Does exactly what you need. It's clean, tidy, what more can you ask for a very reasonable price.

Very clean, lots of showers and washroom. Wifi wasn't too great for the lower floors. More washing machines would be nice too. Definitely worth the stay, right in the heart of the city.

Good place for price, but could use more than 2 pillows on a double bed. Also didn’t enjoy the cleaning product after taste from drinking out of the mugs. But other than that great place for the price.

Great hotel for anyone on a budget and wanting to stay inside the city. Staff here are amazing and very friendly! rooms are small and cosy but if you have a room facing the street (which we did) its extremely noisy during the morning and late at night (would consider requesting a room off the street). Room did not seem the cleanest as we found hairs on the floor and desk etc, however showers and toilets were very clean. Wi-Fi was decent!

Great customer service. The beds are very comfy. Although the rooms aree small as only has room for bed withbtony bit of walking area.

Very good place where you can enjoy a break at little cost. In the center of the city, this small hostel has all the services that this guild can offer, room, shower, parking (25$ for day) and, what most caught my attention to my girlfriend and me was the large terrace that hoards, Chillout type where you can enjoy the good weather while you drink something to eat or drink and, above all, with good views of the large buildings that surround it. The only negative point is the internet connection, it is very slow and if you need to work … forget it.

Extremely basic! Every money saving trick in the book! But comfortable if you just need to shower and sleep.

Cheap, central location, very nice staff — a quiet tastefully furnished room even with electric heating for cool evenings. Shower toilet and sink partially shared (all in one room) — there were never waiting times and was regularly cleaned.

The hotel is in a good location and parking is a reasonable price. You do not get much in the rooms, just beds, a TV and a fridge. Bathrooms are shared. It is good for a night or two out or maybe last minute reservations and you just want a nice bed to sleep in.

Take earplugs and it is the most perfect little ole motel in Melbourne. I couldn't get a meal at a restaurant for 75 bucks, but I got hot showers, the most comfortable bed and really really friendly staff! Thank you.

Decent experience. Good for an emergency budget visit, quite small but we'll managed. Could be a creepy experience if you walk late at night :p.

Unfortunately not a good stay at all. Walls are paper thin, and tenants were extremely loud. Real shame because room was presented nicely and service was good. At 11 50pm the fire alarm went off randomly. Response to noise was good but people didn't really listen. I don't recommend this as an alternative to a good hotel. But on the cheap it is fine.

Good place, easy to reach trem and city tour train. Near foodie spot and downtown of melbourne.

Overall is good, but one thing is not OK. They have a shared Kitchen, however, there is a girl who is working in the hotel, after she cooked the food, everything is so messy and dirty and she never cleans the kitchen after cooking. It is disgusting!

In my experience, they have SUCH GOOD customer service, I really felt like they were willing and genuine in helping their guests. I had a late check in and there was no 24/7 help desk so I was pretty scared in how the hotel and situation would turn out but the hotel staff walked me through the process through the phone sufficiently and was patient in making sure I understood. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. Amenities might be lacking but for the price, it is way more than I expected. Great location and not dodgy at all. (It's right next to Sheraton melb, you're gonna be fine) most of all, I am so impressed with how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were. Loved it.

Poor state of cleanliness — toilet left in awful state. Rold reception; still not fixed when we returned after full day out. Had to call mamager to organise 10% refund (my suggestion, not his). Photos don't match all rooms — ours had great bedroom but old bathroom that wasn't properly painted (like it was an afterthought). Beds comfortable. Excellent location.

Decent rooms, shared bathrooms were okay. Laundry and kitchen facilities weren't great.

The hotel is in a very convenient position, easily accessible. It is a budget hotel, so there are shared bathroom facilities, but it provides all that you should need.

Hotel is close to the major hospitals and for country people with loved ones having extended stays it is perfect and they do discounts if you mention you have family in hospital. I moved into this Hotel after another accommodation joint started to rip into me.

While there is much to like about this hotel — location, courteous staff, adequate facilities — it is by some margin the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed. Constant, all night coming and going by other guests, banging their doors, a sound which carries through the door of your room without loss, and extraordinary noises from nearby businesses and the laneway. An option for heavy sleepers only. (Also there was mould on the ceiling of my room).

Its not really a Hotel, its like a back packers. The price you pay for it may not be worth the surrounding issues. There is construction, Car Park noise, pubs and bar nuisance in the night time. You cannot open your windows and rest peacefully. Rooms are small and no air-conditioning. Cleaning in the toilets and public areas happens once a day.

Kitchen is on the roof, rooms are quite small but clean and with TV.
