For starters the total cost of $2000 for a run down boat (JRII) for four nights was not value for money. Poor instructions on how to drive the boat coupled with a hard to understand map made our experience stressful. I found the staff to be uninterested and not very helpful. Unfortunately I would not book with them again or recommend them to any of my friends and family. Improvements need to be made on the running of this business and the boat itself.
Four couples on the Bushranger 2 for four days. Lots of laughs, beautiful scenery, lots of drinks, lots of food. Did I mention lots of drinks? The boat is a floating holiday house. All amenities are available and reliable. The staff were all excellent and helpful. If I was to have one suggestion it would be to ensure that the training of mooring the boat be a bit more comprehensive. These are big beasts that are very reactive to current and wind which can make mooring difficult. That being said, Chris was a lifesaver on a couple of occasions. Kind Regards and thanks. Just spent 5 nights on the diplomat. This is the 2nd time we have used Mildura houseboats and it did not disappoint, staff where extremely helpful and friendly, beds where super comfortable, shower was lovely and hot and it was super clean.
