For a 3 star hotel, this is unfortunately only youth hostel class. Bathroom 2sqm with poor lighting and grey plastic. For both buildings there are only 4 metal tables with 4 chairs each the remaining guests can share 8 beer tent sets (if the kids do not use them to build them for sliding).
Bar is not occupied, you have to ask the staff, who are busy with clearing and restocking, if you get something. Of course, this is not AI.
Mirror eggs and scrambled eggs are also not in the AI and are charged separately.

Hotel is quite good, the rooms are fine, the bathroom is a bit small but that fits. A big problem is the food, the quality is very good, but since we are in a group of 25 people here and are not all in the hotel at the moment, due to leisure activities, we do not get food from the kitchen! Now we sit here with 10 out of 25 people and don't get food, because the kitchen refuses to give food out! We are all very hungry and now have to wait more than an hour!

Hotel is quite fine (rooms could be bigger and have more power outlets).
Food is good, but they don't like to give it and sometimes there's not enough. This kind of thing must not happen!

Good location to go to the glacier or stay with a large group.

Good location, nice staff, the Breakfast is acceptable but not particularly, the dinner is good, the rooms are good but not necessarily clean.

Price unbeatable, food delicious, children animation not found for us, due to the size unfortunately rather impersonal.

Very nice staff, good value for the price. Been there for the second time. Come back safely.

Older not very well equipped house in great location!
Rooms: Old, mini-TV, mattresses. But clean.
Dining Room: Kantinenkarakter. Lukewarm food, not particularly tasty! Waiting for drinks, the impression of Overdemanding meets it.
Sauna Area: Clean, older, not enough RelaxLigen sweating rooms very small. 4 people!
In the evening there is no possibility to have a drink at the hotel. With 20 min walk in the main town this would be possible.
Not again!

Super location for skiing, nice rooms, good food, friendly staff… Great ski area… we were very satisfied and will be back safely :-)

Stayed at Tia Monte in January, 2018. From the Cons: The rooms are small, not equipped with a safe and a hairdryer, at night weak heating, from the windows blowing, monotonous breakfasts, lack of nearby shops and pharmacies. The nearest town is a car or bus ride away. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Service very friendly and good food. However, the front desk staff is rude and not helpful. As a whole, very beautiful.

Worst hotel of all time… TV was 20x20cm with tube, mattresses were super soft and completely through, food was really bad, barely choice, drinks had to be paid (at half board) every evening bar in the restaurant — could not be written to the room, sauna chargeable and Overpriced, WLAN was so slow that no site could build up, drinks and food in the hotel rooms were banned, boss was extremely rude, the service staff did not have to entertain with the guests, …

Price without performance … so that for the price no 5 stars are to be expected is clear … but the hotel did not even earn 1 star. Even the service staff notices the displeasure and thus the lack of pleasure.
The rest of the house is not recommended.

Difference between smart and normal hotel not so enormous.

We were accommodated by Plus Vehicle Logistics Exclusive Gmbh from Kiel 3 nights in this beautiful hotel, the hotel very clean good food and very quiet you can recommend with quiet certain.

No dinner after 8pm No card payment possible heating does not work and the mid-November wellness a joke, no steam baths in operation, temperature of the shower not controllable and the entire area cool.
House wine is sour.
Once and never again.

Really nice hotel in Kaunertal. It is located before the Gletscherstrasse. Good for family with kids, There are playground, ping-pong and soccer field. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Price and performance are close together. The medial equipment should be renewed soon.

Unfortunately has his best time behind him. Food is bad bund rooms require a renovation.

Lots of parking places, quiet location, you feel relatively fast well.
There is a deduction during the meal: booked was all inclusive, but the coffee & cake was not allowed to take its hike too long, but towards the end it is scarce and simply no longer refilled.
Clean was our room, however, with carpeted floors, doors squeaking and the bathroom clearly too small.
Bottom line: Solid hotel, great luxury can not be expected, but reasonable price.
If you take the feedback to heart, I can recommend it to others.

The food is tasty and the rooms look nice.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately a dinner was placed above one upon arrival without asking whether man likes meat now or not there could man be somewhat flexible. If you like now no salad or soup is not sated by the main course. At noon there until half-past four should be cake which is out of stock then early man (later you have to settle kommmen with leftovers because no longer till the end is populated not with regard. Rooms you're in order and clean very helpful staff.

I would like to thank here for this good service, great accommodation and friendly, yes warm accommodation. The food was excellent. Thanks also to Geli. It has served us wonderfully. Her smile is infectious. Thank you.

Reclamation of the travel of the 20 02 16-27 02.16 in the kauner Valley hotel Tia Monte
1. We have with you, a journey with 7 times bed and breakfast buffet,
7 times 4 course choice menu or theme nights booked.
2. The staff at the reception were very attentive and the room met our expectations. It was cleaned well.
3. To note is that not all staff have sufficient knowledge of German. Asked simple questions, and could only reply with Yes or no understand. At request we formulated, they had to consult a second employee. The weekly program read is good, unfortunately we could perceive no offer, because there was a lack of interested guests. The bar mentioned in the prospectus, was closed and was use sluggish at the hotel bar. We felt us as a guest as a nuisance. Welcome a co-worker read out the US issued program and wish us a nice stay. Were the other evening events at the hotel.
4. We have booked half-board, so that we in the evening can sit after a beautiful and also exhausting ski day on the table. The dinner was an imposition!
5. Was there a soup — vegetarian? — so the choice was only Yes or no.
6. The salad bar was well stocked and here you could choose at least. It was there unfortunately on all days the same vegetables or the same salad. A change was not given.
7. For the main course, there were two alternatives with meat or without. It was served as a dish.

Pictured here "hotel" Tia Monte smart is a disaster! It looks like a youth hostel: unkempt, cheap, unpleasant odor, scheduled… impossible! The "wet rooms" rooms are really mini, you can turn to barely inside when the door is closed (if she can be closed) and they stink terribly channel, but despite several complaints but nothing was done! A single light switch is located at the entrance of the room, means you have to go at night in the dark to the entrance around the corner to turn on light! In the bathroom, is rather in the narrow head, which only light switch inside the mirror… so again be careful is reached or turn on main light switch on the door and wake up all! Rooms are not cleaned and towels not replaced. Internet/Wi-Fi works as well as not in the rooms. The food was edible, but also sparse. The "hotel" is tight and small! Directly to the dining room is open children's play area and an open kitchen. It was just cheap and you can stay really only "necessary", but it has definitely nothing to do with a hotel! All in all an absolute NoGo! After the Makaure: How can I make maximum profits with minimum usage! Already somehow rude.
I'm extremely disappointed, because we were often satisfied guests of the main house in the last few decades!

This Hotel does not even have this 3* deserve, the rooms were terrible. The Best thing is to take a whole disinfection Packet with, because you will definitely need. Under our bed we have a DEAD RAT found, how disgusting is that? The Hotel wanted us, not even in a different room under bring, after we have told you. The staff was a pure disaster. Never again!

I'm there for the seventh time. ♡
