Excellent and Friendly staff. 🥰

Nice shady sites and easy walk into town.

Very friendly warm people. Extremely clean. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived with friendly smiles from the owners as well as other holiday makers, even our dog. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking again but for longer this time.

It is a wonderful and family friendly park — we had a blast! Customer service is excellent (above and beyond what you would expect) and the park is clean and well maintained.

Great park lots of kids enjoying the various activities and awesome place to take your dog staff very friendly and helpful on arrival even got a card and gift on check in lots of caravans, camper trailers and tents.

Lovely friendly staff in reception — including the doggies ☺️ — park close to everything and looking forward to getting out for a ride on our ebikes 💞

Friendly boasts. Amenities excellent very clean. Sausage sizzle put on by hosts for people to get to know each other. Very good strongly recommend.

Staff were very lovely people and the park itself was very tidy and nice.
My complaint is that we booked a tent site and we’re placed on the highway side —
We travelled 7 hours for a holiday but could not stay the full 4 days as we planned.
the highway was so loud and impossible to sleep — we purchased ear plugs whilst in town but that provided minimal relief.
I know this is out of the parks control but a disclaimer would of been appreciated.
Unfortunately we won’t be back, but we did enjoy the park itself just did not find any peace for relaxing as intended.

Kids have had a cracker of a time caught some good bream on the river next to park.

Great place for Camping with good amenities and near to Indian restaurant (Desigrill)

Awesome place to take you furry friends especially during the peak Christmas break we’ll done! Also the new off leash area is a nice addition.

The staff were very accommodating with our booking and nothing was too hard. Effort was made to cater to a group of bookings. Due to Covid we needed to cancel and our request was accepted with understanding and empathy. We look forward to booking in the future.

Excellent park with cabin & heaps of caravan site. Amenities are spotless. It only a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre, plenty of areas for walking the dog, bike riding, running or just to amble along.

Friendly and helpful staff we have been here before.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in a Cabin this week. The Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Management were only new this week and were very helpful. Thank you, we will be back.

We rang late afternoon to book a cabin as we were getting tired from our drive from Merimbula to Ballarat and they had a spare cabin for us and wonderful customer service. Made us feel so welcomed and relaxed as we need to for our drive home and refreshed to do so. Thank you to the fantastic staff for everything! We will visit again in the future and happy to support small businesses in need!

Relaxing, peaceful, kids love it. Mum’s can just relax. 10/10 Nice and Clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, easy access, easy to find, BBQ, pool, sites for everyone.

Excellent support for after hours check in. Seamless with drive through site so no unhooking needed. Going back on our way home.

We loved it here. Great to take our dog. We stayed in our caravan and it has large spots, lush green grass, beautiful immaculate rose gardens and pool. Great amenities and walk to town. Friendly staff.

Rang to make booking a couple of days ago. Actually listened to me and we got a biggish site which was what we asked for. Very pleasant staff that go out of their way to please. Thanks.

Great park close to town. Clean and tidy amenities. Only downside it’s close to the highway. With the trucks and cars. But that’s not the Caravan Parks fault.

A lovely setting along the river, the park is well kept. We were lucky that our site was in the corner so it was a generous size however the down side was that it backed right onto the highway so plenty of road noise, some higher fences as a barrier may help with this and also a bit of privacy. The kids enjoyed the pool and being able to freely ride their bikes. Walking distance to the shops and a great all abilities play ground across the highway too. We found it a great base to do day trips to Lakes Entrance, Buchan and Raymond Island.

Family booked in over Xmas, had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The paid deposit was not returned even though they cancelled more than a month prior to their stay. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Was too close to the princess freeway. We were camped right up against it so not a very nice view and was very loud all day and night. It was very cold as well and would have been nice to be able to have a fire going. The owners were nice and had a lot of activities to occupy the kids. Didn't find out about the baby bath until the last day so that was disappointing.

Loved the place. Well maintained, feels like home. I would advise this place to anyone anytime. The manager Alex is a very kind gentleman. Great pool for children. Fishing near the lake was the highlight with fellow park mates. Kids didn't want to leave the place. Would love to visit again.
