The ladies at the reception are very nice.
The rooms are very unusual and more suitable for the younger audience (with us: steps in the middle of the room, no separate bathroom, window from the shower to the toilet)

Hardly any central Innsbruck hotel is as quietly located as the NALA – in the cosy Wilten district. A great compliment to the hotel staff, who was very accommodating and friendly. For a pleasant stay, everything is available in high quality. We felt very comfortable in the room. At night we slept very well and quietly with the window open. The different designed, modern rooms offer everything you need for a city break. The breakfast offer is wide and there is something for everyone
Coffee machine in the room, farewell present (pralines). Simply wonderful. We will definitely be back.
The view of the ski jump jump was also great!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here and honestly dream about coming back again. The room was super cool with the loft and the views were spectacular. We loved having a mini fridge, coffee maker and a little balcony overlooking the yard and mountains. Can't recommend this hotel enough! :)

Boutique hotel w quirky rooms that are quite arty … great outlook brilliant dining room for breakfast & dinner … service is excellent in the dining room and at reception… its in a great location near the train terminus & central to the old town of Innsbruck… highly recommend.

The rooms are very modern, even with open windows in the middle of the city total silence. Breakfast is extremely exquisite!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It had trendy and interesting decor, excellent amenities (nice gym and sauna, patio, snacks and drinks), and amazing views of the mountains. The reception staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations for our stay. I was thrilled with this hotel!

This hotel is just an art object. If you stay in Innsbruck, this hotel is the best place. It placed in quite area and close to the center. Each room has its own features and its own special style. We reserved a basic room, and eventually got an upgrade to the Garden Apartments with small kitchen, fridge and living room. There is no point in describing the room, because there are all of them that you need to see with your own eyes. It's pretty small but very comfortable and has everything you need for the comfortable staying. Right from the room there is an exit to the small and quiet garden, that follows the whole concept of the hotel. We will definitely come back to discover the other rooms.

Really nice place. 10 minute walk from train station. Beautiful and relaxing deck on ground floor and also top floor. Great service and less than 10 minute walk to river and old town. What more could we ask for. I loved the chocolate covered almonds in the lobby… every day :-)

Loved this hotel! Really well designed rooms (though shower is glass and in the main part of the room which not everyone may like). Nice sauna area downstairs. Cool bar and restaurant with patio as well.

Initially just a 3 night stay in what is probably their smallest double room. In the end I stayed for 11 days. In a quiet area, but close to city centre. During an unseasonably hot spell in April, the air conditioning worked beautifully. Thermostatically controlled shower was fantastic. Breakfast choice was superb. But best of all staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was good value for money too. Highly recommended.

I came across this chic city hotel by accident. The rooms are super modern and you feel comfortable. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
… And the breakfast was really good with regional products and there were even delicious strudel:)

The hotel's unique location and facilities can only be recommended. Less than five minutes from the sights, the UNI and the hospital, the hotel is located in the centre and yet in a quiet location overlooking the mountains and old town. One of the rare hotels these days that are both animal — and smoker-friendly.

In this hotel just everything fits! And you can reach the main train station and the city centre of Innsbruck in a very good walking distance! There is also a fantastic view of the Northern In the South the Patscherkofel!

We usually dont stay in hotels much but this one was so worth it! Amazing room with a great view and a smart and beautiful design, really friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet… I could go on for a while. I would recommend it to anyone and would come back anytime! :)

Very stylish hotel. A little insider's tip for breakfast. However, you should make reservations before;). Great also in summer the small but very fine terrace. Definitely a highlight for people in love with design!

The NALA Individuellhotel is very nice. You can easily walk to the train station. We had a room on the fifth floor. The room was very nicely decorated and looked great, but it was not that functional. Due to the fact that under the bed, shower and toilet, the humidity was very high, so you always had to open a window. Further, the steps that went up to our bed were strangely staggered, so you had to be very careful when going up and down.
The hotel also has a terrace on the third floor which is very nicely designed.
The breakfast that is offered is excellent and the €15 is definitely worth it. From salmon to Apple strudel, everything the heart desires.
It is definitely worth exploring the whole hotel, as there are small details everywhere.
Check-in and check-out have worked well and I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, well furnished. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but relatively expensive (17 euros per person). The location of the hotel is ideal. One is not far away from the city centre and from the shopping arcades. The view is wonderful.

It will include A brunch at 15.00 € per person (from Mo. — Fr. ) offered which is very extensive! Staff is very helpful and friendly, very pleasant ambiance-hence a local which is highly recommended! Telephone reservation is advisable.

My hotel in the world! Every room has individual design, coffee-machine and high quality cosmetics. Infrared sauna, mini gym and relax room with Netflix account are available for everyone. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. Location is in the heart of the Innsbruck.

