Super! Have been there 6 times. Children always have fun there! Food is very good! Top Service!

The hotel is just awesome! Our highlight was the large indoor arcade! But also the food was delicious and the staff very friendly and eager to help!
What we also found very nice, that Mrs. Kurz personally introduced herself to us at dinner and asked us if everything was okay, we found very great! We also experienced a show by Chacha Bas last night and we have never experienced such a great children's show/party anywhere! We all had a lot of fun, not just the kids 🥳👍🤩
We will definitely be back! 🤩☺

Nice staff, everything you can think of for children, you have in this hotel. We were away for the 4th time and everything is always perfect! Our child loves it and so do we! Child satisfied. Parents satisfied 😀

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, very good food! Everything available for holidays with child/baby. Super indoor playground. Underground passage to the thermal baths available. Rooms modern and clean with air conditioning. All top! We will certainly be back!

Family paradise. With the All-In option, there are endless high-quality attractions on the hotel grounds. The nearby aquapark, included, is phenomenal. The meals are good and the food is tasty.

I think it is the best hotel in all complex. Very friendly, nice Staff. Great for children. Big area for children helps parents rest. Rooms have good air condition. In summer it will be good to think about some fans in Kids area-it is really hot.
All hotel is very clean. It is a very good idea to send big family to another room for meals, big family needs a lot of space:) I can recommend this hotel and for sure I would like to come back to you very soon.

Super hotel for children and adults. The food was very good, large selection at the buffet and even an extra buffet for the children. Very wide range of leisure activities. The style of the décor is somewhat old-fashioned, but it is all in top condition, clean and well maintained. The room was large and well equipped. We had a nice stay here!

Were here only in the indoor playground. This one is just great. Even in the rain or in winter a great opportunity for children to let off steam.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast buffet is very plentiful.

Have booked by phone and we were told that no double room is free and then booked a family room for an extra charge. In the restaurant at dinner, however, were more than enough seats free, was strange. The family room should also have been found in an annexe, which is either only through the in-house sauna (with street shoes rather unfavourable), by a rather unattractive economic course in the basement or via a door to the open with the restaurant/main part of the Hotel was connected. Because of the cold we used the basement aisle to get to dinner, was rather little romantic. A good thing to note is the indoor playground for children, which is really a dream. The room itself, the food and the service were okay, no highlight, rather average. The service staff at the reception and the House mistress were very helpful and accommodating. Actually a total of 3 stars, the playground has made an extra star deserved.

Room always clean, staff highly motivated, food varied, top leisure facilities for all inclusive but a bit noisy at night due to room doors. Nice innkeepers again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Super play area for the kids. The children's buffet was too fancy for our little ones. The house would be tolerated in some places a few maintenances. In sum but great!

My expectations were not met.
Was with my 10 year old son. It was just a bit too old for this hotel.
From the ladies at the reception you can not expect much, a gentleman (the name and the function I do not know) was very anxious and then always addressed everything to my satisfaction (e. G. A new room, at first we had to walk through an outdoor hallway where there was a smell of trouble after sewer).

Extremely friendly. You feel comfortable. Very very good food. Likes to be back at any time.
The opportunity to enjoy lunch with voucher in the spa is very convenient. The massages are pleasant. I really like the all-inclusive offer. Everyone is nice and helpful. Leisure offer is good and for children also a paradise.

Families and child-friendly hotel — with access to the spa through a corridor. Staff very friendly. We have booked all inclusive via the öamtc — is recommended for parents with children.
The dining area is ideally combined with the children's country. And the boss personally inquires if everything is ok. Top.
Since mid-2017, the key system has been combined with the spa — so you can use the room to consume keys to the spa and there. Even more practical.
Parking is next to the house — a driveway after the entrance.

A really great children's hotel with a large indoor playground, 2 indoor tennis courts, 4 bowling alleys and a bathrobe connecting to the Lutzmannsburg thermal spa.
The whole hotel staff started from reception to waiter, Kock, childcare very friendly and courteous.

Excellent cuisine with all inclusive recommended.
