Best park by far friendly staff good kitchens clean toilet blocks 2nd time staying here would definitely stay here again and we had a. Shady spot as we asked for great for tents.

My partner and I spent 3 nights here camping over the New Year. Straight away the staff were very friendly and welcoming, all the bathrooms, camp sites and pool were extremely clean. One of the staff offered us free bread which we could help ourselves too, I just thought that was a really nice thing to do for their visitors. I'd come here again and recommend to anyone We're coming back for Australia Day and we can't wait.

We had the best long weekend, there is so much for the kids to do, the staff was great and so friendly.

Would never recommend the one on Bussel Highway. I realise with Covid things are run a little different but the reception office has about 4 different signs telling you what time they are open and they are all different. Even if you go there during the day the doors are locked. When I knocked on the door the woman who answered was rude and unhelpful.
There is little to no inclusivity for the disabled. In a park of this size a shower chair SHOULD be available upon request. The Koombana Bay Discovery Park has them and seeing as they are the same company you would think that one could be brought over but the attitude was one of complete indifference. We travelled here from Geraldton for a funeral and so an unhappy event has been made more so. With all the other equipment my husband requires we were unable to fit our own in the car but have NEVER had this problem before.

Most rudest people we have had to deal with in the hole of Australia and tazzy I would never recommend them to parasit to stay there give them a big miss go to the glad caravan people very friendly and just a nice place to stay and for motel accommodation you will not be disappointed with the Clifton motel good rate very lovely and helpfull people love it so much have checked back in again.

What an Awesome holiday venue. Quiet, clean, very well laid out, clean & value for money.

Currently enjoying our stay at the park staying in economy suite.
The kids have had the best time using all of the facilities, especially the jumping pillow. Also a treasure hunt for the kids which we all enjoyed. Pros — nice ammenities, hot showers, helpful approachable staff members. Lovely grounds and facilities to accomodate the whole family. Comfy beds, tea & coffee, store has all the necessities. I would like to see an ATM in the office, for which to provide money for use in the games room and reception shop.
Eftpos is a $10 minimum. We have had a great visit and will definitely stay again.

Phone number disconnected and no way to get in to my room KEY BOX PIN NOT PROVIDED OR KEY BOX SAFE MALFUNCTIONING I have to book a private room for $135 dollars for the night in an hotel UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL I drove all day and all I wanted was to get a good night sleep NEVER AGAIN. Sort your business out.

Been here many times, the kids love the jumping pillow which now has a shade sail over it, playground and the pool with toddler pool/ cold spa.

@livin’inavandownunder had a fabulous week here. The office staff were friendly and great with the kids (who kept visiting them for a range of reasons). They loved the playground, jumping pillow and most of all, the bike pump track. All the city attractions are within a short drive. It was great how the staff provided Easter packs for the kids and a couple of competitions with prizes. Thanks for a great stay.

Just back from a lovely long weekend in Bunbury. Nice site and very friendly staff. Big pitches. Although it’s quite dated the park is well kept after and ablution blocks we’re immaculate. Only downside is the location. Directly off Bussell Highway. We were given a caravan pitch and directly behind us was the highway. Sooo bloody noisey. Even in the middle of the night. And then Saturday night was speedway night. There was no chance of going to sleep before midnight. Nice place but we won’t go back.

We loved staying here. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We have a 5 month old baby and they were so understanding! Loved hearing the kids play on the trampoline! And at night it was such a calm place. You would never have known the place was fully booked it was so quiet. Would recommend to anyone with kids.

This park has turned from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. The gardens are so well kept and the cabins clean and spacious. Great location if you're heading to margaret river or need to be by Bunbury Regional Hospital.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Steve helped to connect us to power etc and when we're departing he also helped us to disconnect and hitch up. The place is clean and amenities all good.

The facilities are good, no complaints there, however we were located right opposite the skate circuit, would have preferred a quieter location, especially since we don't have kids. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very accomodating as we arrived after 5 with a four legged family member in tow. Area very clean considering a major music fest had just been in the area on the weekend. Really had the park to ourselves. We only stayed the night.

Good cabin. Very well maintained. Saw a review saying no vacuum provided. Well they do have a good old fashioned broom, bucket and mop and a dustpan and broom. Cabins even have a microwave and a cooktop. If you want more, the campers kitchen has a regular stove. There are plenty of bbqs.

Straight up honesty here guys, the first time I ever stayed here, I walled out of the bathroom to find my one year old son walking around with a needle he had picked up from one of the draws! B3 careful CHECK YOUR ROOM THOROUGHLY!

The place itself Is o. K! But do not come down if rain has been forecasted. We thought we would go away for the weekend as the kids could play pool etc. In the games room, for it to be locked keeping all out!

