Lovely helpful staff. Great room and location. Fantastic shower in large bathroom. Recommended.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Kind staff. The only downside is to have to leave the car keys at the reception x' the parking lot is small and then have to move them in bese at arrivals and departures.

Only rating the restaurant here. No one speaking decent english or Italian so we had some problems while ordering. The food was mediocre for the price, we also waited more than 1 hour and a half for it to arrive.

Hotel in the center but accessible by car, right at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Near the bike lanes and train station! Our room, a comfort, is very nice and spacious… Great breakfast!

Clean old-fashioned room, full center with direct access to the parking lot (very small employees move the machines to fit them in tetris). Very varied buffet breakfast and great dishes! In our experience of 2/3 January 2018 we found a deserted city and in the evening very little choice of locals.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and the most important thing: Damn good food. I had ordered the following:
A schnitzel ' Viennese kind ' with croquettes and a mixed salad.

At the beginning of the pedestrian walk, you get there by car or motorbike without problems, parking also for motorcycles.
Very nice, you see it is historic but well restored and modernized. Good quality restaurant without drivers turn to Villach. Room for great breakfasts and desserts. Clean, modern bathroom.
If I come back, I'il definitely be back.

Familiär geführtes Hotel nahe des Hauptplatzes. Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich — — das Frühstück dafür jedoch umso besser. Die Parkplatzsituation ist begrenzt.

Avevo provato il ristorante che mi aveva colpito positivamente. Purtroppo l'albergo non è degno di nota. L'arredamento delle camere soffre il corso del tempo. La temperatura era decisamente troppo alta e non regolabile. Ho dormito male purtroppo. La colazione era completa.

The hotel is right on the main square. The rooms are very clean. For carnival in February, the hotel is very well frequented, so an early reservation is recommended. You can see the move from some rooms. Breakfast is for everyone. The staff are very friendly and courteous!

A perfect Hotel with super rooms at a very reasonable price. Wonderful Breakfast buffet with a selection of huge. Also the employees are very courteous and the Manager always has an open ear and a good word for each of your guests.

I got a very small room. No hot drinks in the rooms rooms are clean.

Beautiful and historical. The resturant was wonderful. The breakfast was a full spread! The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The front staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was within walking get distance to other restaurants and shops. The town overall was small and charming.

Our room was 104 and the window is facing the path towards St. Jakob. The hotel had excellent buffet breakfast and so its location as it is located at the heart of the town, but the room floor was creaky and very noisy outside at night. Also, the showers do not have screen or curtain which is very uncomfortable to shower.

The hotel is located on the edge of Villach's main square. Comfortable, clean and very quiet structure. Good breakfast Friendly staff, they speak Italian well.

Directly in the city center of villach and yet affordable prices. Parking in the evening was ok, could be different during the afternoon. Food was enough and tasty. Everyone of our group left with a good feeling. Ambiance was ok but nothing too special. I can recommand this place for dinner, didnt stay a night tho.

Had a charming Austrian appeal, nice rooms although a bit small (typical European hotel room size). Very helpful staff. Breakfast was great with lots of breads, meats, fruits and omelettes to your specifications.

Great hotel in the heart of the city and at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Spacious and welcoming, breakfast was varied and plentiful, parking inside the hotel area included, very friendly staff. Good prices for the location and service.
