We had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic hotel with a beautiful wellness area and as a highlight the rooftop pool with a view of the mountains. Not to forget: the friendly staff. We would love to come back!

We had a very nice holiday with you in Mayrhofen. The rooms are very nice and clean as well as the cozy wellness area. Everyone was very friendly and eager and the food just delicious.

Very good food wellness facility very friendly staff great location.

Was now for the second time in the hotel with my family (my husband and two small children 5 and 2) and it was just an experience. The staff very helpful and accommodating, eat super delicious and even if the children played "a little" louder, it was not a big problem. Thank you very much for our great holiday.

Food room service all very friendly. Reception very friendly and funny. And the location is also great. It just fits everything.

Originally booked as a flight replacement for Covid19, we didn't regret a second. A very, very great hotel that has given us a wonderful holiday week. The staff was very attentive and helpful, cleanliness was in all areas 1A, tasting within the framework of the half board extremely high quality and varied. We weren't here the last time!

A beautiful hotel, service and staff was perfect, great atmosphere and a lot of delicious food. Spa and sauna world is totally luxurios. Worth visiting, I can only reccomend. I surely plan on coming back there.

As a family, we spent 8 days in the New Post. Wonderful days in the wonderful Zillertal in a very pleasant ambience. It was our second visit and the first one was topped again. We feel very comfortable here and enjoy the great hospitality of a family-led hotel.
The newly designed rooms in the house opposite are very modern and well furnished.
The breakfast is very rich and something for every taste. Dinner as 4 — Gang Menue a dream. Very big compliment to the kuechen team who does a great job and creates wonderful menus every evening. At least 4 stars plus for it!
The service in the restaurant is just as perfect. Especially our waiter Goran I would like to highlight here who does a wonderful job. Rarely have we felt so comfortable in a restaurant. Thank you Goran!
The reception always friendly and helpful and with great tips and information a perfect sign of the hotel. The rental of the in-house eBikes always without problems. The bikes are in a tableless well-maintained condition and also here the delivery very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Finally, the SPA area. A lot has happened here, except for the indoor swimming pool. The wellness area is completely redesigned and visually a dream. We were there every day and enjoyed it.
Just like the whole holiday. And that's despite Corona. Here, too, the hotel is well positioned and we have felt safe at all times.

Always outstanding food and always friendly service. We will always stop there. Hope soon. Happy Easter.

Very comfortable… Very good value for money, delicious and very appetizing Dishes. But the excellent service is especially noticeable! Very accommodating, Höfflich and accommodating. In this sense also a greeting and a special praise to our table waiter Simon — absolutely admirable that after the first evening he is already impressed by the special preferences and order combinations of the guests and that they are already on the second visit accordingly and makes appropriate recommendations. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Our ski club stayed at the Hotel Neue Post in January this year. Everything about this hotel is wonderful — the rooms (we stayed in the Annex), the facilities, and the people. We couldn't have asked for better service from everyone, especially the front desk, the bar and the restaurant. This is a beautiful hotel with so much charm and character. We loved the hotel and the town of Mayrhofen.

Geweldig eten. Ze hebben een hele grote keuken. De smaak is ontzettend lekkker. Erg luxe maar de kwaliteit is fantastisch. Zeer zeker een aanrader om te gaan eten.

Ate dinner there with FRIENDS. Excellent food, very good service. It was perfect all around.

Lovely olde worlde atmosphere. Good, friendly service. Extensive traditional Austrian menu. Typical of Austria food is a bit too salty.

Very tasty restaurant, prices are OK but the portions could be a bit bigger. Unfortunately after a ski day not become tired. That's why there are only 4 stars.

Today we have dinner for two in the restaurant new post. I chose the poacher plate. The game should come from our own hunting. Both the deer and the deer were absolutely tender. The apple red cabbage was one of the best I have eaten so far. Overall, the taste was first class. The service was professional and very friendly. The prices are quite high (hence a star deduction), but I can definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone.

After many holidays in the Zillertal, the hotel Neue Post continues to be a constant restaurant on a very high level. Although the price is somewhat high, you will also get tasty food and appropriate portions. The service is also exemplary. Highly recommended.

One of the oldest hotels in Mayrhofen, but well renovated. Stlil a family business and very well ran!

Restaurant: food was good, service was good, they don't have cocktails though.

Rooms are dated but clean, food is fantastic. Great location of the hotel.

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Yes it looks a bit dated but the Apfel strudel speaks for itself, just close your eyes and enjoy.

Slightly dated decor in restaurant. Also my. Order of dumplings were slightly Al dente. Staff friendly and accommodating of children.

Restaurant:
We were always very tasty and sophisticated in recent years ever during our holiday in the new post for dinner —. This year (1st week of March) we got assigned to a table unfortunately, which is located in a small guest room right next to the entrance. In addition to our table was a passage door, which was extensively used by the staff, also because there is a storage bench for menus. Unfortunately, several families (Dutch…) sat behind this door with children, the volume was just yet to endure. The operation was quite inattentive, empty glasses were covered, there were new drinks only on demand. The food was far not that which we could otherwise enjoy. Total a — unfortunately — very sobering experience. We will paint the new post from our list — here are price and performance no longer in balance. What a pity.

Good restaurant, great local specialities.

Do not eat here. We were here with a party of 10+ people, we were sworn at by the waiter and lectured like school children when we didn't mention we were artists for snowbombing and we're using our, restaurant approved, artist meal vouchers. We had to speak to manager who attitude was also pretty bad. Food itself was average but the waiter aggressive attitude was beyond shocking. Turns out we were only entitled to some pathetic poverty spec menu and were shouted for ordering off the normal menu. Worst service I've ever witnesses, do not go here. Ever.

A great address, I can only recommend.

The hotel is unfortunately in the years come, very dark and the standard room not a 4 * Hotel according to. However, the breakfast and dinner were very good. Also, the Spa is modern. Overall, we found the price too bad and choose us to another hotel so the next time.

I hereby the à la carte cuisine / restaurant of the Hotel Neue post would express high praise. In the "Postwirt" gourmet and like-eaters are in good hands, family Pfister and your team treat competently and with the necessary charm. Not to mention the above-average wine expertise, so go safely in the hands of trained employees ;-).

I just enjoyed a very nice supper in the open restaurant of this hotel. Food and service are both good. Last time I visited the place was in December 2000. It is probably the best place to eat in Mayrhofen.

Friendly Staff. The food (half Board) was good, if not particularly. Standard rooms good. Main problem with this Hotel is the incredible noise from the nightly on-site disco, also in the rooms (! ) to Sleep until the morning at 02:30 PM totally impossible. The request for reduction of the volume was by the hotel Manager refused categorically. Summary: A 4-star hotel not worthy. There are in Mayrhofen better Alternatives.
