Great hotel to stay at if you have a short layover in Melbourne. Only a 2 minute walk from the Domestic and International Terminal. The hotel has alot of facilities to accommodate your needs, From a large size Gym, sauna, spa, pool, steam room. Room service is available available 24/7. Food is good. The breakfast burger was very nice. Great buffet breakfast selection. Reception staff can get busy and flustered during their busy check in times, they do give their best.

Rooms are comfortable, modern and well thought out. Have eaten at the restaurant many times and the food has always been very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location with just a short walk to the terminals to catch your plane.

What a delightful place to stay overnight to catch a 6am flight. Room is clean, sharp looking and well presented. Staff are friendly, polite and looked after us well… from Reception to the Restaurant.

It is not our first stay at this hotel. We found the room was a bit dated, with poor maintenance and not what one expects from a hotel in this price range. We had a dinner for 12 people at $589, in the dining room and staff were a bit short with us, and orders were not what we ordered. One diner ordered Cheesecake and a Cheese plate was brought to the table. This visit our guests had to pay for validating their parking tickets, this too did not occur last visit. It was very annoying indeed to have the alarm clock go off at midnight, which we did not set. Perhaps staff making up the rooms should check that the alarm is off. A most convenient location but this visit was disappointing. One highlight was Angela in the dining room, very pleasant.

Stayed here one night because it was convenient. Restaurant ESS good otherwise it was a basic hotel room for an inflated rate. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Best beds! Always an amazing night or day sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet and room service menu. Love the views of the runway!

Bed was comfortable. Room was big. Lots of stains and worn spots on the carpet. Bathroom floor didn't look very clean either. Expensive. But you pay for the location.

Super close to the airport so convenient to access. Despite being so close aircraft noise is barely audible and doesn't interfere at all. Food was also very good at the catered event.

There were cobwebs and a spider. The bathroom handbasin plug was broken. We requested milk and it never arrived. Not worth the price.

Convenient with only a 1 min walk to the airport. Nice and clean with amenities available.

Good location but very very expensive parking. Even if you paid $50 for valet parking you get no in and out privileges! So safer option is to pay $35 for parking in the short term car park. Modern 4 star business hotel with good views of the airport particularly on the higher floors. Please ensure that your key card works upon check in as mine didn't. I had to go back downstairs to get that sorted. Very pleasant check in experience.

Had an extended layover overnight & decided to book a room. Right across from the airport, it was just a short walk. Got in late, slept real good on the comfortable bed & had a wake up call to ensure I didn't oversleep. Reception was quick & I checked in without any delay.

Checked in for 1 night while waiting for next morning flight. Location great for early morning departure. 2 minute walk to Melbourne International Airport. Check-in quick, very attentive and helpful. Standard room fine. Decor a little dated, but clean and comfortable. View from room ok. Only downfall is before the front entrance on footpath there appeared to be loads of rubbish scattered by obviously travellers departing or arriving, although at no fault of the Hotel itself, it definately dampened my first impression. Room service was fast and food wonderfully tasty, well cooked, arrived hot and I thought the price for 2 Mains and a orange juice at $80 was very reasonably priced.

The room was amazing — we got two double beds, and had lots of spare room. Shower and a bath! Don't need to worry about toiletries. Couldn't find a hairdryer though. Included a mini fridge, kettle, etc. The service was also great. We were worried we weren't getting breakfast, but we called and they made sure we did — not sure who's to fault for that? Overall I'd recommend staying here.

Comfy bed and clean room. The overnight room service menu could do with a bit of an overhaul though. The staff are amazing and happy to help with anything.

I have to admit I like hotels, so add some scepticism to this. Met a mate for brunch, off the menu was cheaper than the buffet but it all looked good. Parked down the road in short term, ten dollars for 4 hours. Free bus to terminal and walk right in. If your flying shout yourself so do yourself a favour. Stay. Nice staff great coffee too.

Always a lovely venue. The facilities are great. The food and drink is good and the service is terrific. The toiletries they offer for use are good quality. The surroundings are comfortable and elegant without being over the top.

The perfect stay for an early morning flight. Loved the view of the airport. Food is also fantastic.

Reception staff helpful and friendly… rooms comfortable and clean. Bar staff brilliant made a big fuss of my 6 year old daughter. Breakfast spot on… highly recommended…

Convenient, but not cheap. This is a modern hotel with clean rooms, Wi-Fi, gym, restaurant and just across the road from domestic and international terminals. The hire car depots are in the same complex.

Convenient & generally pleasant. Some rooms (all? not sure) have no power points near the bed so you can't charge your phone overnight & have it within reaching distance.

Lovely room. I really liked the location of the desk in the room, so I could see Melbourne in all its glory. Food great, we spent a bit of time at the bar, and enjoyed the quiet there. However, the Muslim call to prayer in the morning when we left ruined the whole thing, and we won't be back. Was there a version of "Onward's Christian Soldiers" as well? If not, then that is totally favouring one religion over others.

This was one of my favorite airport hotels. The rooms were decent. There were good food choices at the multiple restaurants, and the Airo bar was good too. The second floor restaurant is a bit more upscale with very good Aussie food. If you get one of the top floors facing the hotel, then you can see all of the runway operations too.

Good conference venue. Great staff. Convenient location right next to the airport (2 minute walk). Catering was good and rooms were clean.

The std rooms are quite good but, if your budget permits, try the corner rooms, the are fantastic. Also don't forget to get your parking validated at the front desk that way your parking is only $15.00 per day in the undercover car park.

Nice staff and well appointed rooms. Had to move rooms due to noisy neighbors but the hotel was happy to ask them to keep it down or move me. Didn't want to wreck someones noght of fun so opted for a move. Happy campers all around.

One night last month for early morning plane flight for which it was perfect. Staff pleasant. Room with view which was clean and tidy. Minor maintenance issues with bathroom/fixtures. Did not eat at the restaurants.

The best hotel in the airport of Melbourne. Very good facilities and really good to relax after a long flight. We arrived early morning from Spain and were relatively flexible with late check out. Is right in front of the international flights terminal so that it does not have loss.

Was in transit and needed to sleep for a couple of hours. The hotel, situated right next to the terminal, has no such facility — so had to pay for a full night. Not really what I had in mind. Dinner wasn't available until after my flight departed and the snack bar was not worth the money being charged. I expect more from the only location next to the airport where people are on all manner of different time-zones with varying needs. It seems this hotel thinks that everyone stays during Melbourne hours, overnight. If wishing made it so.