This hotel has a great location and a super friendly staff. The rooms are quirky with some great design elements and some odd design elements. I saw 2 rooms plus the small apartment we stayed in. In each of these the bathroom lacked privacy to the rest of the room so only stay here if you are comfortable showering and toileting in view of your roommate! We hung a spare sheet over the window into the bathroom. Other than that, its a really cool hotel.

Great modern hotel. Chic furnished, from reception to the restaurant inside and garden outside. The rooms are not furnished every day, with a lot of attention to detail (darkening of the windows, etc. ) and daring colour combinations. Simply specifically but good to the point. The hotel is run by a young, likeable and competent team. Breakfast can be ordered as a large or small breakfast. For the big breakfast you have to pay a considerable additional price. Is not entirely comprehensible. For parking, there is a semi-public uncovered parking lot a little further away. With a motorcycle not so pleasant when it rains. The prices are in good midfield and for the price performance absolutely O. K. The hotel is well located and you can walk in 10 minutes in the centre. For people with flair on something special, highly recommended, just fresh, cheeky and in the morning a performer.

Nice rooms with great views of the mountains. Free laundry is also available if you ask the front desk. The bathroom design is rather stupid, but I guess one can live with that…

Very cool and unique hotel. The room we stayed in was pretty small but the space was used well so it didn't feel cramped at all. Front desk staff was great and very accommodating. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Received a garden level room. Fairly odd bed placement (cubby hole) bit overall nice. Did not try the restaurant, but the food looked good.

Perfect accommodation for a trip to Innsbruck. We slept in the garden Appartment, which is absolutely fabulous and cosy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful: we got a bed and chair for our baby, changing our reservation was no problem at all. Next time we come to Innsbruck we will chose this hotel again — for sure :)

This unique artful hotel just blocks away from the center of Old Town Innsbruck is a jewel of place to stay. It has many thoughtful features all carefully designed in their contemporary and fresh style. Plus it has all you need if and when you want to stay "in": a wonderful breakfast, a complete bar-restaurant, beautiful ground floor gardens and a third floor terrace, a small business lounge, a fitness center with good equipment and a sauna… and did I say a well trained attentive staff?! Go see for yourself. I'll be back!

Every room in a different style (uniqe, special, modern…), perfect city location, very friendly and attentive staff. If you prefer a very quiet room, go for the garden suits! I enjoyed the calmness! I have not tried the food yet — for a quick coffee or desert I always walk around the corner to Cafe Valier ;-)

Don't be fooled by the high rating. I would not consider this a family friendly hotel. Our cell phones had not been activated at the time, so we couldn't get hotel details before we had committed to the "room". One star for the friendly staff. Minus one star for having to drive around looking for a blue parking spot, then driving to a garage that was full, and then finally getting a spot that they had in the back of the hotel the whole time. Another star lost due to no A/C, fan, or screen on windows. Another star lost due to only having two towels for a family of four. Another star lost due to not being warned that the bathroom has a huge window that illuminates the sitting and sleeping area. I had to shower using the light from my cell phone display so that our 1 year old could calm down and sleep. My pillow did not have a cover and there was nothing to cover the fold out bed. I'm not sure how this establishment earned it's rep, but my advise is to proceed with caution. I've checked in to many hotels globally, including 3rd world countries, this one is by far the most substandard. Despite my dislike of the parking and the room, the staff were very nice.

We spent 2 days in Innsbruck, in Nala Hotel. A successful architectural design and a very nice, open staff. The problem we had in our room ("Living Bathroom"), the air was very stuffy and in the room it smelled of "cold" cigarette smoke. The airing has brought hardly anything, there came more fresh smoke in meamchmal. The ventilation in the toilet was also useless. We didn't want to change the room because during the short stay we had little time to pack and clean up everything again. Thanks to the helpful staff! We would like to book the Living Bathroom room again and wish that the above-described situation will be improved. Thank you and see you soon! K & K-P Lindemann.

Fantastic hotel with some really great rooms. A short walk I to the middle of Innsbruck. Included breakfast was amazing!

Its terrace is wide, and modern interior design with touches tyrolean.

I love this Hotel with the charming atmosphere and stylish rooms. Also the Service is very friendly, super clean. For my Collie has a bed and a bowl ready. Thank you! Now to be honest: I live in Innsbruck, and I still spent there several times a night. Each time in a different room :-) I wish this year for my birthday :-)

Vacation in your own town. Beautiful it couldn't be… than here.

The rooms are absolutely fine, the food very good. The seminar room is relatively small, for more than 5-6 people but not suitable. If a larger room is available, I can't say. Highlight of the hotel is the large and inviting sun terrace.

I only stayed here for one night, but the staff were welcoming, the room was warm, quiet and comfortable with an amazing view, and the breakfast was excellent. The decor is individual and charming. Highly recommended!

The Hotel was clean and well maintained. The Breakfast had a good quality and there was enough of everything there. As the Name suggests, the rooms and the Hotel are set up very specifically what someone likes or not. A garage can be used against a surcharge, although this is not associated with the Hotel. The city centre is within walking distance.

