleaned! Many many thanks again.!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, awesome playgrounds for children's. Definitely we will come back during the summer when the outside kindertherme is opened.

Staff super friendly — but unfortunately far too little staff for the guests! Eat well! Otherwise everything is perfect!
