Better vegan options at the breakfast buffet. When I pointed out to the staff the options are so limited I had to bring my own breakfast, the response was 'yes, the vegan options are limited, the buffet is for our other guests'. This left me speechless. If you are vegan, this is a really bad place to stay.

Wonderful hotel, with every comfort. Along the river, in the center of Villach. Very courteous staff, but only speak English. The room was very nice, well furnished and bright. There was a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, a kettle and tea bags. The fridge bar is well stocked. The room is also equipped with an iron with axle and television. The only flaw is the bathroom (the pink walls in the photo) which is an integral part of the room. If on the one hand to breathe in the room giving a feeling of more space, on the other it takes away privacy. The toilet is closed by glass walls, and the shower, having only a glass door brings out the water on the floor.
Breakfast is international, very good, to order you can also have omelettes made on the spot.

Impeccable service, exaggerated breakfast, I do not give the 5 stars because we stayed only one day. They also have bike service. If you pass de Villach I recommend it.

Great hotel, great service and good quality of food, with wide choice. Modern taste of furniture in the rooms and halls. Maybe a little too cold the setting.

Beyond all the basic stuff that a good hotel should have this one has some extras! Such as fantastic design of bathroom space with 2 doors that swing 90 degree and create 3 isolated cells for toilet, vanity and shower. Hotel also offer bottled water and towels at lobby for those who want to enjoy running at the beautiful Drava river bank. I’ll put a photo taken at room at 6th floor so you enjoy the view as I did!

Was there for a Lecture in April. It wasn'T just the Talk that was great. The little Buffet that was set out. The Hit. Quite delicious.

In any Case, it is recommended that you do so.

Suitable stay for area. Room 504 shower needs better drain, after 90 seconds you are standing in an inch of water.

Ideally located for sightseeing and with a garage where you can leave the car standing.
Maybe it's a bit more expensive, but it's a "hotel chain" and you know what you're getting. We've been here a few times and would — if we're in town for two — sure to come back.

The Rewe private label seminar took place at the Holiday Inn. Great view, very nice seminar rooms and excellent food.

Unique Lift System: You stand in front of one of the two lifts, which are almost 10m away from each other. Both lifts are located on the ground floor. They go to the left lift to open the door. The right lift opens without anyone using the left.
On the individual floors there is only one lift button. You will not be deceived there, but if a lift is on the third floor and you want to open the door, the other lift comes from the ground floor and the 3-storey remains with closed doors.
Strange also: The local stations are found on the TV sets only at program 15! For this submissive behavior the foreign channels are prelined. Local guests are not entered here. Really a pity.

On New Year's Eve we were in the restaurant Lagana, great 6-course menu, exquisite selection of fish — and meat, good quality, service perfect, wine selection to the food simply top!

Very good hotel, good price, good location, excellent view of the city, the river and the mountains. Very quiet, good service, modern rooms, good security, price according to what was received. Good restaurant and bar available if you want a drink. A couple of blocks from the central bus and train station. In the same way near the center of the city. Recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location only 3min. From the central station. Suuuper good cocktails and unique food. Also the rooms are very clean and spacious as well, the view of the Drau is really nice.

Located at the center of the city and on the banks of river drau really good place to stay and rooms are little congested but breakfast is really awesome and also the bar, Bar has nice collection of liquors really loved it overall thumbs up for the guys who visit this place.

This is the first time I stay in such a nice hotel in Europe. Other hotels claim to be a four stars but has a service like a 2 star hotel in Asia. The service was nice, room nice, and the breakfast is THE BEST that I had experienced. Price is high for Villach but, worth it.

Service was impeccable from the cleanliness of the rooms, courtesy of staff to the richness of the breakfast buffet. During the christmas period the atmosphere is warm and charming. At two steps of the centre is the ideal hotel to stay with all the comforts.

Very nice stay in this hotel. The room are comfortable and the place for breakfast offers a view on moutains. Just cross the bridge and you are in the old city …

Hotel in modern style. The rooms are excellent and comfortable, with avant-garde design especially for the bathroom, in the complex, spacious and well laid out. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the centre of villach, a comfortable parking is also accessible directly from the individual floors of the rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite hotels in one of my favorite towns in the world. Very clean, stylish, and hip. It would be nice if the US hotels even held a candle to the Holiday Inn in Villach.

Very good hotel to stay. Nice service. Breakfast is good but missing asian food. Can be improve the break fast with asian dishes.

Good position in Villach next to the function center. Only critical point was the magnetic card. I had to go down twice to get my card reset. Rooms have a good view and good standard. Only thing was the grouting in the bathroom. Overall good stay.

We arrived at the hotel only to sleep. It has no parking there to pay it separately. The very modern and very comfortable hotel. To the 10 already closed all… In the restaurant there is a smoking room, the truth was I pleasantly surprised. Full super breakfast and very good quality, there is everything.
The attention of very good reception, I had confused in the reserve and they solved it without problem.

Modern room, fast Wi-Fi, and a relatively large buffet at breakfast time feature only to a good review. However, the hotel salvaging some shortcomings; for example, is still quite inexperienced staff and has some problems with the handling of the customer. High prices and these little problems, we hesitate to recommend this hotel or advise against. Simply decide a blunder too it's definitely not.