Fantastic location-easy walking distance to everything but in a quiet location a bit out of the way. Nice relaxed bar. The rooms are very imaginative and the beds are comfortable. Amazing value for money!

All-around excellent hotel! The rooms are clean, modern, bright and cleverly designed. Choices at the breakfast buffet are endless. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all: not the slightest complaint. We'll be back!

We are for 2 days in NALA descended to us in Innsbruck, Austria. I have looked at in advance, many Hotels and am very happy to have me for this. Super friendly staff, discrete and attentive at the same time. The rooms were very clean and we had a great view of the mountains. In 5 minutes we were walking in the centre. The device is insanely great, can be discovered in every corner is a new Detail. The Breakfast buffet was a round conclusion. This quality, Freshness and variety is unbeatable. We will definitely come back!

Great Hotel. Location was fantastic, five minutes from the old town and rooms were great.

Pretty, modernly furnished Hotel (of course it is a matter of taste, but I liked it very much) ; the room was small (room ZEN) but set up so that you must nevertheless nowhere "by crushing" — for a short stay absolutely sufficient; nevertheless, there was a Winzbalkon in the courtyard for smokers. The Restaurant has a rather small menu; food was very good; the price raised rather slightly. I had in the Morning, the small Breakfast, but visually, the Breakfast buffet was very appealing.

A wonderfully designed hotel, with a lovely team and a good bar, placed close to everything in Innsbruck. I wish we could have stayed longer.

In the middle of the city — just 2 min walk from the old town — is hidden this little gem! From the outside, yet completely inconspicuous, explodes Inside, the creativity and out-of-ordinariness of this small, but incredible fine Design of the Boutique Hotel, which should really be called as such! Lovely little Alice-in-Wonderland garden with a terrace and other residence opportunities. The room with a rarely-locate interior architectural charm. Perfect use of space both there and in the cosy restaurant area…

I honestly can't say the hotel is bad. Pleasant room to say the least "particular" but I think that having a room where the only separation from the bathroom is a sliding wall where the give TV really the least of privacy, inter alia the aforementioned sliding partition needed or for the area or toilet for the sink area in short to me inconceivable to the price paid for 2 nights (270€) finally get 20 euros per person for a breakfast well I considered stealing.

We hade dinner with friends at the NALA hotel. The hotel itself, particularly the garden looks great: modern individuell design hotel. But the dinner was not the best one I ever had: the food quality was not so good — highly priced — we can deliberate about the taste. The rooms are great, but I would prefer to go outside for lunch/dinner.

The Hotel is impressive. The rooms are very nice, stylish and with a penchant for fine Details, each room is something special. The staff in the Hotel are very attentive and do everything to give the guest a nice stay. We ate both evenings in the Restaurant and had excellent food. Really a pleasure! And the Breakfast buffet was an absolute dream! Nala, we'll be back!

Really good Hotell in which people feel comfortable. The price for the room is justified in my opinion. I enjoyed so far no Hotellzimmer like this. Tip top!

This is a lovely hotel with a very unique and beautiful decor. The room was so nice. We enjoyed the ambiance and the products provided for bathing. The balcony was great and we enjoyed the view out over the terrace. It is close to the downtown area and near all of the cafes and shopping. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if ever in Innsbruck.

My husband and I have our wedding night in the Nala spent and were sad that it's only for one night. We were in the "Bergisel" and it was as if we in a different Dimension immersed — the decor is just awesome and the views incredible. The staff was very friendly and our rooms to match the occasion decor. I can really warmly recommend and I hope that we maybe in the future there again will be staying here.

Absolutely beautiful, extravagant and original, and with much love for Detail designed. The location is very convenient, because Central but quiet location. The Service was to our fullest satisfaction and the quality of the gastronomy, we found very convincing. We would again at any time in the NALA to check in :).

A super hotel is like an oasis in a beautiful city of innsbruck. Great looker on the outside and the inside, and a lot of einfallreiches interior. Well done and fine for short and long stays. Happy again.

Modern and trendy. The NALA is the new Hotspot in the heart of the Alps. Right in the centre yet very quiet — here you can sleep the whole night through with the window open and in the Morning by the sound of birds singing. Ideal for a small drink in the Restaurant with an Italian Flair.

Amazing boutique hotel. Funky and individual rooms. Friendly staff. Good price and well connected to local ski resorts. What's not to love.

An asset to the city. Unique concept in a prime location — situated in the middle of the city and yet absolutely. Friendly staff, and also the in-house restaurant top! In any case, the right choice for a city trip.

My wife and I stayed one night in a suite and it was amazing, one of the best hotel stays we've had in a long time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the layout of the hotel and suite was very unique. It was winter time so we didn't use the deck and patio so much. They also have a small gym and relaxation rooms as well. It is a great location, walking distance to most things you would want to see (we didn't use any public transportation). A must see is to go to the summit by rail-car and cable car, its around €25-€30 and definitely the highlight of our stay.
