Nice staff, good beer and good wine, food was great. Only the beer garden was in the courtyard and there would have been a bit of wind.

Expiration of reservation 1A, fast response times, very friendly. Room ok, personally I already had more comfortable rooms, but as I said "OK". Breakfast sufficient and also ok, cheap parking (garage and outdoor), category 4* seems to me personally as borderline.

The décor of the hotel is very old and looks more like a guesthouse, but that is not the most important thing. The room (renovated) was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the room was clean. Negative I noticed that there were no bathrobes and that there was only an almost empty bottle of shower gel in the bathroom. Breakfast was standard, but staff were overwhelmed. All in all, I think the price is clearly too high and I am also amazed how the hotel got 4 stars in the first place.

Staff okay but the single room did not go at all. It was on the street side and extremely noisy! My bathroom was the copy of a bath of a caravan. Nicely equipped a plastic wet room so that even the small storeroom rooms can be rented as a room. Price performance is a impudence. Once and never again!

The hotel was located in the heart of Kufstein, shops, restaurants and other walk reachable in a few minutes. The hotel was furnished from the outside as well as from the inside rustic, but very cozy. The staff was very friendly.
Our room was super clean, at second glance here and there dust deposits, however, the gripe is at the highest level.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was a pleasure. Choice of three very high-quality main dishes, super pre-and desserts and additionally a greeting from the kitchen before each starter plus also, a small present of bread pieces, high quality olive oil and homemade herb salt. The food was just a dream.
Conclusion — I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a relaxing weekend. The room was very comfortable.

So the price/performance is definitely not right here! The furnishing of our room had been quite nice in the years. The mattress was felt filled with straw, very hard! The bathroom is for the paid money — awful! (Small, loud extractor, around the toilet very tight, all dressed in plastic). As a traveller, I can't explain how a 4-star hotel can offer such rooms!

The service was okay. The food was good schmell and especially freshly prepared. I liked that very much personally. I would say keg it was okay. There are even better but even worse.

A wonderful hotel in the centre of the city. Very large, bright rooms, overlooking the Kufstein fortress. Very clean. Large bathroom, with shower and quality installations. Safe box. Very good and rich breakfast, served until 10 o' clock. Underground garage for 12 €/day, parking spaces near the hotel for 6 €/day. Great place!

Very good location, in city center. Exceptional view from the terace. Especially when are fireworks in castle. God food in restaurant. Nice hosts. They are hunters.

Super love and helpful staff, brilliant restaurant and really nice accommodation in the middle of Kufstein.

Bell Hotel… but run by a manager immoral and Sgorbutico… I think that because of her many Italian customers will not return… and do not make a good advertisement.

Good location.

Not quite what I expected from a 4 star hotel. Basic room with no real amenities. For example, no fridge, mini-bar, toiletries etc. Breakfast room was large and had a wide selection of hot and cold. Including eggs, bacon, meats, cheese and pastries. Orange juice is some kind of concentrate, so be warned you may need to water it down. Coffee is pretty good and there is nice atrium view. Staff are exceptional and will do all you need to be comfortable. Remember this is Austria, so a quiet night-cap at the bar inside can quickly become a smoke-filled inconvenience.

Gorgeous hotel, nice size rooms. Out of the way of the main town, hidden away but it's a 30 second stroll! Will stay again ❤️

Wonderful view of the Castle. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast in form of buffet and very well supplied.

The manager Was not very friendly, you had no choice in the menu's, you either ate it or left it, their was no menu's to pick from. We went out every night and bought chips. The hostel was warm and clean.

I have just been on a short holiday in Austria and stayed in this hotel. As a hotel it is very tidy and in a nice quiet town. Breakfast was good but lunch was miserable. There are many shortcomings which I like to bring to the notice for those who intend to travel and book in this hotel: A. There is no air condition in the rooms and dining rooms;
B. No fans to at least have some cool draft during the summer months;
C. Lunch in the dining room was miserable since there was absolutely no draft or a bit of fresh air anywhere;
D. Pillows in the room are biscuit high and serve for nothing;
E. The management failed to provide us with light sheets instead of quilts in the warm summer months — very inappropriate during the hot season;
F. Lunch was very poor and not cooked ; In my opinion when compared to hotels in my country, I grade the hotel as a simple two star hotel. Taking care of the above short comings could easily upgrade the hotel to a 4 star one!

It's a nice hotel; breakfast and dinner was really excellent; and the service was really good. I will recommend this hotel for sure.
