Our first time visiting Cowes and staying at these apartments.
Pros: Apartment was very clean, had all necessary amenities, couches were brand new as was most of furniture in living room, beds were very comfortable, aircon worked great, little balcony was nice, Foxtel was a plus, pool and spa kept us all refreshed and happy and it was wonderful that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Coffee shop just up the street was amazing!
Beautiful neighbourhood overall and very quiet!
Staff were super helpful and friendly!
Cons: Tried to cook eggs on the stove and it took almost 30 minutes. Not sure if it was just our room or if it’s like that.
Didn’t like that there was no shower outside by the pool.
Most of the window screens were ripped and full of dust (something I’d totally overlook if I didn’t suffer from dust allergies) and Wi-Fi only worked sometimes! I’d also say that the bathroom and showers need a bit of an update but having said that, the water pressure in both showers was great, even when there were 2 people showering at once.
Wish we had a better view or given the choice to request one when making the booking as all we could see was the car parking which was a let down!
Would we stay here again? Definitely! Very happy overall so I would recommend.

The place was really nice. Very short walk to amenities, and to the beach as well (didn't have time to explore here though). The sofas look like they were brand new, so it's likely they just got changed. The locks were a bit difficult to use though, and the knobs for the faucets weren't secure so they kept falling off. Service was really great though! Not perfect, but would still recommend and would definitely return.

Large and comfortable rooms. Nice location as well. Well worth the price.

Nice place to stay couple of days with your family. Quick access to shops and restaurants. Awesome customer service.

No heating in the bedrooms so it was freezing at night. Split system needs a clean, it made me sneeze non stop. Showerhead broken.

Living room is spacious. Clean. Value for money for the amount we paid. Friendly staff. Cons : Really flat pillows. No heated bed. No air con in the bedroom, so might be warm during summer. Overall, We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great location, only the main room has air con or heating. Bathroom shower pressure is very weak.

We had a very good experience in this apartment, we went on 27 of June, we spend 2 nights. When we arrived the room was really clean and the heater was on, that was a really good detail on a winter afternoon. The king bed was very good, we had a nice view to the pool. All the amenities are just a short walk away. We can't wait to come back again. We went on a whale cruise, we did not see the whales, but we saw a pod of dolphins and the seal. All the restaurant and supermarkets are very close. The girls in the reception area were very helpful, they provide us with a lot of information on what to do on the island. Great management. Staff are helpful & cheerful, which always goes a long way after a tiring drive! Special mention to Joanne who was very hospitable and a charming host. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Large, capacious & clean. Do note that the twin beds in the non master bedroom are for kids, not really big enough for adults. The room is well equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, oven, microwave & a generous supply of utensils and cutlery. There are even 2 showers, which is a bonus. The only minor omission is a doorbell! Be prepared for some vigorous knocking on the door while attempting entry without a key. ☺ The free Wi-Fi is also very slow (CMI), so don't expect much. There are NO lifts, so for the physically challenged, it may be wiser to get ground floor units. Having said that, the stairs are generally not high. Car park is restricted to one lot per unit. The property is well situated near the main town thoroughfare, within walking distance of a few cafes and restaurants, and within a short drive to Woolies & Cole's nearby. The jetty and beach are also within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay with rich repeat visit potential.

Stayed for the weekend and a very pleasant experience, no complaints here.

Haven't been yet looking to see what it is like, we will be coming 2nd April for two nights for my 70th birthday. Myself andy two daughters. Looking forward to a positive experience. I am from Grantville so will be back if so. Myself and grandchildren would love it also.

Great place to stay while in Phillip Island.

A great location!
Unfortunately, we were only there for one night.

We stayed at the Quest Oceanic which is only 5 minute drive along the main Phillip Island/Thompson road. Picking up the key, we had no worries finding the place, very excellent and well mannered staff.

Fabulous accommodation. Roomy, very clean with friendly staff. Our suite had all the necessary kitchen appliances, and comfy lounges for the traveller. If we travelled this way we would stay again.
