What a lovely time we had at the Ibis we Rick & Di. The hosts were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend the Ibis as a lovely, comfortable & friendly place to stay. Certainly looking forward to our next stay.

Good price, old but comfy, good hot water, good bed, heater air conditioning TV, only problem for some people would be hot water for shower last for only 7 Min as the ta k is only a 50 litre… Yep bit weird who would have thought?

Friendly front desk / accommodated an early breakfast start as I had to drive to bairnsdale Breakfast was good in large dining room No road noise from Highway No issues with heating worked well on a very cold night I will stay here again in a month on another business trip.

Not sure why people are posting such vehement criticisms. It's a budget motel which is perfect for the market it's targeting. It's clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Didn't have any problems with staff, apart from cleaning staff coming in an hour before checkout, but stuff happens. On the whole, decent place to spend the night. Thanks, guys.

The price was great and that's where it finished. Sign in bathroom says you will only get 7 minutes of hot water then you will have to wait 20 minutes for it to reheat In these modern days this is not acceptable Won't be back.

The most wonderful stay ever, absolutely loved the comfortable room with all the necessities I needed. Tv was replaced due to a technicality straight away, fresh towels, electric blanket as requested to extra butter and milk portions. Recommendations to walking paths, parks, hotels and town centre. When inquiring about the motel they offered to upgrade us to the superior room to a standard, joking we asked for chocolates on our bed to our surprise there was, thank you to Di, Rick and all the beautiful friendly staff at the ibis styles looking forward to staying with you again.

Most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Thankyou Rick for being so kind and he generous. You have not experienced true hospitality like you will at ibis styles will definitely stay in the future.

Pretty good. We were upgraded to a room with a spa. But there were no towels in our room! Lucky we had our own. Clean and practical with a super comfy huge bed.

Rooms were clean, bed really comfortable but that us as good as it gets. Room was as hot as hell, button on the air-conditioning unit just turned as they were broken. Even on the coldest setting it was not cold. It just blew warm air like a fan. Avoid room 11 until they get that fixed.

Rooms are good, clean and tidy. You’ve got only few minutes of hot water though. Wasn’t a problem for me but might be for some. Front desk guy (owner? ) is clearly stressed, not enjoying what he’s doing.

Main road location. Adequate parking. Arrived early and no issues for an early check-in (1pm) a little out of town so a hop in the car to grab something for dinner. Good place to stay if working in Maffra. Rates pretty keen as well.

Small older style hotel recently taken over by Accor group who do higher quality hotels and apartments that we stay in quite regularly as they are always top quality if a little pricey. Our room in this Accor was recently, stylishly refurbished and comfortable. The Air conditioning is a very dated in the wall box and although it heated the room comfortably was quite noisy. The under-bench style electric stored hot water system is woefully inadequate for 3 people. We were there for two nights and had to take showers in turns to allow it to heat up sufficiently again. Just enough for 2 people with short showers but not for 3. We opted for the cooked breakfast each morning and received a made to order very generous breakfast and made exactly to our liking by the freindly Chef/manager. We would definitely stay again.

Decent sized rooms with adequate facilities. A bit of professionalism on the front desk wouldn't go astray. Water in the rooms wouldn't hurt either!

Really nice place good rooms rick n his staff are awwsome careing freindly and will go out of his way to help you n to make shure your stay is as comftable as possible I enjoy staying here when im in sale for work.

Despite being a bit basic, the rooms are clean and tidy, super friendly staff too. Breakfast included as an added bonus.

Friendly staff, room was neat and tidy and reasonably priced. Only thing that drops a star is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear the goings on of the rooms on either side and also above.

Once the supply has been depleted the hot water service will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reheat King Regards Manage Ibis styles hotels" Thats the sticker on top of wash basin, so u got be very fast to have your shower.

It's a pretty good motel. Very comfortable.

Quiet, well maintained and inexpensive motel in Sale. We had a friendly greeting, clean room and very good buffet (continental) breakfast. The building is definitely dated, but recent refurbishment keeps things in good shape. Would stay here again.

I was very happy spending the night here, as soon as I arrived the service was very pleasant, our room was very tidy and well presented, all the amenities were awesome. I accidentally left my SD card behind which was recovered very quickly and posted to my address back in NSW. Terry was especially good during my stay, strongly recommend if your travelling through to Melbourne.

Made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here, next time in Sale.
