Again we were allowed to spend our holidays in the beautiful Berghof. The conversion / extension has become beautiful. The new wellness area is a dream. All the service staff very friendly. The food as always Top 😀

From Domodedovo flight 2H. 50m. Airport — a small one-story hangar, divided by partitions on arrival, check in departure. Free shop small range, there is 1.5 higher than usual. Landing on foot. Expect a bus ride of about 2 hours to Mayrhofen. Town 3 streets with alleys, the Central stone-paved, free buses. Away with the letter "A" (bus stop next to the hotel, just above the road), first stop the Penkenbahn cable car, next-horn (to return it). Goes a period of 10-15min. In the town are several shops (grocery, prices are high), the other dedicated to winter holiday gear — the prices above Moscow in 2 times. I asked the sellers why it is so said laughingly, we must earn during the season. Rent is also expensive. It is better to carry everything with them. 50% of all speak English. Russian is 1 of 100. In the service I was surprised that there are no real masters, in the best case to screw and Unscrew, can't do anything basic (pictures), just need to buy a new one. The 4 star hotel, made of good repair, carpets, new furniture, clean, 4 floor (building 2 across the street, walk in the tunnel), the elevators in the basement Hamam (small room, benches), 2 Finnish saunas (small), shower, towels, relaxation room — all for free, after 16.00 On the arrival of a group of Russian tourists more than 20 people (in the early hours of the day) waiting 1.5-2 hours offer.

Rooms clean, food great and plentiful, close to the city centre, all very friendly, everything was very satisfactory. Greetings from Schleswig-Holstein.

Delicious food — super friendly staff including chef and boss, everything very well maintained and clean, here you will not get bored. Franz-Josef and Alex from the hotel bar we are always happy to come.

Returning from out first summer holidays in hotel Berghof after several winter stays. Nice tot explore Mayrhofen during summertime! We enjoyed the good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Been here before, staff are always great, good food and entertainment with a comfy bed, a good place to stay in.

Just back last Wednesday from hotel Berghof. This is our second year staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel, fantastic food and staff. Especially Sandra and Alex who looked after us for the week. The staff went out of there way to look after us and inform us of all the wonderful activities in the area. We have already booked this hotel again for two weeks next year. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year, Michelle, Chris and Erin.

Fantastic Hotel, Great location very close to both train and bus station, there is a short walk up to both cable car's where you can start your mountain walking adventures. Most of all, the owners all their staff are so friendly from the time you arrive and throughout your vacation shared with them. Most enjoyable.

Loved It! The positioning of the hotel is excellent, right by the bus stops which take you straight to the slopes. The rooms are spacious & clean. Food is excellent, very good variety & choice. The staff were exceptionally warm & welcoming. Would stay here again.

Our second stay at the hotel, meal service by Florin super nice a big thank you. 1 days on 2 grilled meals with music in the outdoor garden enjoy by us and our friends.

Lovely hotel, really nicely set up inside. Has something going on each night, but something different so is a good change. Loved my stay there only problem was the rooms were too warm, so struggled to get to sleep some nights.

Mayrhofen is a beautiful place, relaxing, you almost have the impression of going back in time. Hotel Berghof is fully equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the service courteous and professional, I go to mayrhofen approximately every six months for work, not always accommodation in the same hotel, but I always hope to find place at the Berghof. In my opinion highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in typical Austrian style. Good location for skiing, bus stop is just outside. I stayed half board. The food is very good, lots choice and good value. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly. I would recommend Hotel Berghof.

Nice hotel … good sized clean rooms typically Austrian and aren't dated… bed mattress very good and first good pillows we've had. Pleasant staff… food is okay if a little confused … breakfast is the usual buffet with plenty of cheese and "spam" type meats … if you like a cooked breakfast the eggs are fine but the bacon is like shards of smoky splinters … but all in all not an unpleasant experience.

We stayed here for Christmas 2017, there was 13 in the group, with a mix of ages. Very welcoming throughout, both breakfast and evening meal had buffet style options, the main meal was chosen from a minimum of 3 options, good fish options if you don't eat meat. The hotel was inviting and immaculately cleaned daily. The receptionists were outstanding very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the centre in Mayrhofen. Time and again live music from good Zillertal formations.

I stayed here in August with my husband and 2 children in August. It's a great hotel, really spacious family room, always very clean and wonderful views from the balcony. The food was delicious with plenty to choose from. And enjoyed eating in the beer garden as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Almost all staff were friendly and a nice hotel, there was one guy on reception that gave us a strange look when we enquired about the dress code in the spa area, when we declined because it was fully nude we got a strange look from him. Also he has a problem with us putting the drinks on the bill on our last night because it had been finalised, seemed a major problem. I needed to do this as I wanted some euros to tip the room made. As the full pool area is nude only, dont pay the extra if your not prepared to use the facilities naked. I understand this is a British thing.

Fantastic Hotel ideally located for ski bus and train connections. It's walkable to the noisier parts of the town.

Just spent a week here via a last minute deal with Crystal. The staff are lovely and the foods great. Would definitely return here. Highly recommended.

Been coming to the Berghof for years and can highly recommend it. Always sad when we can't get a room but always go in the evenings to catch up with everyone. The food is excellent and can't be beaten in Mayrhofen.

Hotel right in the city centre. Great service. Clean rooms. Also Italian speaking staff, in addition to English, French and German. Opportunity to go to the gym and train. Squash court for matches with friends. Hotel restaurant with steak place in the media. Sauna and Turkish bath in the relaxation area. Nestled in a valley between the mountains enjoys a truly striking panorama.
A place for those who want a romantic getaway.
In winter the ski resorts are open and you can climb over on the mountain in no time.

Great food and overwhelming choices, good atmosphere. Based on thsi I would definitely go again, but unfortunately our suite did not match the expectations when we booked online, instead of one big suite for 6 people we got one small suite for 4 and an adjacent room in the hallway with another room immediately in front. Furthermore sauna and spa was "no swimwear" which is common to Austria, but was not expected by us in this tourist hotel. This should be stated clearly on the homepage, had this been known we would have booked another hotel with tourist-friendly spa.

Whenever I am in Mayrhofen (twice a year), I always hope to be able to stay in Berghof. Nuff said.

Nice hotel. 4 stars. At the height of service. There are Russian — speaking staff. Decent sauna. A drying room for ski equipment. If the evening in the restaurant and planned performance, in the rooms on higher floors will hear it, stock up on earplugs :)

Very nice hotel to relax, and enjoy to leave we found the price performance ratio looked good, the staff are also very friendly, the food is awesome.

Personal experience at this place is hot and miss. They mainly cater for 1 week skiers and not weekenders.

Quiet, peaceful location with views of the mountains and Interlaken! Very friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.

Overall, the experience was very average. Our room (suite of superior category) was far too warm and stuffy and had no heating/air conditioning. The institution exuded us a while traditional and rustic, but far too 'cheap' impression.
The food (tested: breakfast buffet) was good, but unspectacular. The service at breakfast rather bad (inattentive staff).
Also were surprised several times (on the same morning! ) to very early time (approximately 8 hours) from the maid in our rooms. Not nice, especially as a pair.
Overall, it was the service and especially the prices very well with a very courteous reception and very reasonably priced services such as ironing — or laundry service. However, we would not recommend tends to be rather hotel.
