Not the best experience on our recent holiday, the staff kept trying to take payment before we arrived, fortunately my bank doesn’t charge me for rejected payments — even though I had selected that I would pay on arrival. The pool and spa were closed due to covid, which is what it is, but the website mentioned nothing of this, and we were unaware until the day before we arrived that we couldn’t use this facility (part of what attracted us). The “deluxe” spa cabin was not especially deluxe in our opinion, and poorly represented in the pictures on the website. The utensils provided were of a very poor standard and not overly clean — we felt it necessary to wash things before we used them. The staff were pleasant and nice to deal with, and very efficient.

Very helpful staff during booking and check-in. Fantastic size sites, very well kept grounds, clean facilities, fantastic children's playgrounds, swimming pool and easy access to the beach. The many kangaroos, ducks and other various wildlife in and around the park grounds are also a welcome sight.

Surely a 5 star rating family caravan park for me! Just being so close to the beach and amenities all together packaged your getaways whether short or longer days. As a photographer surely a treat! Not forget to mention the nice and friendly staff!

My partner and I had our first experience camping here out of our campervan. Highly reccommend this location its a prime spot, close to shops, river and beach also other attractions along Great Ocean Rd.

Perfect family caravan park. Run by Ray and Jackie which area genuinely friendly and helpful. The park is always extremely clean offering a lot of communal areas. Close to all quality necessities. Very peaceful in which you can walk to the sounds the sea and birds. Highly recommend.

Great place lots of fun and great facilities.

A lot of people have more then one dog and in the dog friendly cabins you are only aloud one. I have two small dogs but could only bring one. We explained that I have bad anxiety and that my dogs help me with it but was still told I could only bring one dog.

The lady in the office was so rude we had a 11 fr caravan and a car that I slept in they wanted us to hv 2 sites 1 for the 11ft caravan and 1 for the car
There was over the road 22ft huge caravan huge 4x4 car a tent 2 dogs and all on the same site
Tried to explain why are they allowed to hv all that on one site
So I said I'll sleep in my friends van then they said you need to take the car out then wtf
We stay in the dog erea as I hv a dog obviously they don't look after the dog erea as you need gumboots to walk around
There was no grass just mud
Wouldn't stay here if I was you they were rude and unreasonable
The only good thing is the beach so dissatisfied we stay at other caravan parks and never hv any issues with our set up.

The campsite has excellent layout, amenities and proximity to the beach and the shops. The wildlife, also, was great (especially for the kids). The sites themselves (we had one of the bush camping sites) had lots of space, enough to fit one tent, a gazebo/tarp shelter and park the car in front. Customer service was also top-notch: they were very patient with us when we had to finesse the bookings of three families and were able to accommodate us with all of the date revisions.

The caravan park is really well set up with decent sized sites. Everything you need is here for a really good relaxing break. Great clean facilities in a top location, play areas and pool for the kids and the beach outside your front door. Just magic.

Good park great facilities and very clean. Loved our cabin (tv in bedroom didn’t work though) and was disappointed to find out that the spa was at a extra cost
And the games room was not open due to Renovations. Id reccomend putting this sort of thing on your website (if it’s not already) as paying $5 for a spa on top of your fees is a bit ridiculous! Great cabin though and lovely staff!

I stayed here last week to do the Surf Coast Walk from Bells Beach to Aireys inlet. The caravan park was conveniently located and a great halfway point for the walk. The cabin I stayed in was well equipped, safe, clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Very happy with my experience.

Great park but very disappointed that the sites were full of dirt and very little grass. Just made for a very messy dirty camp site. Surely throughout quieter periods they could be maintained with regular watering and care of the grass. (as we have found on the majority of parks we have stayed at).
Not being able to keep a second car on the site was annoying and then having to pay $30 to park in the visitors area was not ok. If there is enough room on the site then what is the issue with a second car, as long as it's off the road what does it matter! )
For such a big park the pool was very small but well maintained. Spa was out of order. Also coffee stand was not operating, bit inconvenient.
Overall nice park just a few smaller issues.

Upon check in got a highlighted map stating where the cabin was and that was it. No info no passwords to Wi-Fi or any explanation of what facilities were available and we had to discover what was an additional cost like the indoor spa next to the pool despite no mention of this on our booking. Cabin was worn and in need of maintenance and repair but budget conscious so to be expected. The bottom bunk my daughter was to sleep on was swept with visible dirt and dust from the floor on the newly set bedding which was a disappointment being 37 weeks pregnant to get on my hands and knees to sweep it off and reset the bed.
The curtain cords child safety that pins it to the wall was broken which we were not pleased about either as that was a safety issue.
When I enquired I was told by staff that we could not use any facilities after check out the next day.
Would not recommend, have had plenty of stays a little further down around Cumberland and Kennet and was a vastly different experience to the one we had here.

Brilliant park and super friendly staff. Heaps to do and all within walking distance.
Facilities are all immaculate and handy to all sites. More amazing when you consider the large size of the camp.

Very good experience. The amenities are excellent! The kids had fun with the pool! Dont wanna go anywhere else but the pool will be back to the place.
