Regular visitors. Friendly. Clean.

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Sale and surrounding areas. The rooms are comfy spacious and immaculately clean. The ease of checking in and checking out is fast and hassle free. The staff are helpful, happy and polite, even through the restrictions the service is still first rate. A big thank you and we will be back again!

It is very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent management, close to the centre but far enough to be peaceful. Complimentary continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi. All in all an outstanding experience staying there for 2.5 weeks. love the place.

Very friendly and informative greeting. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Appeared fully booked out. Trying to keep shower temperature constant was a bit of an issue.

A bit dated, and a few things that could use some TLC, but good accommodation. Well equipped and spacious rooms with, friendly and helpful staff.

Nice clean appartments, I did not like that I did not have proper roll of toilet paper but instead had single tissue dispenser.

Staying here with my family at 2 bedrooms apartment from great alpine rd drive. Big room with all included. The best is the beds are comfy and clean.

The room was spacious, comfortable, had lots of natural light coming in room 13 (being on the end). The staff were accommodating and quick with making up our room on just the second day, & with us still in their. The breakfast was ok, I guess we expected bacon and eggs with a continental breakfast, but just cereal, toast, coffee, tea etc.

Spacious room. Kitchen had all the basic necessities… There is a washing machine too. BBQ in the common area. I did not expect so much for the price I paid! VERY HAPPY!

No microwaves in room, Receptionist wasn't very friendly. That said rooms fairly good.

Room was a good size. Bathroom very outdated and grubby. Cleaners were terrible. No vacuuming at all over our 3 day stay or towel changes on our 2nd day. People parking in your car spot outsider your room. Very badly organised continental breakfast. Hard to find a clean table to sit at to eat your breakfast and nobody looking after the bench where the food is kept. Cereal was everywhere and extremely untidy. Would never stay here again.

I booked in about a month ago for a 1pm check in and when I arrived the reception wouldn't let me in until 2pm. I had an appointment at 2pm so I had to cancel and go across the road to another complex. Its not like they had to clean heaps of rooms and I had to wait. They were lucky to have 3 cars staying there. The reception lady was extremely rude. I said I have just driven for 3 hours to get here and she replied boo hoo. She had to PR skills at all. When a client is anxious, usually customer service will placate a person not make them angrier. I rang the day before to confirm and the lady said she would get back to me as she was busy. I am still waiting for her reply. I would suggest to stay elsewhere when staying in Sale Victoria.

Extremely neat an clean, however many places are judged by employees and all of your people were exceptional and simply the friendliest ive ever come accross… amazing people.

It is great if you are working away from home. Very clean. Owners are lovely. From is nice. The beds are very comfortable. The only place I stay in Sale.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the free Continental breakfast is a bonus. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's in a good location. Part of my family stayed in one of the units and it was very well equipped, clean and spacious also, about the size of a small villa unit, very impressed with this place.

I stopped in while in Sale for work and almost everything was sold out. The staff are lovely, the food was nice andthe king suite with spa is very spacious and clean. It could be modernized a bit and is quite cold due to a very old heater and concrete/brick walls all round but the overall stay was nice. I will come back.

Pretty average place, old and needs a refresh… Don't get sucked in by the free breakfast, it's definitely free, but hey u get what you pay for. I won't stay at this place again, unless it's refurbished. The couple who are running the place seem very nice.

Really lovely clean and well sized rooms, wonderful friendly staff and the desserts from the restaurant are to die for! Highly recommended!

Stayed in the Family suite Nov 2015, by myself due to disability (manual wheelchair user), larger room, got a discount off the full room price as was only using the one room, very big, spacious bathroom to use wheelchair, staff very friendly. Stayed in other hotels in Sale a lot, have found them a bit small and other issues, will be using this hotel again. Only one thing got to sort out parking spots.

Genuinely friendly staff. Rooms clean. Restaurant meals very good. Especially pleasantly surprised with breakfast. Large range, fresh fruit and very reasonably priced.

Excellent service and rooms under new management, great food at the restaurant and Internet in the rooms. A real pleasure to stay with.
