Disgraceful you charge me for cancelling within 24hrs of booking a hotel with transfers. I cancelled because you could not could not fulfil this requirement.
I rate your business zero stars.
Never will I recommend you business and will actively tell all I know, regarding your poor service.

Great location and price, nice clean rooms.

Recently stayed here and the bedside table had sharp edges and much higher than the bed — I ended up with a terrible black eye and no refund! Terrible.

Great hotel with onsite car parking in the hub of Melbourne's business and theatre district. Situated at the top of Little Bourke Street there is a myriad of dining choices.

We came down from the country for a court hearing and we had too wait over 2 1/2 hours later we got our room. We paid top dollar to stay there but never again would we stay in rhos hotel. Staff didn't understand english and management told us we would get breakfast every morning but never did and they told us to go down town to the supermarket and get our breakfast. I asked them too book a taxi for us after 1 hour outside the hotel then our taxi turned up (l went into rhe hotel 5 times and each time they told me its coming). I rate this hotel 1/2 point's.

Not a bad hotel! It was noisy in the mornings because of construction on the streets! It started st 5:30 in the morning! Also hzd garbage pichup every morning at 6:00 pm! Continental breakfast was adequate and it had a small fridge and a hot plate that worked great! Microwave too. We were able to make our own meals a few nights because the restaurants around here are very numerous but very expensive! Every second shop hrre is a good joint! Mainly catering to all the students and office workers during the day! Most of them close by 6:00 PM!

It's a beautiful hotel in Chinatown. We booked a room for two people and stayed for one night. The rooms are quite spacious and have a small kitchen with dining table. Also, the bathroom is big enough and has everything you need. Neither the view nor the decoration is outstanding though.

A viable alternative to Melbourne me and my partner, we stayed 4 days at this apartment in China-town, not in the center but still close to everything. The accommodation is quite large and the furnishings simple but complete. The location is good, they offer Wi-Fi in the room (1 device and 1GB per person per day) and a small breakfast included directly in the room.
For the cleaning of the accommodation you could do more and the breakfast is very little varied. Parking available on site but for a fee.

Stingy hotel, free Wi-Fi is only 1gb and they give you out small papers that you need to use to sign in per device, bottled water is not free, checkout is at 10am. I mean small details make up the whole experience, why not be a little more accommodating so that your guests feel nice.

I have just spent 3 days at City Limits. It was lovely! So central to everything, and an amazing view of city lights of a night time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a handy kitchen. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! Kendal.

Great location. A simple hotel that perfectly serves its purpose: a good base of operation in walking distance of many places to see. Large rooms and kitchenette. The A/C unit is a bit outdated but it works well enough. The staff was very nice, especially when we were leaving, the receptionist saw me struggling with our luggage and quickly instructed one of her colleagues that was nearby to help me to load the car.

Very. It's cold in the winter if you turn off the air-conditioning, and if you don't turn it off, it's noisy Breakfast-Box.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and as appointed as well as you would expect for the price. Free Wi-Fi as well which was a welcome surprise. Very good value.

Great hotel! staffs are friendly. Location is convenient, the hotel is near to Chinatown and Parliament tram station. Free Wi-Fi (1000Mb/person/day) and free breakfast everyday. Also you can get lot of tourist information including discount mini cards for many attractions at lobby.

Good value and situated near the theatres, Chinatown, Parliament Station and Bourke St trams etc. Rooms clean and comfortable and the windows actually open-a bonus as far as I am concerned. Relatively quiet-have stayed 4 times now and I prefer it to the Travel Lodge on Southbank.

Great value for little hotel.

It's a little unfair that the Google review scale lumps poor and fair together when really the City Limits is fair, not poor. The facilities are dated but clean enough, the air con works, the bathroom's old-fashioned but adequate, the bed's OK too and the check-in staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very well placed for access to nightlife and dozens of restaurants (though you do hear the garbage trucks at 5 am as a result) and let's face it, as a visitor to Melbourne, you're not here to sit in your hotel room all day. So, overall, it's fair.