Stayed here a few months ago and have just gotten around to reviewing. Such a lovely site to stay at. We stayed in one of the triangle cabins and it was surprisingly spacious and could’ve easily fitted a family of 4 (5 if someone would sleep on the pull out couch which was very comfy) When we stayed there was some camels that came and you could ride them which was pretty unique for a camp site haha. We also rode around on the little go kart things which were so fun! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Good accommodation. Friendly staff. Nice place to stop for a while. We have been here a while now. Nothing is ever too much for the staff.

Stayed two nights powered caravan Site. Clean facilities friendly and helpful staff. Close to hospital and shops. Will return.

Enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Kitchen is well equipped and kept spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed having an oven to use! That was LUXURY!

Absolutely love this caravan park very clean. Although disabled facilities could do with an upgrade. Being a wheelchair user the bathroom has a step to get into the shower and I found that very difficult. Needed my partner to go into the female bathrooms to help me. Maybe a unisex disabled bathroom would be more ideal.

Loved the park. We got one of the cabins near the playground. Plenty of room and with a fully equipped kitchen it made our stay easier. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place and affordable. Only downsides were the wheelchair access as my partner is a wheelchair user and needed extra assistance getting into the bathrooms so it was a little awkward for me to take her in if there were other users in the bathroom at the time. The powered site we had was good but way to sandy to push a wheelchair. A grassed site would have been better but all in all it was very enjoyable and the staff were nice. Will definitely go back though despite these little inconveniences.

Stayed here for our first family holiday away with our kids nd it was great! Kids loved it was busy out and about in the pool on the go karts golf ect. Was lots for them to do and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely love to go back for another stay.

Great park, great facilities for the kids, including playground, bouncy pillow, skate park and a small bouncy water slide and pool. They also provided a daily activity for the kids, and there was a guy singing on one night with his guitar. Staff are fantastic and have the safety of all patrons in mind at all times.

Lovely and professional staff, clean facilities and good location! Was a little cramped during the peak season but otherwise was a pleasant stay. Reasonable price as well.

Was OK best part was they took our 2 Alskin malimutes short term only 2 stars as because they rang the other parks after kicking us out because they howled in the middle of the night as I went out for half an hr so I wasted $80 on a taxi to a park were I had booked just to be told we were kicked out of there too lucky I gave them any stars but it is nice.

The upstairs floor is very squeeky, u here every bit of noise from in the unit, and the drains were blocked, I paid for 2 nights and stayed only one night, plus the lady at r eception was rude an kept us waiting! My whole family was very dissapointed!

Ok I shared photos of this nice place, the ones of the BBQ's is terrible, but I understand that if people use them and don't clean them, then why should the park management Clean them,, this is a disgusting manner on park visitors, not the management. Let me make this clear! See, this is mess made by the last visitors, NOT NICE!

Intermittent Wi-Fi. Noise from highway. Few trees.

Really great holiday experience. Would have been 5 stars, but it's like a black abyss for internet. Hopefully they can fix it, because I do plan to return.

Great place for the kids to unwind while on holidays, I would actually consider moving here if that's the sort of lifestyle I was after (caravanning/a bedsit)

Great park. Bit awkward for large motorhomes at the front with the gate system. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

My daughter and I went on a bit of a road trip and this was really our only option to stay on very short notice. It's a nice place of what we seen.

Lovely camp site. Neat and clean with good size sites.

I wouldn't stay here again. The cabin was not clean, spider webs and a lot of sticky dirt at the heater and fan. Daily cleaning is not provided by them, no vacuum cleaner in the cabins. The bed is very short.

Stayed one night in an A frame cabin. May 2016. Nice little cabin. Our daughter loved the mezzanine floor. Walls are paper thin and beds are children sized. I'm 182cm and my ankles hung out the end of the bed. Big bouncy pillow. Swimming pool. Small crazy golf. Overall not bad.

The floor wasn't clean — it was obviously swept, but sticky patches were apparent and it made my socks dirty — it needed a mop, not just a sweep. Bed linens were clean and there was ample pillows. The ablution block nearby was down for renovations which meant a bit of a walk to the other ablution blocks, and the lights at night aren't particularly good so it was a bit of a lottery as to whether one would make it to the ablution block. I did not have a good night as the people in the room next to me woke up at five-thirty am and chatted to each other, amongst making tea, etc. Until at least 6:30am. Given that you'll pay nearly double anywhere else, it was worth it, just. I once paid $99 dollars per night in Augusta and received just as noisy a babble from the patrons. The walls are thin, so if anyone snores, youll hear it in the single rooms. It was quite off-putting. However, it's well-grassed, has free BBQs, and laundry facilities on site. So it depends what you expect for what I paid, which was $69 dollars for one night. In that, it was reasonable.
