Phillip Island Hotels

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and straight to the cabin. First impressions left us excited. The cabin was super clean and modern.

We stayed three nights here and were very impressed with the overall presentation, communication and cleanliness. Our last night was very different due to the long weekend and a full house.

Lovely modern motel within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned and well looked after. Playground for children.

We stayed here at the Seahorse Motel for one night when we visited Phillip Island for the Penguin Parade. The motel was perfectly placed. The room was lovely.

We have just had a week at Island Breeze and very enjoyable it was.
This was the first time we have stayed there and hopefully not the last.

Old resort in need of lots of upgrade. Even replacement in parts.
Great location close to beach … walking distance.
Don't stay here if you don't have a car … NOT walking distance to shops.

We had a wonderful farmstay at Ripples n Tonic in the Shearers Retreat. Peaceful, relaxing and close to the fantastic Ventnor Beach. We loved Farmer Mik & Di's animal feeding experience.

What a fantastic weekend. It was just perfect for our huge family we hired the whole place to celebrate my mum's 90th birthday. Fun for all ages from 2-90.

We stayed here with our caravan on a ensuite site thu to Sunday and found the whole place really well run… from the office staff to the maintenance crew… the sites are well maintained… the ensuites

Stayed here for 10 nights in Family Cabin 2 within February 2025. The cabin was reasonably sized for the three of us, each of us had our own room.

An amazing place to stay! richard the the host/owner was so friendly and gave the most amazing service! rooms are a beautiful designer and played out. Was a pleasure to stay and would stay again.

My partner and I had a terrific experience staying at Glen Isla House. The room was well maintained and comfortable, and the breakfast was very very good. Richard and his wife were so welcoming.

Nice, tidy and spacious room with comfortable bed made our stay so beautiful and comfy. Definitely it will be on our list to book again whenever we go back.

The place is really nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. We truly loved our stay it’s very convenient to get everywhere.

Great park on the foreshore. We stayed on Premium Powered site 185 with a great view across the Bass. Facilities were always clean & tidy, plus a comfortable camp kitchen for those rainy times.

Great location, really convenient.

Live locally (Bass Coast), and come here for lunch. As always, the Seniors Lunch was fantastic, locally sourced Fish & Chips with Salad.

We stopped in on our way home, back to Melbourne. What can I say, we were greated at the front with a huge smile and nothing but help, service was fantastic and the food was superb.

Perfect stay, in a very quiet area and only a short walk to the main town centre. Check in was smooth and owner was welcoming and friendly.

We stayed for one night in a 4-person room. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and very quiet at night.

My mum and I stayed in the erehwon suite. It was set up so beautifully I wished I lived there. Gorgeous view over the large gardens. We met the new owners and they gave us a tour of the place.

10/10. Great location, with views. Plenty to do within walking distance. Beautiful garden and very hospitable hosts.

Just had a 2 night stay at Genesta House. Great location and very friendly welcome. The room was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda outside our room.

Australians are friendly, patient, and helpful. Simonne and her husband not only embody all of these qualities, but exceed them many times over.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well maintained.

We had an amazing stay! The layout was really comfortable and cosy. The kitchenette was handy to have breakfast, watching the Alpacas and grey geese.

What a paradise to explore Philip island. Very good equipped with a lot of extras. Good bed, nice kitchenette and a lovely view on a big terrace.

I was looking for something affordable and was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Advertised on Wotif as the least expensive room and when I called reception, I received an even better price.

We stayed for one night in the luxurious cabin. The cabin is new, clean and great. The beds were comfy and we also appreciated the large kitchen. But the inventory was incomplete.

We had a fantastic stay at Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park!

We stayed a couple of nights early Jan and just LOVED it. The park is great! Everything you need is there and you are really close to everything in town.

Extremely clean and tidy. Very friendly professional staff.

Great cheap stay in Phillip island. Clean cozy rooms with clean attached bathroom. Location is great.

A quiet clean motel just a few minutes from the center with all the necessary comforts.

A very attractive place close to the beach and shops.
One small problem was lights over bed didn't work. We told reception and they said they would tell the maintenance man.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Koloha Holiday Resort and couldn’t fault the experience.

I’d recommend this place.
The room was clean, staff were friendly, the beach was easily accessible, and the area felt safe and family‑friendly.

I am giving The Sea Pavilions 5 stars as they fully refunded my stay when I had to cancel last minute due to the catastrophic Fire emergency in Victoria.

Excellent apartment, with all facilities. New and very clean. Well equipped with excellent kitchen area.
Pool and deck area were spotless and very comfortable.
A ten minute drive to town centre.

A great experience from start to finish, quick communication from the owner, very friendly and helpful.
The property and garden are spacious, and well maintained.

Very solid and spacious apartments. Walking distance to Cowes and shops, lots of parking, stress free. Would stay here again. Good for large groups and families.
