It a nice place not too expensive but very clean.

Had Christmas lunch and what a pleasant surprise. Clean and tidy looking dining area. Staff were very attentive and "reading" the room well.
The manager (? ) Mr Wilson was old school hospitable and we left more than happy with good value for money. Even had a visit from Santa!
No complaints! Plenty of food for everyone!

Great venue great bar staff, a special thanks to barman Wilson.

A very comfortable motel. Good rooms, excellent restaurant, housekeeping staff listened to requests and complied. Overall 9 out of 10 (I don't give 10's)

The food here was amazing. Hidden gem! The outside looks a bit standard but the restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

Good rooms, parking and free Wi-Fi, breakfast quite complete and very good restaurant. This place is situated in a good area, with easy access and very quiet. If you do not fancy dining in the hotel, less than 10min walk you have a shopping center or but as in the town itself. Highly recommended.

We love the Buckingham and Wilson in the Restaurant/Bar always makes us feel welcome and ensures we experience the best available. Great place to stay for a day or a week.

Had dinner there with friends and I thought why are we going to dinner in Melbourne at a motel restaurant. Really glad we did all of the meals looked great and tasted even better Reasonable prices for the flood and wines and service was excellent. Will definitely go back.

The restaurant staff and food are amazing! The service is outstanding! The accommodation has everything you need and is very comfortable. If you live in the local area, do yourself a favor and have dinner one night at the Buckingham. You will certainly be impressed.

Bit overpriced, no microwaves in the room but fairly clean and sufficient parking provide although no undercover parking.

From knocking sounds in the walls from pipes that must be loose, the the dust on all furnishings, to the pubic hair, head hair and stains on the mattress protector and sheets this place was bad from the start. Considering the price this hotel needs a serious makeover and inspection on their cleanliness in the rooms. If it wasn't for the great front desk receptionist Id say this place would be a 1 star in my book. Overall it has the potential to be an OK place to stay, but it seems they don't hold hygiene in that high regard as far as room standards go. : (

Held our mothers 85th birthday at Buckingham with a high tea. Food was beautiful and the service and staff outstanding. Wilson was fabulous and the afternoon was a huge success. Nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommend.

Good clean rooms and good restaurant.

It's a quaint place with good service. I attended a professional function there and can vouch for their having quality board room and function rooms.

A nice clean stay bit noisy upstairs would prefer upstairs will come again.

The service and accommodation were 5 stars. The location was easy to get to and the room was beautiful and clean.

The function room is really good and the service and finger food served at functions it fantastic. It's in a great spot along Nepean Hwy.

Quiet and easy to find on main road and just around the corner from lovely village center with local train service.

The hotel has always been good, this occasion the service I received by the Front of House Manager was extremely rude, heavy handed especially when he took someone with him who I could not say was a hotel employee as he was dressed in plain clothes, to throw us out of the room and did not even allow us the opportunity to rectify the issues we were having in the morning. This then meant we had no where to sleep, thus meaning we had to take refuge in a bus shelter. Unbelievably poor customer service.

Not bad for a cheaper, quick Melbourne visit option. Stayed for 4 nights for business, room was older, but clean, was at the back so quieter off main street. Did struggle dragging my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast in restaurant was good, nice variety and cooked well.

We had our work Xmas function there last night and all of the staff especially June and Nieve were absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, the food and service was wonderful and they made our night a big success. Jodie the function Manager was amazing, going above and beyond and really pleasant to deal with. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast the next morning was delicious! Thank you so much from everyone at RDNS!

There was a dinner plate left outside the room, and an empty rtd drink can inside the room, but these were removed immediately after a single phone call.
Room is clean and freshly refurbished, bed is a little firm though.
Overall very satisfactory.

Stayed for a few nights in December. Good location, close to the station, and walking distance from the mall. Rooms were clean and quiet, considering it's on a busy road. Plenty of parking in the courtyard. Food was expensive so we decided to eat elsewhere. Would recommend.

Your Manager asked the staff to throw away all the childrens easter eggs that we hid around our 2bd apartment half an hour before they began their hunt! Most of your staff were shocked and felt bad for my family but the manager did not care or showed any signs of having a pulse! His english is also very poor.

The hotel is easily accessible, located off the Nepean Hwy in close proximity to Westfield Southland and other services. The standard double bed room is large and the hotel services, including Wi-Fi and parking have made the experience great for a guest who has driven from Adelaide. The hotel is ideally located for guests who will be spending their time in Melbourne to the south east of the CBD.

Overall was good. Unfortunately there was a cockroach on the night stand the next morning which ruined the experience. 4

They managed to take our reservation for 3 days, but somehow managed to only put it into the system as 1 day. They booted us out to another hotel/apartment nearby for our second day, but didn't get any other benefits/perks. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and tried her best to make things work, but their system seems pretty broken. We waited about 30-40 minutes to check in due to this.

As a four star hotel, I rate it 4 stars… so that's good I guess! Really Good breakfast for a place this size. Servicable meeting facilities and very friendly staff. The rooms are ok for the age and rating. Road noise, but not too bad.

We booked the king spa room such a disappointment booked the room as advertised to be in Brighton but it was in highett and the king bed was just two singles pushed together and was the worst bed I have ever slept in very disappointed we could off had a better night sleep in our own bed for free would not recommend.
