Wow, great views over marina and the Tamar estuary one of the best places for ambience especially in George Town. Menu was varied with good children's options but we went for coffee and a treat and it might possibly have been the worst coffee ever!

Staff always happy and willing to help. View is amazing.

Had lunch and couldn't complain about the food but as for the service — well after the main coarse all three of us were left sitting there! Nothing cleaned up on the table (we had to stack the dishes for the waitress ourselves), we weren't asked if we would like more wine, there was no offer or menu given out for sweets, and then to top it off when one of us went up to see why, the waitress was too busy on the phone to even make a gesture that she would be with us shortly but then the ultimate insult came when the waitress finally did come out to see if we would like sweets and we made a comment that "we thought she had forgotten us", she said we have been very busy. Yeah right, the restaurant was lucky to even be quarter full, what happens when it is full!

So very disappointing. Turn up and our room has no view and no TV to watch the tennis and not even told this at reception. I'm not sure what the cleaners actually clean, the only reason we knew they had been was the bed had been made, the rest of the room hadn't changed for the few days we were there. We did have breakfast one morning where the chef (backpacker) got the order wrong and overcooked everything. On top of that we had blackouts and a tiger snake by the pool that a worker beating it to death infront of guests. No never again, I would rather stay in a tent.

Beautifully appointed apartments with gorgeous ocean views. Luxurious! The most memorable part to our visit was our host Kayla. She was so welcoming and so willing to offer assistance to make our stay and experience relaxing, pleasant and comfortable. Rare to find and Peppers should be very thankful they have such a devoted team member committed to the business. Well done. Highly recommended.

Great location and stunning views, we had a meal here for Sunday lunch and the restaurant was busy. I recommend the salt and pepper squid.

They knew they were full. They knew that breakfast would be busy. They told us that due to the hotel being busy, there would be an hour wait on food. Question is, why didn't they put more staff on to deal with the peek in trade? Disappointing.

Beautiful facilities. Quiet night as I was the only one there for dinner. Beautiful food. Great service. Good location. Great view. I have stayed at the apartments previously and they are 5 star. It's a touch of class in a rural town location. Very underutilised.

Came for lunch as the sign outside stated lunch available from 11AM. At 11:15AM we arrived and were told lunch was not available but we could order breakfast. We sat down and waited 20 minutes before someone took our order… In a restaurant with only one other occupied table. Then again, about half of those tables were occupied by dirty dishes. The single breakfast meal we ordered took another 25 minutes to arrive and the waitress brought two of the same meal and informed us 'the kitchen is actually closed, sorry, you can probably have the second one on the house'. As though it was our fault that we were allowed to order while the kitchen was closed. Okay… The drinks we ordered with breakfast never arrived and eventually we just got up and left. What an experience.

Rooms are great but the meals and service not so much.

Good room. Great service. A little disappointed that we were allocated a room directly beneath the dining room — we could hear children running around and then the staff packing up until midnight.

We often go to York Cove for coffee (best coffee in George Town). Occasionally for dinner. Dinner has always been nice even if a little on the pricey side.

Only dropped guests off as taxi driver, but the place looks very nice from the outside.

Fabulous meal and service. Great food.
