This B&B is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are in the front portion of a beautiful home and the owners live in the back and upstairs. They were never bothersome and always friendly if we had questions regarding things to do in Western Australia. The house is in a great area that is walking distance to the train, a trendy area with shops and food (Oxford St. ), and a beautiful park by the lake. The service here really is fantastic for a B&B. Upon arriving to her home, the owner will show you the place, pointing you to the bathroom (that you share with the other guests), the pool, some cozy sitting areas (inside and out), your room, and the breakfast nook inside your room. The breakfast area includes cereal and milk, fruit, yogurt, as well as some local treats (like some Australian beer). Would definitely stay here again!
