This hotel is really good, I especially like the view of the castle from the upper floor. Rooms are clean, personal is polite and eager to help. Gym and sauna are equipped with brand new things. Hotel location is also perfect!

Great new hotel in the city centre with super Wine Bar on the ground floor and thus a lot of public (especially locals) in the evening. On the roof a small sauna with breathtaking views.

Nice and modern hotel with very friendly service. The breakfast is delicious, the sauna is wonderful and the rooms are nicely decorated. Also suitable for a ski holiday. The price-performance is top.

I was a guest for a night on a business trip. I state that the village of Kustein I have already had the opportunity to appreciate it on other occasions always work. This hotel is equipped with paid parking with direct access to the hotel. At the reception the staff is professional and available at most. Already from the lobby you can sense that it is a very nice hotel, a hotel with something more. I was lucky enough to sleep a superior room and I must admit it was really beautiful! Equipped with all the comforts, super spacious, nice wide shower. Super Large flat TV, very comfortable bed and really tasteful furnishings. The toilet is in a room apart which does not hurt, while the sinks are inside the room but well positioned, like the shower. This property did not have the restaurant so I dined outside, however the breakfast I must acknowledge was rich in choice and especially very good in quality. All in an environment with soft light and always very elegant, design. At the first opportunity I will definitely go back.

Not a positive experience.
Everything started badly. 8 Our booking was not booked even though booked directly via the hotel via email.
Got an unbooked room, absolute disappointment. Window view of a roof and walls. See photos. With 2 large children, open bathroom, super impractical.
When the neighbors slam door, you jump up on the bed.
So I have to say, if a hotel already has a mistake, which is also human, you should think of something better than pure "apology"!
Definitely not in addition with such a room penalize with the view etc.
We stayed in several hotels, we traveled a lot of everyone and with friends and it also went wrong with us or with our friends. But the hotels had always apologized to our fullest satisfaction, either better room at no extra charge, decent discount, free parking, or nice attention to the room, but we've never been penalized.
Hotel has a nice location and that was it for our taste.
This was our first disappointment in Austria.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was OK.

Modern clean hotel but missing some details. First, no laundry service so an extended stay could cause an issue. The walk-in shower is very nice but no recess or tray to put soap or shampoo. The bed is comfortable but the cover is insufficient to tuck at the bottom and provide warmth up to the neck. The restaurant is very nice except when 10 people all want coffee from a single machine.

I really enjoyed this hotel well above what I expected. They offer great rooms, superior service and an amazing breakfast and all at a price that makes this hotel feel like a steal — or at least it felt this way when I stayed there (Oct 2017). The hotel is located right in the center of Kufstein, which is a beautiful city in its own right and this hotel does it justice. It is easily accessible from the train station (about 7 minutes walk), close to the University of Applied Sciences (about 5 minutes walk). There is parking and a restaurant, which my colleagues assured me has amazing wine.

An Arte Hotel with no art at all. You can't make a tea in the bedroom, everything has a price there. An hotel without any charm and personality full of concrete, lights and high-tech gadgets, beware of the wall-to-wall carpet!

The hotel is way too modern. Shower is not standalone room, it's placed directly in the room so you feel cold during having shower. Table for laptop is very small. Breakfast is the worst compared to hotels in neighborhood. You can't Park car on the street. The only way to park is garage parking for 12€ a day.

The new Arte Hotel in Kufstein is a great way to experience the town and its beauty. The staff is lovely and the premises are rich of modern design. The rooms are handy and practical besides presenting a handsome balance of colors and wood. I will sleep here again!
