Hotels in Melbourne with Breakfast

If we could give 10 stars we would. What a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a heritage queen room for 3 nights.

This is our favourite downtown Melbourne 5 star hotel.

The room looked different and cool at the same time! The place looks tired though and in need of a bit of TLC! Bathroom small with smallest sink ever! Beds a little too soft!

Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful amazing cute vibes. Bed and bathroom tad off point but the staff made up for it. Amazing stay. Cute and on point. Staff biggest draw card.

This hotel is better than you’ll expect. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you would expect.

We stayed at The Motley after a recommendation from a friend and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram stop right at the front entrance.

Thanks to lovely ladies in reception. Friendly & very helpful welcome. Tips on great places to eat close to hotel. Great room with great big comfortable bed, kitchen & balcony. Very clean.

I booked a last minute room as I needed to come down from Canberra to see my dad at the Alfred Hospital. It was a convenient location and the staff were lovely.

I would 100% stay here again. Rooms were clean and tidy. For a hotel bed it was not bad whatsoever. And to cap it off the food was amazing.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay here. The rooms are good size, well equipped, clean and new. Ironing boards, large soft towels, nice bathroom products.

Clean, efficient, friendly staff, breakfast buffet plenty. Room very nice; Wi-Fi worked well. Shower and bathroom modern and with good water pressure.

Loved it! Exceptional service! We have stayed here several times, it is our go to place in Melbourne. As a gold Accor Member you got early/late check-out, bottle of wine and chocolates at Easter!

Great location for the conference that was held there. The park next door is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, though I would have loved a bath. The staff were very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Pullman East Melbourne. One of the highlights was the excellent pre-stay communication.

This was my second stay at Lanson Place my first was just after they first opened, for this trip I had originally booked elsewhere however a few weeks out from my trip I recalled my previous stay at

We stayed here for the Easter long weekend and loved this hotel! Staff were friendly, room was super clean and quiet and the hotel is nicely styled.

Lovely place to stay. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service including when delivering room service.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Melbourne and came away with mixed feelings.

On arrival the front desk officer didnt look like she wanted to be there. We knew it was early and just wanted to leave our bags.

I was looking for appropriate accommodation in Melbourne for a Birthday weekend with family. Location central to the dinner party, room type required for stay, pricing and inclusions to our needs.

We have just had another very nice week at the Sebel.
It is a perfect spot for our needs when we spend time in town.

Exceptional Service and a Perfect Get-Together!
We recently hosted a small get-together at The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.

Simply amazing! Loved our 4 night stay. The service is top notch and all staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We booked our annual two night Christmas staycation through luxury escapes which included club lounge privileges and late check-out and room credits.

The hotel was an excellent base — very close to public transport — Southern Cross Station and the Skybus and the Bouke Street Trams. A short walk to Marvel Stadium as well.

Just one night stay but it was great.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Bed was a real King not two doubles pushed together. Room clean and comfy.
Breakfast was standard buffet but good quality.

Outstanding, as always.
Most helpful, and understanding staff within the Melbourne CBD precinct.
Whether it be obtaining accommodation.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed during my visit.

My Stay with Quest Preston was for a sporting group, I was meet to the best welcome, all staff were so accommodating.

I don’t know why Quest Preston isn’t more stars! Surely it’s worth 4! Beautiful serviced apartments, family friendly and accessible apartments too. Staff were so accommodating.

I just love this hotel. It is in the best location amongst all the good restaurants; bars and theatres. Everything is so easy to get to, and the rooms are so functional and stylish.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location close to so many cute restaurants and bars, we really enjoyed our weekend at the Lancemore Crossley. Lovely front desk staff too.

A great location for exploring Melbourne. Check-in was prompt, and the team were very helpful in accommodating an early arrival, which was much appreciated.

Great staff in reception and breakfast room, likeable atmosphere, well appointed room and all in a convenient location.

Its attached to Royal Childrens Hospital which is why I chose this hotel. Very convenient and clean. There is a small food court in the hospital and a little super market.

Perfect! Firstly this hotel is directly linked to the Royal Children's Hospital. There is a little group of shops within the hotel. Gift shop, takeaway foods, Boost, Maccas, Dumplings.

We had an overnight stay for a hospital appointment nearby.
The room exceeded my expectations, very clean, modern, everything you need for your stay.

Charlie and Gustavo provided service that was outstanding. They went above and beyond, making me feel special and important.

Rachelle was an outstanding receptionist. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived.

I had a great stay at Quest Melbourne Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay before my flight.

Best place to stay and amazing first contact with Carol over the phone, impecable customer service!

I stayed just one night at the Hotel. The room was perfect as advertised. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The shuttle to and from the airport complimentary was hassle free.

Very nice hotel close to the railway station, but the wrong end of town. Spencer Street is slowly changing, but still quite seedy.

Stayed here for the footy at Marvel.
Wow what a perfect hotel for Melbourne, little things so well.
Barista, on arrival waiting for my room was all over making you feel welcome.

Fantastic hotel with spotlessly clean rooms! The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond throughout our stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay had. Close to Eastlink and shops, quiet and very luxurious. Love the fact you can walk to the lifts and get water. Breakfast was delicious and service is 10/10

Newly renovated hotel with a warm, modern design, though the understated entrance is easy to miss.

The location is great. Access to the Collins St tram is on the corner, all the fancy shops and theatres are in the doorstop and access to some of the best restaurants and cafes on Flinders Lane.

I recently celebrated my birthday with High Tea at the Westin Melbourne, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
